As a business owner, I take reviews seriously. I strongly believe in providing a business an opportunity to solve anything thats wrong. With that said Im leaving the following review armed with documentation.Dapperfam has TERRIBLE customer service. Contrary to previous listed reviews, customer service is not delivering a purchased product to scheduled expectation. Its resolving any issues with the product if/when its recieved. I made a purchase in Feb 21. It arrived in Mar 21. The condition and fit was unsatisfactory. I made several attempts to contact customer service. I returned the product in Mar 21. I gave the company until May to credit my card prior to making a claim with my card company. They actually disputed my claim. As a result Im having to do more work to get my money back although they have there counterfeit branded merchandise back. So now I will use my free time and platforms to spread the word about their bad business practices and terrible customer service. 🤬🤬

They hooked me up for my wedding. Word to the wise though, they have a no cash refund policy. You can only get store credit when making a return. Keep that in mind when you make your purchases but they have good stuff.
This is one of my favorite clothing stores.Ive been shopping there for about 3 or 4 years . They have the latest styles in clothes and shoes. If you catch them on a holiday you can get a great deal on a lot of clothes and shoes.

Not to bad of a place to shop. The place does have its own parking, but the parking lot is in the back of the store. You have to walk all the way to the front door which is kind of a inconvenience. And it would be a lot better if the place had taylor on site.

You have many options to choose from. Dress and casual shirts, sweaters, shoes, jewelry, cologne hats, socks, belts and more.The employees are not professional in assisting the consumer. When I was there the man who assisted me took several personal phone calls, didnt really know the merchandise and was very inconsistent in assisting. I couldnt remember the gentlemans name that normally helps me ; when I asked and gave the gentleman description, the man that was assisting me said were all old and we all limp. Before I was finished shopping the gentleman showed up. He had been in the back putting up stock . He saw me took charge and finished assisting me.

I was soooo very pleased with my shopping experience at GQ.... my son needed to get ready for prom, and this was my first time actually stepping foot in the shop (the Preston site) Derrick was the gentleman that assisted us and he made everything sooo easy! He was kind, funny, he remembered talking to my son from before, he also remembered my sons details, he covered every detail gave tips and tricks. I wish that I had shopped here before for my other son. The prices are affordable and reasonable, great quality. All around a awesome experience!
