I love this store and I shop here often the is not many times that I have went and came out with nothing. I have found terrific deals here and once or twice something didnt work quite the way it should, but on those rare times that it does. I usually just right it off. What the heck it isnt like like I spend thousands of dollars. On average I will spend around 50. But for that I walk away with a good little score. So all you bargain hunters out there. Come on in check it out maybe you wont care for it. Not everybody likes everything. But Ill almost bet you too will find one of those cool items that is pretty e expensive. Not much christmas decor I was on the hunt for that, found lots more items. Kinda disappointed fitting rooms.were closed, but I totally get why. :(

They only accepted the table, not the bed frame or the 5 chairs that go with the tall table. It was explained to us that the store is full and they can only accept items that will sell fast. Good to know. I wish when I called and asked if there were any restrictions I was told something more than, bring the stuff down. Next time Ill start at Restore then ARC.

They have a very good selection of mens clothing here it is location. I like what they did with the store they rearranged everything from the last time I was in here and things seem to be easier to find. They have a lot of brand new stuff thats been donated by target.

Poor selection & prices are outrageous! Gauging customers for used/ donated items is ludicrous to me. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to spend way too much on used junk. They have half off colored tag sales but have nothing in the store with the specific colored tag. Honestly Arc Thrift stores are so much better.

Went to the goodwill today to look for some pants and warm sweaters for my dad. I couldn’t believe the prices!!!! $20.00 for jeans and $10-15 for long sleeved shirts. What the heck!!! I couldn’t believe it. There prices are outrageous. Now where am I supposed to shop???

Cashier was extremely rude and snotty. Was not very pleased with service. Dont think I will be returning.

Pretty dirty Goodwill location compared to mosy of the other locations in Colodado. I mean like honestly the floor really needs the most work. and if they cleaned that heavily, they would only have a small handful of other minor things to fix to make this place way nicer and better to shop at.

Every first Saturday of every month is one of the best .99 cent special sales I’ve ever seen! I shop there at least once a month, usually more; especially look for nice dish sets (I found Cuisinart for $1.99), costumes, books, clothes and shoes. Worth every minute to save money!

Found some pots today and I was told that the prices had been changed. The prices were underneath tape that employees had clearly put on the pots to keep them together with their lid. There was no way the price could’ve been changed without completely wrecking it. On top of that they refused to give it to me for the price they had put on the pot and assumed I was the one who change the price. I even suggested they look at camera footage. Then, after a lot of back and forth, they asked an employee who said they had put the sticker on the pan. They said the EMPLOYEE (actually a volunteer)would have to pay the difference for the pan since they prices it incorrectly . Mind you, they get these items for FREE and still want to switch up the price at the last minute or charge their volunteers. It’s ridiculous, I will not be donating to such a stingy company anymore. The service was subpar and they care more about over pricing used ) donated) items than their customers.

I found a cart full of various items. While heading up to the cash register the casher called another lady to the counter. Well i was told a volunteer had seen someone changing tags..so if i wanted my items they would have to take my cart to the back and ck the tags. I said sure i have no idea what your was talking about. I then said what items, where and ck your cameras. Well they came back said the cart is fine...i said i think you owe me an apology....will not be going back there

I was in your store today and I had found something (knitting needles) in a case that was ripped along the zipper that didnt have a price on them. SO I asked the lady in the back room if there was a price that I didnt see and she just opened it up and said $14.99 I asked her where it says that and she it doesnt BUT thats what shes making it. And then she just took it and shut the door and walked away??? I cant see paying that price for something that I could get brand new for just a few more dollars.. WOW really Im not from around here BUT when I come back through here Im definitely NOT ever stopping here again.... HOW EVER the cashier was super nice😁😁

It is not very well taken care of. Probably short on staff. We spent 30 - 45 min found nothing to buy.

They accsued me of changing a tag on a nerf gun when i didnt do it, they were rude the mangers were anyways maybe before you accuse someone for doing something watch your customers on what they do!!! Not very happy the service at this goodwill also we asked to see the cameras and what item it was but they wouldnt tell us the cashier told us and when they took the cart back there everything had a price tag on it

Nearly everyone here has a bad attitude. The store is small and a mess. I regularly find items with the retail tags still attached. The stores clearance price tag is often as much or less than what goodwill its asking for it. What a rip off! If they want to move inventory, they should start asking fair prices.

I loved working at this store! I developed great relationships with both co-workers and customers. Todd is a great leader ( but his hands are tied) . However the reason why most of us have left; refer to; Area manager Jennifer!

Over the past 2 years, I have made countless donations to this location. Each time, I am met by someone who seems to absolutely despise helping me take donations out of my vehicle. I am met with eye rolls and sighs. After todays experience, I am through donating to the Loveland Goodwill. I will take my goods to a place that appreciates the donations.

Decent prices and selection

We showed up with a trailer full of furniture and had to ask 3 times for some help unloading. Finally we got someone who complained the whole time while he helped unload two couches. After that, we had to ask again for him to help us with the rest of the furniture. He said, “I’m about to punch out” and walked away. No one else helped us unload the rest.I don’t if because we weren’t in the drop off lane; because our trailer was too big, that they wouldn’t help us or if they were just too lazy to lift something heavy. Maybe it was a bit of both. You’d think they’d want donations like that. It was good furniture and easy to tell the car that pulled up after us that they’d be helped when they were done with us. That way the order of who pulled up first would still be maintained. I’m very disappointed. I would advise to go to a different goodwill after this experience.

I shop here all the time, and the staff is amazing. I cannot imagine how anyone could rate this store less than 5 stars! I have shopped here when I was very ill, and the staff took extra special care of me and my daughter too. Such a kind, amiable group of people, and the selection is great. I have outfitted my whole home from this store. :)

I always find something special whenever I go to Goodwill. The Loveland location is smaller than the FoCo Goodwill. Reasonable prices. Pretty clean. Friendly staff. Youll never know what you will find, shopping at a Goodwill. 🙋

Im so on the fence about this store. Its close to where I live so I find myself going there always hopeful to find a gem but I never do. It has a real junky feel to it. The idea of buying clothing here grosses me out. Its good if your shopping for yourself or your own home but for resale its a MEH. Hidden treasures are devoid.

A great place to find some gems at affordable prices. You just need to look often! Most items are priced right. Some are overpriced. Some are a major bargain!

There were some wonderful treasures here but it was not very organized. Womens items on the mens side and the sizes of clothes pretty mixed. Make sure you have time to scour the shelves/racks.

Terrible experience. We went in and had a lady in pink tell us with very rude tone we have 8 minutes left. We turned the corner and the same lady told us we have 5 minutes left with the same if not more attitude. We both have a watch and know what time it is and left 5 min early without a purchase. My husband and I were both interested in clothing and silver ware/ other home wares and left with absolutely nothing in hand just because of terrible customer service. Wont be coming back here again.

Good fortune has directed me here on multiple occasions to partake in flash sales. The gods smile upon me.Yeah this is one of the better thrift shops, I usually find cool things here at great prices.

This is a fairly organized store with clean used items. Prices are fair on most items. I like that they opened up a back room of sale items if you are willing to dig through the boxes.Friendly staff. Good parking.

They have a great manager. Store is well organized and they have a good selection of merchandise. I havent been brave enough to really experience the bins in back.

We had a great time.went looking for a birthday present for a friend. It was blizzarding and we were the only ones there. They have every thing half price every night from 6-9.

I usually just swing through the drive through to drop off donations. However, they are always kind and helpful. Seems to be organized well. Nothing fancy but getting the job done.

This place went from my favorite store to my least favorite. Goodwill has gotten rid of the $.99 tag and now tries to charge retail prices on their merchandise. People, these items are used! And they were donated! I am all for a company turning a profit but their scam has just gotten ridiculous.

One of the better thrift stores in Loveland. You rarely find a super deal here, but they also dont tend to overcharge as much as Arc or Habitat. The items tend to be crammed in a bit too tightly but we usually shop later in the day when there is more room to work with.

You buy used items for less. Easy to see from the road. Needs to be a little more cleaner

This place is filthy. Sorry, but I am spoiled by Minnesota Goodwill stores where the clothing is washed, and the store spotless. I was truly afraid to touch anything here it was that dirty. No reason for this store to be so disgusting.

The manager at the store the dark- “haired woman” is an absolute joke. She will not use discretion and for that they could just hire anybody as a manager. Save yourself some money Goodwell and replace her. Horrid woman.

Absolutely horrible! The store is filthy and a total mess. Went I went up to the checkout, the cashier asked me if I wanted to donate my change, I told her no, not today, I was running short and had two more stops to make. She handed me back my bills, but no change. I asked where my change was, and she said oh, I thought you wanted to donate it. ?????? How do you misinterpret what I had said??? She then started to cop an attitude, and called for a manager to come assist her. After two attempted calls for help, and 10 minutes or more, she angrily pulled change out of her purse, and gave it to me. It wasnt about the change to me, but rather what appeared to be a attempt to keep my change for Goodwill. I am never going there again. Buyer beware!

A very good thrift store. The people who work there are just a little more helpful than you typically find at a thrift shop, just a pretty good group of people.

I went on a Saturday and every thing was 50 percent off. I was able to find some items and was pleasantly surprised at the cash register.

I always enjoy a visit to the LOVELAND Goodwill, really nice people, an eclectic and exciting assortment of temptations and fun seasonal items make it worth the trip. When I have a box or two of donations in the car to drop off its even better!

Heard an announcement that it was 10 for .99 cents. Didnt know it was in a special back room. Stumbled upon it. Good deals. Clothes in the wrong size section continues to be an issue at this store and the Fort Collins store, Don;t know how ARC can get it right, and Goodwill struggles. Nothing makes me madder when shopping there than finding a great pair of jeans that has been mis-filed in my size section.

Good prices, needs organizing as it is at the point where it is unsafe for customers: Items on the floor, items hanging off shelves and broken hangers hanging among the crowded clothes ready to cut someone! What are the employees and volunteers doing with their time?

The store has great recycled materials but needs to be cleaned up and more staff

Beware of the manager Jeff, he will knowingly sell you a “ big ticket” item knowing it doesn’t work. He will tell you if it doesn’t work, then you can bring it back for a refund. When you bring it back cause it doesn’t work you will then get store credit! 150 bucks is a lot of credit at good will. Thankfully I didn’t purchase it because I did due diligence and opened a few panels to find the insides destroyed and melted. When I questioned Jeff he stated ohh yeah the parts are cheap online! He tried to get me to purchase knowing in the end I’d be returning and getting the store credit! Be cautious of his shistey tactics

For a donation center, its not bad. The clothes are pretty clean, but I would always recommend washing everything when you get it home because the backroom is fairly dirty.

Dont waste your time at this goodwill. Make the drive to the fort collins one. Staff here is rude and constantly in your way when your trying to look through stuff. Prices are wayyy overpriced. Fort Collins is bigger, cleaner, and has way better prices and staff.
