Valley used to be a trusted resource for us where we had a great working relationship with everyone there until one of their delivery guys dropped a load of drywall on a client’s floor and we were made responsible for the damage. After calling and speaking to Karina and Tyler we all agreed to replace the flooring at our cost and Valley would reimburse us for the out of pocket expense. That expense being $1,100.00. After meeting with the manager, Kevin, he disagreed that any of this had occurred at all and denied our claim to remove an equivalent balance from out credit account to indemnify for the out of pocket expense. I did fight back and insist that we would never had replaced the floor out of our cost if it weren’t for them prompting us to in the first place. The situation was left as is and we are now hearing from debt collectors for the $1,100.00 the agreed to reimburse us for. Bottom line is don’t ever fix someone’s mistake. These people may seem honest at face value but they’re only protecting their pockets
