After my van died, I originally took it to another place which told me it was an after market alarm system and that they couldnt help me. So I reached out to Repair masters and asked specifically if they could handle after market alarms and they assured me they could. Only a few days later, they called to let me know that it wasnt the alarm system, but rather a faulty ignition switch- a much easier and simpler fix. I was so glad I took it here since the other place not only couldnt fix the problem, but completely misdiagnosed it. Only wish I had gone here first. 100% recommend Repair Masters!

Great experience. My car was having problems starting and the oil pressure warning light was on, but the team was able to diagnose the actual problem and provide a solution quickly and at reasonable cost. Would definitely use again!

Two other auto shops told us our repair job would be a multi-day, multi thousand dollar endeavor for our 2012 Sienna. Repair Masters did a thorough inspection, found a loose wire causing the problem and saved us nearly 10X the cost quoted from two other shops. We’ll absolutely be back.

I cannot say enough good things about Spencer and his team at Repair Masters Louisville. We looked for several years, trying many different shops, before we found this place, and I will never go anywhere else now! They are trustworthy, dependable, excellent in their work, reliable, and always take good care of us. They have gone above and beyond more times than I can imagine! I came in once right at closing on a Friday, freaked out about a light on my dash, and he took the time to help me figure it out, and then didn’t even charge me. I felt that this shop was unprepared when I brought my vehicle in for service and that they were going to overcharge me for the repair. They had not looked up a price for the repair I wanted done and wanted me to wait while they looked it up. After 5 minutes of waiting, he still didnt have an estimate, but said it would be over $300. I decided to go elsewhere and got the same repair done at Chans Automotive in Broomfield for $150.

Honest mechanics, I’ve been taken advantage of at other shops. Did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Friendly, knowledgeable staff - Spencer was professional and communicative. Highly recommend!

Spencer was a fantastic help for my car. After going to several other places for my AC, it seems he was the only one who could figure out what was going on. While everyone else insisted I needed a new compressor ($1400 job), Spencer found that I just needed to plug something back in. Amazing service! I came here to get my clutch replaced. Was on a bit of a time crunch as I was staying with my parents, and needed my car to get home. The man working on my car stayed late on a Thursday night to make sure my car would be done Friday, to avoid me waiting over the weekend. Which was so kind!Then, a couple weeks later I thought I had an issue with the clutch (as it turns out it was fine), so I brought it back in to get looked at. They actually drove around with me to try and get a feel for what I thought was the issue. Again, kind and thorough service.I couldnt recommend this place more!

Super helpful and explained everything. I took my Subaru Impreza in for them to diagnose a knocking noise. Spencer and the mechanic Jim looked at it, put it up on the rack, and showed me what the problem was. It was central rod knock, so $$$ to fix. They diagnosed it for free and happened to have an engine in the shop that Spencer used to explain the problem and why engine replacement is the only option. They’re straightforward, experienced, and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
