I love this Barnes and Nobles, great location and the kids section is amazing!!! Only reason it gets three stars instead of five is because the restroom is like something you would find overnight at a 7-Eleven in Kenner Louisiana. Horrible and I emptied a bottle of sanitizer on my 5 month old and two year old after using the restroom to change them.

Weve been here a couple of times before and after hearing all the places in this plaza might be gone soon, its a real shame since there are quite a few places here well miss, this Barnes & Noble included. The atmosphere is nice, plenty of books, friendly staff and if you need a quick coffee or drink, they have a Starbucks just inside. Great selection of books and magazines, along with plenty of reading material for children. Neat little toys and projects. Highly recommend this place if you need somewhere to go for that inner book worm.

Love these stores. I think Ive been to most of the Denver metro area Barnes and Noble stores. They are clean, have friendly staff, a quiet yet welcoming atmosphere and every book youd ever want to find to read. The sales are terrific and theres usually something fun to discover. Love it!

We like coming here with the kids. Great selection. I am giving 4 stars because it is often hard to find what you want if you want something specific. It would be nice if they had custom customer kiosks throughout the store to find the locations of books. Not only do they have books but they have toys and other trinkets too. Starbucks coffee inside so it smells delicious! We will come back over and over, we like this place.

Beautiful large bookstore to get lost in! We utilized customwr service to locate a hard-to-find item, and it worked! Nice folks and Beautiful environment.

Went to the cafe today after shopping and ordered a Carmel Frappuccino and the girl making the drink doesn’t tell me that they ran out of the Frappuccino mix so used there strongest coffee and made it and didn’t tell me anything. Very disappointed and will never go back to there cafe

Clean, friendly bookstore selling new books. They have a new little cafe and tons of cute little gifts. They have several isles of discounted books and magazines. They also have an awesome kids section. A few travel books I picked up last time I was in. They so have a good number of staff members milling around happy to help.

Great selection in an in-person bookstore. BN used to have a limited selection of other media types but as downloads have eaten into those businesses, the utilized floor space in the store has shrunk and the real focus is back on books.Stationary, toys, games, and journals can all be found.Nice people, prices are ok for brick and mortar store. I like the cafe and there is still no substitute for the experience of browsing for a physical book.

3 stars is not a low rating, but even then, I cant believe I would actually rate a B&N so low, but this location is the worst location I have been too. It makes absolutely no sense why they got rid of more than half their shelves to set up a toy section. Really hate that I have to drive to a city normally out of my way to find other books unless I want to wait for the book to be shipped either to the store or directly to me. The dvd/cd/vinyl section is awesome, the Manga section awesome, but they have significantly cut down on space that could be filled with so much more fiction/ fantasy/scifi/nonfiction and etc. Maybe then I wouldnt go through a 15 book list to find just 2 in stock at this location yet in stock at pretty much every other location in the state. I understand that I may be in the minority, but it just really hurts that b&n, which has been a sanctuary for pretty much my entire life, making such a weird decision, leaving out hundreds of books for toys that I never ever see really being bought, which is saying something because I use to frequent the store at least weekly for usually 1/1.5 hours back before COVID,

I wish I could give a 0 star review. I hardly ever bother to leave reviews but I had one of the absolutely worst customer service experiences today I’ve ever had in this Barnes & Nobles. I will certainly never go back to this store and might not ever spend money with this company again... and we’ve spent a lot of time and money with Barnes &Noble. It’s where I’ve always taken my son for a reward or surprise. The owners and the managers should be embarrassed of the type of service they provide at this store. I am simply disgusted and so disappointed.

Good selection! However, when I pulled my mask down slightly to talk to my toddler who is learning to speak I was bombarded by staff several times. Also, their bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. How about the staff focus on the cleanliness of their establishment rather than the mask on a mother trying to calm down her child? Have some compassion.

Brown coats running this place. They let you walk around the store without a mask on and then refuse service to you at the register, eventhough theres a large piece of plexiglass for the cashier to be behind. I told them that my medical status prohibited me from wearing a mask and they threatened to call the police on me.

Always find more than I plan to get. Was happy to be able to get educational workbooks there as the other ed store was closed by the time I could go and the other too far of a drive. Great place for thoughtful gifts.

The customer service was amazing today. We received quick service to find a book and then another employee was around that section that was able to answer questions about a specific book. Thank you so much for helping us.

Had a blueberry green tea breve and a piece of the pineapple upside down cheesecake in the cafe----oh my goodness---so yummy!!!! Staff was friendly and shelves were stocked and neat.

While I do buy most of my books online, sometimes I do enjoy going to the bookstore

What an absolute embarrassment this store and all the people working here are. After shopping around the store I go to check out some books and educational toys for all four of my children and the manager told the cashier to not let me pay since I was not wearing a mask. I have a medical exemption and I do not need to disclose what it is, which is HIPAA law. I asked them to call the police if they did not want to check me out and he proceeded to say that he would not call the police in front of my children or everyone else in the store.Not to mention he was laughing at me for my medical exemption and another lady in line told me that my kids were embarrassing for standing up for me not wearing a mask. Another man laughed at me and asked me what my medical exemption was and the store manager proceeded to laugh at me as well.This is pure bullying and total discrimination.I hope the other man who is recording the entire scene shares it throughout the world.I truly hope that these people can find Jesus in their life and find some peace and stop bullying people, it is not the law and it is absolutely discrimination against my medical exemption.

This place is great! Easy in and out, I have a custom made journal and the only place I can find ones to replace them is here!Have gone about four times to find them and always in stock.Also the staff was so helpful!Thanks guys!

They had a Lego mini build event that my daughter enjoyed a lot. They were very helpful and had a great attitude and energy about the event for the kids. We really appreciate the work they do to make this store so welcoming and friendly.

Multiple signs and postings for items on sale that were inaccurate. We were charged extra on one of the items purchased. I had recently signed up for the membership but it wasn’t showing in their system. The employee stated I received the members discount but I definitely did not. Had to go back the following day to get refunded.Recommend shopping at Thriftbooks.com

Not much distinction from one B&N as the next usually but the staff at this store seemed especially aloof.

Great. The coffee shop is gross. My decaf Americano tasted like fungus. They remade it. It still tasted like fungus so I threw it away.

The manager was very rude to a customer & his little kid about not wearing a mask. They went through the whole store without being talked to until they made their selection & ready to pay. The manager told them that without a mask they cannot make a purchase & asked them to leave. The manager was very rude how he handled it especially in front of the 7 year old kid!!

It is a place.... Brick and mortar. Books, Music Video, various kinds of gifts.

When truck arrives with pokemon and sports cards manager gets first selection and takes half of the order before any customers get an option to look at it. Thats why there is always very lllp limited selection/no sports.

Went looking for Harry Potter merch. Was happy to find a good assortment here. But, VERY expensive!

My girlfriends favorite place so if shes happy Im happy.

The store is clean and staff friendly, however I usually go here to help my wife pick up manga. In the recent months, this location has reduced its manga selection by more than half. While the staff is more than willing to order the books you are looking for, it is disheartening to see a once bountiful selection reduced like it has. This location does, however, have a rather broad selection of other reading materials.

I was in the store last night when an employee approached and verbally assaulted a customer for not wearing a mask. The customer tried to explain that he had a medical condition. The employee (manager?) was having none of it. He became quite loud and threatened to call the police. The customers young daughter was near tears. This is wholly unacceptable! If this is how they want to treat their customers who dont adhere to arbitrary and junk science then they will NEVER get another penny from me. I will make it my mission to expose them for the corporate tyrants that they are. I will do my best to spread the word of this reprehensible policy and treatment of their customers.

Pull up to the back parking lot where I usually park when I go there there was a sign in the window to call to have door open after calling lady let my wife in and then she complained about opening the door how it hasnt been opened in over a year nobody inside not much product anymore will never go back

I absolutely love Barnes & Noble; theres nothing like the small of fresh books and coffee.That said, be aware the Starbucks inside does not accept Starbucks rewards cards of gift cards (though they serve Starbucks exclusively 🤔)

They are one of the few places that carry my USA Today newspaper. I really like going to their area of discounted books you never know what good things youre going find. Its very easy to Mosey around and take your time. Its a very clean store is this with the coffee shop if you feel the need.

With Covid-19, the selections are slimmer but B&N is still a great place for books!

Watched employees eye me the moment I walked in (I had not been as dressed up as other customers). Employees would great and ask if every other customer around me needed assistance and would only stare at me until I would look up and notice. I asked about a certain section and the man did not even respond and only pointed in the direction while I witnessed him walking the other customers over to what they were looking for and chat. Cashier greeted all she checked out before me and her response to me was “is that it”. After Being treated differently based off of my race and appearance, I will never shop here again

Im very glad these bookstores are still around. Nothing beats paper in terms of reading. This store remains stocked, cozy and helpful. The staff is also enjoyably conversational.

Great store. My favorite part is they actually have something of a music section if anyone else is like me and still enjoy having a physical copy of music instead of online only. One of the few places left sadly. You can also get a Starbucks drink there while you look around the store.

It was very much liked.I found what I was needing, also picked up a new drawing pad. I really was excited to be able to get 3 journals & sketch pad for uned $25.00.
