Shop here all time. Brought $80 worth of hair products. Two days later, I went to use the holding spray which would not spray. I just wanted another can. But No!! I had to have a receipt. Very Poor Customer Service!! This is an example why We shouldnt spend our money here✊🏾

Clean, courteous and organized place to shop.. I havent been in there in a year until today, and I was still totally satisfied with my shopping experience..

Some workers are rude. Some are nice! They treat everyone that comes in like their going to steal, I understand why but goodness... That just makes you want to go to a different store and purchase your hair supplies and never come back

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. They were very helpful when I needed to find a product. The store was clean and organized! I will be returning!

Really enjoy this beauty supply. Excellent prices and a variety of hair products, hair and accessories. I drive from Indiana to Kentucky to shop here, most of all the workers are very nice and treat people with respect. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Just go black owned. I cant with the following me every aisle. Leaning over the counter to see me when I bend down. All my black owned stores were closed today really needed product. Those saying its great is sad you shouldnt be okay being watched like that because your black.

Its a nice place I think there more relaxed now that they have gotten to know their customers but they will help and watch you but they cool people

Its nice and clean unfortunately this young lady started causing a scene and ran out the door with the hair. I cried and started praying. The employees came back and one was hurt, I left but will continue shopping there.

Wouldve given a 5, but I dont too much care for their return policy. They dont have instore credit or money back, its exchange only. Other than that their selection is ok.

Ugh so so dirty me and my mother went to try on wigs and I swear to jesus there were baby spiders not one but two ALIVE! and they act like they didnt know. sad to say Ive been coming here for years but I will not be returning. They are not even warm or welcoming when u enter....enter at ur own risk!

Updated review: prices are better now; more in line with prices you can find at other places. And this is now the only hair store that Ive seen add newer lines of products, such as Creme of Natures Coconut Milk Line. Also, they have revamped their hair weave section somewhat.

Nice employes I believe that they need more variety of blonde hair dyed and accessories and blonde weave kits and loop extension products
