Asked the owner if he could get a battery for my leaf blower Monday evening. He ordered one and had it ready to pick up Wednesday afternoon. Thats great service !

This is definitely one of my all time favorite hardware stores. I have never asked Mike if he is the owner, but he certainly takes a lot of pride in his customer service. I simply cant recall a time I was ever disappointed and I have frequented this place dozens of times over the years.

Only a couple blocks from home. Great little mom and pop store. The owner and his daughter operate this store with super friendly extremely intelligent attitudes and competitive prices. They stock the hardest to find items and greet you at the door. I highly recommend it to anyone shopping for only a few items.

I needed extension cord & power strip for deck lights he had everything I needed. Small store, no long lines, owner is very kind and assist in whatever youre looking for. Im glad I stopped in.

This place has a little bit of everything. Fast service. Great for any do it your sellers. I was impressed by the selection. Everything from screws, nuts, bolts, piping, glass cutters, flags, paint, basketball nets, tools, plaster, etc... we got a key made, very fast, and were out quickly. Glad this is in my neighborhood. Support your local businesses!

A great local hardware store

Good for quick neighborhood trips. The owner is normally there and hes knowledgeable with products and the needs of older homes. Prices can be a bit more expensive than your big box stores.

I love this place! This is what a hardware store should be. When you go in you are greeted and asked what you are looking for and they walk over and get it for you. They have virtually anything you are looking for. They have pressure cookers and canning supplies. One day, I even bought a set of crochet hooks. That is the kind of hardware store it is. All your hardware needs and more.

They always have that something that I need. Especially when the big box stores dont carry something just because its rarely called for anymore. Service is top notch. Westenhofer hardware makes it easy to shop local, even though they have conservative hours of operation.

This place is awesome. They have saved me a ridiculous amount of time. I never look for anything. I just go to the desk and tell them what I need. Im in and out in 5 minutes. It takes me an hour and a half to get one thing at a big box store.

I love Westenhofers! This is what American businesses used to be like. Knowledgable, friendly staff, and a good variety of quality tools and accessories. All employees have hands-on experience with renovating and home improvement. You wont find that in Home Depot: just some apes with corporate training. And real experience beats training any day of the week.Shop Westenhofers. Buy local. THIS is the American economy, not some big box corporate store full of drones reading off of scripts.

I will never go back. They are to expensive for one thing. Also very rude. I had taken my lawnmower there to get it worked on, they didnt fix it and keep parts from my lawnmower and gave me back my lawnmower with out asking if they could have the parts and when I asked for my whole lawnmower back, they asked me to leave.

Recently had them repair a lawnmower. they lost it .. then in between them finding it they said we were harassing them on the phone, a woman hung up on us and then we found out they had our lawnmower finally fixed, they had it way over a week .. very bad custom service
