I purchased several pieces from them and found the experience from beginning to end exceptional. The staff was equal measures helpful and polite. Parking was easy enough. We had my furniture loaded and I was put the door very quickly. I certainly will return.

Great consignment shop- some things seem a bit over- priced, but for the most part you get an array of selections for every taste and at a decent price. Staff is always friendly and very helpful ! One of my go to places for sure, and you can shop online.

I am a young professional and new to the area. I was very disappointed after walking in and receiving nothing but a judgmental stare as I entered the store. I received no help as I looked around, but while doing so I heard their cheerful greetings to everyone else who walked in. While they do have a nice collection of decor and furnishings, I will be taking my money elsewhere. Employees should worry less about putting on a fake smile for those who fit their skewed profile of a buyer and focus more on a positive customer experience for everyone who stops by.

Future consigners BE PREPARED to track your items status, or say good buy to any potential profits! It costs IDEA income to employee staff and provide the building space. So consider IDEAs 50% to 40% cut as your cost for the customer service/public exposure and square footage your items are occupying.Staff was friendly, however if you plan to utilize IDEA to consign your furniture/items prepare for only a 50% return for any item under $1000.00. Do the math first, if your item is worth $200.00 can expect a check in the mail for $100.00 IF IT Sells. The good news is they are upfront about this extremely efficient business detail. If all of your individual items do add up to over $1000.00 you will still ONLY receive 50% of the profit IF they sell AND within a specific time line. (Consignment items are tagged with the time line and price reduction information for customers to way the “perfect time” to buy vs. the risk of the item being purchased by another who values the price as is.)There is a light at the end of the tunnel for those who use IDEAs consigning resources! Individual items above $1000.00 earn consigners 60% IF the item sells. To do the math that adds up to your cut of a whopping $600.00! And IDEA will receive the other $400.00 for all of those overhead expenses described previously.IDEA will send you a check in the mail when your items are sold. However if no check arrives DO NOT forget to mark your calendar and follow up on the status of your consigned items. IDEA may or MAY NOT call you mere days before the item will go to a 50% off sale or in some cases be donated to Habitat for Humanity. IF you are fortunate to receive this call, DO NOT hesitate to call IDEA back IMMEDIATLY.
