WOW. I checked 6 businesses before I found that Jefferson Lumber had everything I wanted. They gave me advice on how to use it, and they loaded it for me- about 600 pounds. They even offered me a soft drink. I had gotten used to self serve at the big box stores, so this was a special treat.

Integrity is so lacking now adays especially in business, but every once in a while I come across a company that embodies the best that our country has to offer in terms of honesty, reliability and integrity. I am very grateful to the lovely people at Jefferson Lumber especially Janie, who listened throughly to the the problem and then took the Initiative to solve it. My condo association management refused to act honorably but Jefferson Lumber stepped up, came out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and fixed my screen door..they even offered to install it at no additional charge.
