An amazing and very helpful staff! They are a very professional team who can handle whatever a customer throws at them and then some! Always willing to find a better way of helping out customers. Tanner, Taylor, and Austin are a great bunch of guys who always know just what a customer needs. TJ, Brad, Nick, and of course Steve, are some of the most genuine, honest, and hardworking professionals youll meet! They also have a very reliable warehouse staff, who can always deliver on promises on time. Todd, whos the warehouse manager, and Travis, the primary delivery driver, can always make the impossible, possible! They can get you the parts you need anywhere on-time! Cant ask for a better group of dedicated employees who bring a great reputation to the industry!

Great service and support! I won’t go into all the details, but Austin, Nick, and one of the other inside sales staff helped me identify the correct 150A Main Circuit breaker for an existing panel that is not one of the top 5 brands. I’ve worked in the electrical construction & engineering field for nearly 40 years, and have dealt with many supply houses. I recently returned to the Louisville area, and this was the first time I’ve had any dealings with Winlectric.I will remember the experience and pass it on to others in our field of work. The price for the equipment was very reasonable, but the overall value was great.

They usually have what I need or they will order whatever I need and get it in fairly fast. I also like that they always have a fresh pot of coffee ready every time i come in.
