I brought 8 UFO LED High Bay lights for my warehouse. Earlier i was little worried about the performance of the lights. But as the electrician installed these Highbays the warehouse was lit. And these lights are performing exceptional. The lights were properly secured and shipped to me via UPS Express. The Built quality and the overall working of these lights are exceptionally good.

After a couple rocky conversations with two employees, I was contacted directly by one of the owners, Rahul who apologized for my negative call and worked to immediately resolve some delivery issues. He remained in touch with tracking numbers and updates to ensure my lights arrived as promised. I have installed them and they are exactly what I wanted, and I will be moving forward with replacing all my lights using LEDMyplace. If you need items by a specific date, be sure to double check any shipping delays, but it is clear the owners of this company wish to provide a wonderful service in a timely manner.

They do not tell you there is virtually no wire with this light! Maybe 12 inches and no plug. You have to be able to wire it yourself and it requires an extension cord . Too bad because I think it would be a good value if it came ready to plug in. Also, they say you get immediate support by chat but no one replied.

Great Products and excellent customer service. Switching from fluorescents to LED is easy, but there are a couple of things to think about, like color and lumens. The staff was excellent in explaining what I was needing.

Very disappointed in the wiring harness for these lights. The pigtail is too short and they could have gave a better option for wiring. I wouldnt recommend this to the average homeowner.

Never order from this company, I did order 15 light 💡 and only 6 was working, I called to have a return, but everything they have in the web about u have 30 to return if u don’t like it’s actually a lie, I end file a fraud report to the police and get my money through my bank .
