Really nice shop. Limited gear selection but it covers the basics with choices. Effort obviously has been made in choosing stock. Helpful staff which includes a dog that could be your best friend. Superior inventory of high quality clothing. YETI is there too, but he is everywhere. I came away impressed and a hundred bucks lighter.

Loved the selection and the friendly staff! I went in one of the first days they were open and Allie helped me find a nice gift for my wife. She even tried things on so that I knew how they would fit her. Definitely my go to store in town. Their return policy is really amazing too.

The staff in this store is very friendly and always smiling. Never have I left unhappy. Great job Folks!

This place is awesome! I was helped/advised by 4 different people while I was there, and they were all wonderful and very knowledgeable. The store manager (I think his name was zak) helped me find exactly what I was looking for. While I was there, the social media coordinator (Alex?) told me about their Instagram, and things they are always doing in the community, and its my new favorite follow! Will be back.

This is a fantastic shop. I was in with a friend who was heading down to Florida as a First Responder for Irma, and they were incredibly helpful and generous in getting him equipped.Much of their backpacking gear is actually less expensive than buying on Amazon.Five Stars for outstanding, professional and friendly service and choices.

Great people are hat helped us and were very nice. I found 2 things that i really like. I would definitely recommend the true grit pullovers they are very comfortable. the staff was very nice especially matt and the store was very big and things were spread out.

What has happened to this store? The google pictures and prior reviews made me eager to try it out. I was taken aback when I walked in to a half empty store and a female employee just sitting on the counter. They said they weren’t closing, but the overall employee moral and energy felt weird. Maybe I just caught them on a day with all new people, because they also didn’t have much knowledge on the shoes or backpacks I looked at. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

This store staff is what makes me return. The two girls their Allie and Paige give me their full attention and reallly make shopping easy. I could buy most this stuff online but just love these girls. Thanks Water n Oak for being the best in customer service

Nice selection of quality goods and apparel. Tre was great to talk to and customer service was great.

Everyone in the store was friendly and willing to help. They had a lot of different supplies, but everything was vastly overpriced. A pair of wool socks was $40, I can get the same things online for far less. There was one for like $60.They had an amazing sele tion of fly fishing supplies, all of which are overpriced as well. They had line snips for an outrageous price as well.I wouldnt suggest shopping here, go to Quest or BassPro instead.

Friendly and helpful staff, decent prices for higher end outdoor gear and clothing. And they carry the Filson brand which I havent seen in any stores in the Louisville area.
