Given that these guys are in the middle of bourbon country I expected to see more limited selections. Their barrel pics are good but many of the other bottle shops in the city have much better selections. Really like the ability to taste before you buy

I almost always shop at another liquor store, but stopped in a few months ago and commented how much higher their prices are. The clerk then said we price match. Last night I stopped in and after the bourbon scanned $10 higher than my normal place, I asked about the price match and showed them the price at my normal place only to be told yeah we cant match that. Theyre between $5-$10 more than Total Wine and More on every item and their price match doesnt seem to apply when they dont want it too. Do the same thing I did last night, save yourself money and visit Total Wine and More.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the Fern valley store. I placed an order on line for in store pick up. Got there and grab a few other things. My husband and I was talking to the worker as we checked out and they went and got my bottle I had ordered. We got lost in conversation and ringing up everything paid and then left. About 20-30 minutes go by and I get a call from the store. Informing me that I had paid (at in store check out) for the bottle I had already paid for on line. I hadn’t even caught it when it happened. They apologized multiple times and told me that they could credit the money back on my card or I can come pick up the other bottle i had paid for. When I got back to the store they continued to apologize. I thanked them for calling and letting me know. I hadn’t caught it and they definitely didn’t have to take the extra step to inform me. Very pleased with the staff at this location!

Nice staff. Clean location. Pricing here is decent, I recommend looking up prices as you shop. They beat out others pricing in some cases and not in others as far as whiskey/bourbon goes. Beer seems about the same as anywhere. Its a go to location of mine.

Extensive selection of bourbons great prices, the owner was on the floor taking care customers and gave us a warm welcome, we told her what we were looking for and she went out of her way to hook us up. She was so sweet and even gave us recommendation where to have nice dinner. She was right on that too! Thanks Annie..we will be sure to visit again.

Vast selection, nice check out staff. The only way they could improve is to have more employees available for help, while shopping.. but right now with labor shortage, cant blame them.

The guy stocking the liquor was so helpful. He stopped what he was doing to help find what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable. They didnt have 1 product I was looking for and he went above and beyond customer service and looked yo see which other stores had the product in stock. I appreciate the great service I received.

I visited looking for a particular wine. They helped me look for it and we determined they did not have it. As we were checking out the young woman helping me ran to the register with the last bottle that she found after continuing to search! Excellent

Pretty much largest selection in this area.3/1/21 Reply to the response from Liquor Barn - I dropped it to a 4-star only because I cant find Trader Vics amaretto there anymore. The last three times Ive shopped there it was gone and this time I didnt even see a label/spot on the shelf for it. So I can only assume its a company decision. Has Liquor Barn stopped stocking it?

Great selection of Wine, beer, Liquor and everything in between! They even have growlers available and a taps were they will fill either the one you purchase from them or one from another location. Parking is kinda sparse but we have never had a problem getting a spot and the driveway around the back of the building is poor quality.

Just wanted to give feedback on a excellent employee of yours. Kristina at your Fern Valley/Preston Highway location really makes our experience every time we come in there. We went in once to check if you had a product, and have been coming back every since. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about beer, bourbon, and really about anything we have had any question about. And if she doesnt know shes more than happy and eager to find out. She speaks very highly of the company, and its so very nice to see someone who loves their job and enjoys what they do. There are other Liquor Barns, as well as other liquor stores much closer to my home, but we drive the extra miles every few weeks simply because of your great employee, and to try new things (usually suggested by her). Thank you for great products and a exceptional employee!

This is my second review... Had to change my thoughts after special ordering a program, like Ive done with several other things in this store. Wont be doing anymore business here. Rude Manager that claims his employees are in his words, (Lairs). Well, your employees are humans that treat customers like humans... Manager needs a attitude adjustment. Id be happy to give him... Comment something if youd like this free of charge, smart a**!!!

Great selection on all the finest booze. Picked up a bottle of Hurricane Proof Rum. It was delicious and you can feel the burn of the 137 Proof alcohol. If youre a drinker or planning a party, I definitely recommend.

I wish they would keep the Miller 64 beer in 30 can packs in stock. They are very hard to find. I asked the manager in charge, but it hasnt happened yet. Other than that, I love the store, people are great. Just need to find my beer.
