This place is terrible. Cant get ahold of anyone, they take the money for light and wont return emails and phone number disconnects. No one will communicate. Would not recommend! EVER!!!! Would give no stars if it lets me!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS OF OTHERS BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING! Ordered a skylight from this company was told it would come within a month. It never came with no phone call, no email, and no communication. I called and was on hold for about an hour and was told that it would be another month before it showed because it was on back order, so like an idiot, I waited. Of course, it never showed. I called back and waited on hold forever AGAIN, to finally get someone to tell me the exact same thing. After a couple of months, I told them it was time to go a different direction and I wanted a refund. Long story short, multiple calls, multiple emails, multiple promises from them and still no refund. Its been almost 6 months since they took my money and still no refund. Please learn from not only my mistakes, but so many other people that have left similar reviews. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Customer Service at its WORST. We ordered 3 switches, received only one switch. Called Customer Service and was on hold for a long time. Talked to Lisa and she said she had to research this issue... Really, what is to research??? We only received 1. Said that would get an email in 24 - 48 hours. Nothing. Called again. Same thing. Research??? Went on line. Chat person hung up after a few minutes. Called 2 more times the same thing. BEWARE. BAD COMPANY. BY the way if the owner responds to this. it is under Brian Fisher, and you can call me so I can teach your company how to deliver GREAT Customer Service. I have been doing that for over 40 years, and expect it form others.To the owner. I should NOT have had to call 6 times to get this replaced.

There is absolutely no way to contact them, even though they give you several options. You never receive your order.

Waiting, waiting and waiting for them to ship my item.Their website said that my order was to ship on Monday, the website states that they ship same day...it’s Wednesday and my order still has not shipped. They claim to have same day shipping, and this is obviously not accurate. Now I am going to have to pay for a second installation appointment since my item did not arrive on time.Their pricing is good, but good luck actually getting the item!

In stock does not mean In Stock. When i placed my order my items were listed as in stock, but they never shipped, after a few weeks I requested an update and was told they would ship in 5-7 days. A few more weeks went by and I again requested an update. At this time i was told they would ship 3-5 days. all this time my items were listed as In Stock. After requesting a call back that I never received I asked for a refund which they were prompt in initiating.

I found the same style I was looking for at Westside Wholesale at an obscenely low low price I could not say NO to. A couple of times there have been order delays, but in 90% of cases we got what we wanted fast and at best price.

We ordered a sump pump many weeks ago. They took the money and never shipped the product. The whole time we waited more damage was caused due to the lack of a working pump. We decided they werent going to send the item and we wanted to contact support. We finally got in touch after days and hours waiting on the phone for no answer and they finally just up and canceled the order. We still havent gotten the refund. And their customer service is a joke. They do not take the blame for their mistakes. Do NOT waste your money on anything they have. They posted a response that states they refunded the same day the order was canceled which is not the case at all. We waited weeks for the refund to finally be released from the scam company. I repeat do not waste your time and money at this company.

With an upcoming business trip to Louisville scheduled, I figured I would simply visit them, since my calls went unanswered. After driving to the location listed on their web-site, I discovered they had moved. Search their forwarding address, then you might see why they are not what they appear to be.Even though I had not been charged, I closed my credit card account.

After waiting 5 days past there projected delivery date, I had to contact them to find out the order was still in fulfillment. Only after contactingthem, they issued a shipping date 7 -10 more days. I canceled the order and place the same order via Amazon. Amazon shipped the same day at basically the same price. Never again will I use this company.

I contacted Westside, they listened to my concerns and offered to return Light Almond products and get a replacement in color Ivory. Beware of this dealer. I ordered a six pack of smoke detectors that was listed as same day shipment. They immediately charged my credit card but did not ship. After a week of checking on my order it still listed it preparing to ship. I then tried to call and the listed wait time was 45 minutes. The suggestion was to leave a call back number, I did this and never received a callback. Then went to live chat to check on order, Lisa said she would check on the order and email me back. After several hours she emailed me back that the order would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. I canceled the order and am now waiting for a refund.

There are many stores out there, but this one is one of my favorites: they have good pricing, lots of discounts, the cashback, normal descriptions and free shipping options. For all that I can easily forgive a couple of delays I faced with. P.S. Ive made over 20 orders, and two or three arrived later than expected. But the value for money is still great (I think)

Im a construction coordinator for a small design/build operation. This is probably the worst experience Ive ever had with an online retailer. Customer service is non-existent. Took months to ship the order, then it arrived broken, and I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get someone to answer my questions and treat me like I spent hundreds of dollars on a product that is defective. Really frustrating experience. Everyone I have talked to at this company has a really bad attitude. Most of the folks just try to talk over me and pass the blame. Buyers beware. Ill never do business with these folks again. If you value your sanity, youll stay away too. Not worth the hassle just to save a couple of bucks buying wholesale.

Ive purchased central air filters from them twice, but not in a few years. First, they charge up front and dont ship. A week after the estimated ship date, no action and no updates from them. I emailed and said if I didnt hear back from them about my order, I would contact my credit card company to file for a refund. Well, I got an email reply pretty quickly after that : Your order has been cancelled. No apologies, no explanation. Great customer service, guys. Avoid like the plague!!!!

Don’t Do It!Read the reviews they are all alike. It starts with the website with the best price and item is in stock ready to ship in a few days. After many days you realize your order hasn’t shipped.Emails and emails later customer service gets back to you only to say there is a manufacture delay.Cancel your order and weeks later still no refund.Submit to your credit card company and they will take care of it, just make sure you have your emails on hand. They issued a credit to my account almost instantly and will go after this “Comcast” of a company.West Side your customer service is awful. Makes me wonder if your employees are trained to wipe front to back. Either way I do hope this email reaches future customers who look elsewhere for their purchase.

If no stars were possible thats what this company gets, it is impossible to check on an order with this company. Run the other way and order elsewhere as this company is a scammer. Will charge your credit card but never ships the merchandise. There is no way to contact them directly which should be a red flag. You can use their tracking system which tells you to contact them yet there is no other way to contact them except email which they do not respond.

I tried to purchase from Westside Wholesale twice during the past year. Both times we had issues. The first purchase never shipped. Each time I called I was told that they had not received the items from the distributor. The site never said they were out of stock. After 6 weeks I canceled the order. I tried them again last month and received the box very quickly. When I opened the box half of the bathroom exhaust fan was missing. I found an email from another customer from 2 years earlier that had returned the item because it was missing parts. It appears they did not inspect that return and just sold it again to me. When I returned the item they failed to refund the shipping cost. I contacted them again and they have chosen to not respond. I recommend you stay away from Westside Wholesale.

They told me smoke detectors were in stock at manufacturer and would take two weeks to get them. I cancelled my order because I needed them sooner. I was told my credit card would not be charged. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a simple batch of wall plates. The order confirmation stated that the order would ship in a week. Two weeks later, when the order had not been processed, I called to inquire. Customer Service said that their supplier was out of stock but that they could ship the order in two weeks. Two weeks later, the order was still not processed and no one could tell me what was going on. However, they insisted that they could get my order to me in a week. If you are not a big customer, dont waste your time. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered some items, but cancelled them because they werent going to ship them for weeks. They did ship some of the items 2 months later - even after I cancelled the order. Then they would not respond to me about returning the items. Only got a response after I called my credit card company to refuse the charges.Even opened a complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General.

Ordered a home theater system wallplate. Was out of stock which the website didnt say. Sent an email with no reply finally called and I was told that I would receive it in the middle of April even though I placed the order and the company took my money in the middle of February. If I could give them 0 stars I would for terrible feedback to a customer, but the lowest they go is 1. Early 2018, had problems with a water heater (got resolved but with major employee attitude/morale problems) and decided to try again early Sept 2018 for nearly $4500. 13 days and crickets........... ALARM BELLS!!! Long story short: Westside Wholesale has gone off the rails: they dont answer phones, dont respond to chats, dont respond to emails. FOLKS: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Period. Stop.

BUYER BEWARE: On 2/16/18 I ordered these based on the Great price, In Stock and Free Same Day Delivery. After 6 days (2/22/18) and not receiving the shipping information, I called to check the status.The lady that answered the phone said, well ship those to you when we have them in stock. Terrible customer service. Prices look great, but you cant ever get the order. After several weeks of waiting, I called to check on status of order. Woman was extremely rude, said everything was back ordered, and she had no idea when I would receive. But someone should send me a back order email, she didnt even know when that might happen. So I found the $400 worth of switches and outlets on Amazon, will have in two days, and called Westside Wholesale to cancel the order with them. Was told that it would take 10 days to credit my card back the money. When I asked why so long, I was told because thats what their website states - deal with it. Wow. They really should not be on online retailer, as they are not geared for it. DONT DEAL WITH THE AGGRAVATION - NOT WORTH IT.

I placed a few small orders with no problem. Then I placed a $400 order for two bath fans and some sensors. Shipping date came and went. I gave them an additional three weeks. No update in their online system. Email, no response. Call and wait on hold for 50 minutes no one answers. Ask for a call back on the website and no call. Had no choice but to submit a dispute with AMEX. I guess the first clue should have been the immediate charge on my card. Most companies only charge the card when they ship the goods.

I called several times, waiting around 20 minutes on the phone each time waiting for a rep. to answer my call. I had a question in regards to an almost $1,000 order I was about to place with them. Not only did I * not * get my order from Westside Wholesale in Kentucky when promised but it took five weeks to be notified that the fixtures were discontinued. I had to contact customer service via email twice. Today I called to speak to a supervisor. The operator who answered listened to my suggestions about better practices, spoke sympathetic words, did not give me a person higher in the chain, and when I said I could not order from them again, disconnected the phone call.

I ordered 4 dimming switches, all of which at the time said they were available. It was a lower priority order, but after 3-4 weeks of not receiving the order I checked on the status to discover that it was waiting on the manufacturer. At this time I request a status update of the order. 4 weeks later (8 weeks from original order date) I still have not received the order and not have been contacted. I have tried a couple time to schedule a call and like the concept of request a call, but when they do not follow up with the call, its almost worse than being left on hold.Terrible customer service and stock on their website is apparently not to be trusted.

I purchased several items almost a couple years ago. After waiting one month for the package to arrive, I had to return many of the products because of a mix-up at the warehouse, which caused several project delays. Because I wanted to receive the items I originally ordered, I agreed to receive store credit (which was a nightmarish process that took several phone calls for them to get right). When I placed an order for the items that didnt come with the original package, I had to wait another month for it to arrive.Since then, Ive tried to order more products but experienced difficulties when trying to apply to the remaining store credit. When I call the customer service line about it, the agents are not able to offer much assistance. As a result, Ive had to cancel at least one order.I dont really have the time to be calling customer service and being placed on hold for 15 minutes or more after placing every order because of mistakes and technical issues on the companys end. To apply the store credit to a purchase, I have to place the order over the phone because the system does not allow me to do this online. Similarly, I dont have time to wait on hold for 15 or more minutes to place an order, walk the agent through every single detail, and then wait a month for my package to arrive.Ive sent at least two emails requesting a refund. All Ive received is silence.Im not really interested in the companys excuses about why they messed up or how they think I messed up, like theyve done to other Google Places reviewers. (Dont they have privacy policies regarding discussing an individuals interactions with them in a public forum, like Google Places?) I just want the remaining store credit balance refunded to me. If they cant figure out how to apply the refund to my credit card, Ill accept a check.

I’m sorry I ordered my parts from here. The price was cheap so I ordered form wholesale parts online.The order took over a month to arrive with no explanation or apology.Customer service was vague and unhelpful and strung me along so that by the time I was 3 weeks into it I had no choice but wait it out.If you need you item in a specific time period and are looking for good customer service I’d shop else where.

Update - I spoke with a supervisor who apologized for the poor customer service. He specifically walked my order through the process, from start to finish. West Side Wholesale did make the situation right, and product was delivered as promised, on time.Ask yourself, why 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews with nothing in the middle. I can tell you that my experience was worth 1 star. The operations manager was kind enough to hear my side and take the time to explain it, but I did not move forward with purchasing anything. Very poor experience with customer service, I can only speculate from the reviews that the rest of the experience would be 1 star as well. Buyer beware.

We ordered a shower pan and asked for quick delivery. We were told 5 days, which was half the time of other suppliers, but got it in 2 days! The customer service people were helpful and knowledgeable. We would use them again.

I have been ordering Panasonic Whisper Quite bathroom exhaust fans from Westside Wholesale now for 4 to 5 years. Every time I order from them I receive the product within 3-days always as promised. Theres never a problem and the prices I pay are good. I do air conditioning work in Texas and I sell a fan or two ever so often.

These guys are a disaster. the prices listed on their website are good but like all things where the price looks good, you have to be careful. i placed an order with them. when things didnt go well and i didnt receive the ordered products, attempts to contact them are very difficult. if you call on the telephone you get put on infinite hold. they have a recording that suggests that you go to the westside wholesale website to request a callback, but i never received a callback when using the website. i ended up submitting a dispute form with my credit card company to get a refund.

Great prices... Except they didnt have the product. Ordered December 13th and was told it would ship on the 21st. Now its January 11th and they said they dont have the product and are guessing it will ship in 7-10 days... Meanwhile I didnt get any notification that this was delayed or back ordered. I wonder if I didnt reach out if it ever would have been shipped. One star is for the cancellation process... Seams like they have that down pat. Easy to cancel and get a refund.

Ordered a skylight tunnel on 2/20/18. Website said In stock and ready to ship on 3/6/18. It did not ship on time and after several follow-up phone calls to get a status update, it arrived in early April. The skylight tunnel was advertised to come with 6 ft of tunnel and the internal kit for the ceiling. It was missing several parts and once again I had to follow-up with unconcerned customer service agents to try and get replacement parts. After several phone calls and delayed shipments for the rest of the items that were supposed to be included, I gave up and bought the items from another company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Used them in the past and was happy. This order however has been terrible -- almost non-existent customer service. Placed order for 2 types of filters on 11/27. After 4 week and no merchandise, I made several attempts to contact them via email and telephone, Ive finally received credit for one type of filter (41 days since initial order). The other has been sitting in ready to ship status for over 10 days. Not reliable retailer and very frustrating. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

Ordered air filters May 22nd, just as Ive done in the past. They fully charged my account. June came, still no filters. They told me they were on back order. It is now August 7th, 2018, still no filters. They will not answer or reply to e-mail. Having to go to my credit card company. I will never do business with them again.

First time ordering from Westside Wholesale. Ordered some 4 way switches from this website on 7/15/18. The order said est ship date was 7/19/18. Of course, they charged my credit card immediately. The items never shipped, and still states “in fulfillment” when I log in to check the status. Emailed customer service on 8/1/18 and never got any reply. I checked the google reviews (unfortunately after placing the order) and seems that there are a lot of people with the same issues. If the item was not in stock, maybe you shouldn’t be selling it on your website!!! Anyways, went ahead and disputed the order with my credit card and will order from a more reputable company.

Ordered 2 CO2 Detectors and received a confirmation email that they would ship approx 9 days later. Its 11 days later and they sent no updated email, they did not return my phone call message, and I then waited 45 minutes on hold to cancel my order. Just go to Amazon.They have never returned a phone call or email to me. I got a refund from a credit card dispute.
