Stopped in there today around 9 am and had to wait a while for someone to take my order. No other customers there. Order five sheets of vinyl soffit. Get to the job site and find out they are stained and dirty. Called North Coast, got put on hold for over 18 minutes before finally hanging up. Called back and no answer. What a horrible way to run a business. I own and operate Kentucky Guttering Company. I will not be doing anymore business with North Coast. Horrible products and horrendous customer service.
