I had an excellent experience with a repair on my Nissan Rogue recently. The work looks fantastic and professional with every detail attended to. They also threw in a complimentary vacuum and clean, which I so appreciate during these cooler months. Thanks so much, guys, I will definitely use you again for future repairs.

Coal Creek worked seamlessly with my insurance and Enterprise rental company to make sure everything was as easy as possible. They made by car look and feel like new, inside and out. I had my 2015 Honda Fit repaired by them and they did a fantastic job with the body work. After initially getting an estimate through Caliber Collisions, whom my insurance company always suggests I go to, Coal Creek Collisions offered the same exact cost for their estimate as well, while also setting the expectation it could end up being more once they really got in to do the work. The end cost ended up being exactly what was quoted to me- thank goodness!Coal Creek not only did a fantastic job with the body work, price, and timeliness of returning my car, but it was cleaned inside and out! My car mats looked brand new, seats had been vacuumed, and my dash and trim around the car had been wiped clean. It was such a nice surprise when I got in.Thanks yall!

Wonderful experience with this place! I had minor repairs that needed done. They were able to give me an appointment within 2 weeks, the repairs were done on time, and they helped communicate with Enterprise and with my insurance company. They even cleaned the inside of my car before I picked it up! By far the best vehicle repair experience I have ever had. Great customer service and great work on the vehicle.

I was thoroughly impressed with Coal Creek Collision Center. Over a year ago I backed into a tree that caused bumper damage. It didnt bother me until it led to excessive squeaking due to rubbing with with trunk latch. The quote they gave me was very reasonable for me to pay out of pocket. It was actually less their their initial quick assessment. What impressed me most is that they quoted for a part they didnt need, so my final payment was LESS than my quote. Just an anecdote for the honesty and integrity of this shop.It took one more day than they originally expected, but they were very patient with my calls for updates .They also washed my car and vacuumed the interior. Felt like an above and beyond step that I was thankful for.Highly recommend!

Work and service were always great for 20 years until I had to call about a repair from Coal Creek. The person I spoke with was rude, condescending and refused to help for a small repair that should be on their dime. He was pushy and pushing me into a more expensive option that was not necessary. I asked for the store manager (Mike) whom I have a long history with but has been furloughed due to COVID. Mike would have taken the proper steps to clear this matter up. When I told the person who I was speaking with that I’d shop around he hung up on me without saying thank you or good bye... so now after 20 plus years of doing business with Coal Creek Collision, I’m saying good bye forever.

I have seen their work long before I needed assistance. So I have utmost confidence in their skills and professionalism. So this Oct.1st am taking my Tacoma 4x4 to them to take care of damage done to it by someone being unfocused and distracted. They hit my vehicle, although not serious damage, and freely admitted to it. So now I am heading there soon to access their fine services and repairs they offer.

Picked up our car this morning. And as typical with Coal Creek Collision, another amazing experience. Major kudos to Mike S. for once again being helpful, professional and going above and beyond compared to any other shop I have used in the past. Because of his attention to detail and his consistently great customer service, we only use CCCC as our go-to shop. Mike really helped us out this time in getting us scheduled at a time that works for us - we had major time constraints and Mike worked with us to accommodate our needs. He always keeps us informed throughout the process, and has been a great partner in working with our insurance to be sure everything is in order. The car looks great, inside and out, as is typical of our past experiences. Thanks Mike and team at Coal Creek! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Super happy with my experience with this shop. They were able to complete the work ahead of time, on a very tight schedule that I had requested due to a trip that I had coming up where I absolutely needed my Landcruiser. Even among an obviously huge amount of work they had going on due to the recent hail damage in Louisville, they got everything wrapped up amazingly fast. Definitely recommend.

These guys are great, especially Mike who was really helpful with my Subaru Forester. I think they are very honest and they did a nice job on my car. Im usually more of a 1 star review poster, but I had to add to the chorus.1. Coal Creeks Estimate was 30-40% less than other estimates from area shops.2. Most shops were booked for 2 months, coal creek scheduled my repairs in less than a week.3. Coal creek completed the repairs in 20-40% less time than quoted from area shops.4. My car is FLAWLESS. The body work brilliant, the color matches exactly.Honestly, what a fantastic shop. Will recommend to all I know. Thanks Coal Creek Collision!

This place is awful. Zero communication. I get there is typically extra damage found when a vehicle is taken apart. What I dont get is not informing the customer. When I called for status updates I got nothing but the runaround or was treated like Im an idiot. Mike, who is supposedly the manager but every time I called or came in was nowhere to be found and never returned my messages, was nothing but condescending and rude the one time I actually spoke to him. I tried to explain to him that my 5 day repair became a 15 day repair and I was never notified and would like to have been kept in the loop. He acted like he wanted to fight me physically. What an unprofessional way to treat a customer who was stating politely that they would like to be kept informed. The other people in the office were apologetic and professional and seemed like they were used to covering for Mikes unprofessional behavior. If that guy were my employee, hed either be looking for a new job or would be cleaning toilets FAR away from my customers.

Coal Creek Collision Center is the best auto body experience Ive had in my 40 years of driving vehicles. I have to say that Im always a bit leery of auto repair centers in general, but when my sons 96 full size Bronco got some damage, Coal Creek was one of the top recommended places by State Farm. While we didnt process the fix through insurance, they still treated us excellently. Not only did they do an amazing job fixing the damage, they did it on time and actually came in under budget. Ill definitely recommend Cameron and the folks at Coal Creek Collision for any body work needs.

I recently had to take my vehicle in for repairs after a tree brunch fell on my car damaging the roof and the hood of my car. My usual shop was booked for 3 weeks so I had to try a new repair shop, Coal Creek Collision. My experience with this shop was ridiculously unprofessional. My first warning sign was when the estimate consisted of an eye-balled inspection process instead of a thorough inspection. This lax process snowballed into several unneeded interactions with my auto insurance, since after I delivered my car for repairs and it was more thoroughly inspected, additional repairs needed to be approved by the insurance. I spoke to the general manager and requested to communicate my grievances with the owner and he informed me that the owner is not an engaged proprietor and that there was no one else to speak to. So, I am taking the time to warn others about the services provided by this repair center. Please take caution before using their services.

Absolutely terrible service. Do not take your car to this company. I messed my car up on my garage and took it into coal creek to fix it, paying cash for the repair. They do not use manufacturer paint so the paint doesn’t match on my car and they missed some of the clips on the plastic for my car so the wheel well plastic is not secure. Not only did they mess up the repair but they also tried to take advantage of me as a young female suggesting that there were more dents to my car than there actually was. My mom also got into a wreck and took her car there for repair around the same time u was picking my car up from the shop. When she picked up her car there were new scratches on it that weren’t there before (it was a brand new car) and the paint didn’t match on her vehicle either. All in all I’m very disappointed with the work done on my car and feel taken advantage of. I would highly recommend Abra auto body and glass instead of coal creek collision.

Numerous people recommend I try Coal Creek Collison for a small bumper repair and paint job following a fender-bender in my work’s parking lot. Unfortunately, the level of service and care did not match the recommendations I received. I was supposed to pick up my car on a Tuesday but received a call telling me the bumper paint was not done as Mike had hoped, so they needed to redo it and would have it ready the following day. Not a huge deal, things happen. Sadly, when I picked up my car the following day, there were several blemishes and smears on the bumper that had just been painted. Steve recognized the mistakes and said they would fix it within the day, which they day. Though I was frustrated that the car had not been taken care of the first time, I appreciated their willingness to fix it and fix it quickly. However, when I picked up my car the second time and got in, there was a large scratch on my shifter. Both me and my husband had never seen that before and frequently look at the shifter since that is one of the first things we touch when we start the car each day. I pointed this out to Mike, who had overseen and done the work on my bumper. He offered to replace it and said it probably happened when they did the complimentary vacuum inside but then informed me that this was out of bounds of what they do for customers and would no longer be interested in my business. I was shocked. No longer trusting them to not do further damage, I asked that they refund the cost of the replacement part on the shifter rather than replace it. Luckily, they did. However, Mike rudely told me that they “Can’t take pictures of the interior of the car and note every scratch that’s already there” and “The work wasn’t for the interior of my car.” I told him that when I’m paying for a service on my vehicle, I expect a certain level of care and attention to detail, and that his statements made it seem as though I was lying. I said that from an establishment that deals with people on a regular basis, I expect a more professional level of customer service. He continued to argue with me, further showing a lack professionalism.Unlike the people who recommended me to Coal Creek, I do not believe they pride themselves in the quality of their work. I also do not get the sense that customer service is their top priority. Rather than apologizing, they treated me as though I was overtly particular and nitpicky. When it comes to my one-year old car, I expect a high level of service. Even on an older car I would expect the same level of service. It’s disappointing that a place that touts “Quality Collison Repair for Your Vehicle” on their website does not practice this in actuality. I would not entrust your car, new or old, to Coal Creek. As we all know, cars are some of our most costly possessions, and attention to detail and customer service is solely lacking at this establishment. If you read other Yelp and Google reviews, it seems Im not the only one who has had issues with Mike. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place until he leaves or is fired (as he should be judging on my experience and that of others).

5 wks ago, my wife backed out of our garage and hit a friend’s car parked in our driveway. Bummer. After much debate, we opted to pay our deductible and get the body work done. Our insurance company suggested Coal Creek Collision Center (CCCC). They were close to our house and next door to an Enterprise Rental Car location. Here’s our experience:(1) I called CCCC to see what the inspection process was like. They said to come anytime, it should only take 20 minutes. [Positive](2) Several days later my wife stopped by. It only took 15 min for them to do the inspection. CCCC said we’d have to leave our minivan with them for a week. No problem, our Insurance covered the rental). CCCC even told my wife they could fix another small ding on the car while they were replacing the side panel of our mini van. Sweet! We were feeling pretty good about things. [Positive](3) 3 wks later, we dropped the van off at CCCC [Neutral](4) 1 wk later, we were wondering about the status of our car, expecting to have got a call by now. No big deal. My wife called CCCC to check in. CCCC was super nice, apologized, saying one of their staff had an emergency and that the car wasn’t ready. We’d have to leave the car another 4 days. CCCC said they’d pay any extra for the rental car if our insurance didn’t cover it. We were a little bummed but hey, life happens. We were more annoyed that CCCC hadn’t called us to give us a heads up. [Slightly Negative](5) 4 days later and we still hadn’t heard back from them. My wife called again to check status. [Negative](6) Good news, CCCC said the car was ready. The new side panel and paint job looked great. [Positive](7) But then we realized that they hadn’t re-applied the pin-striping. And they hadn’t fixed the small ding. Hmm..at this point we were getting frustrated again. [Negative](8) CCCC said they would send someone to our house to fix the pin-striping. Good. At least we wouldn’t have to bring our car back into the shop. But regarding not fixing the other ding, they said it wasn’t part of the insurance covered damage. Lame. Oh well. [Negative](9) My wife drove home. They had washed the car. But the car smelled like a mix of sweat and bad air freshener. And the floor mats weren’t put back properly. Very minor things we know, but it just felt like they kept cutting corners. Overall, the experience seemed to keep getting worse. [Slightly Negative](10) Once again my wife had to call about the pin-striping. And in the meantime we realized that the side seat belt wouldn’t retract/was stuck. We’re not mechanics and didn’t know if it had anything to do with the work CCCC did. All we knew was they the seatbelt was working fine before we took the van into CCCC. We asked CCCC if they’d take a look and try to fix the seat belt. [Neutral](11) CCCC was very nice on the phone. But they said we’d have to bring our car back into the shop if they were to look at the seat belt. Ugh. Not again. [Slightly Negative](12) The next day, my wife dropped off the van again, having a friend pick her up, 1 hour later, I got a call from CCCC saying they didn’t have right pin-striping (not matching color). Seriously. Ugh. CCCC suggested we could just take all the pin-striping off. I agreed that was a good option at this point [Negative](13) 30 minlater, I got another call from CCCC. When removing the pin-striping, they realized it was leaving a yellow residue on the white paint. CCCC suggested they redo the left side of the car with pin-striping. Even though it wouldn’t match the right side. I agreed. At this point, I just wanted to be done with this whole thing. [Negative](14) 1 hr later, my wife picked up the car. She’s a details person and didn’t like the final result but we agreed it wasn’t worth messing with anymore. We’d already spent weeks and countless hours messing with this. [Negative]The actual bodywork was good. But all the other things added to a bad experience.
