I’ve had a rug for 9 years. All I ever did was vacuum it. With 2 cats and a lot of traffic, it looked dark, dirty and worn. I was thinking of getting another rug to replace it when I saw their add in the paper for carpet cleaning. I called them and they came within an hour and picked up my carpet. I got it back yesterday and I’m amazed. It looks brand new. It is bright, light and clean. They were super nice and professional. I will definitely use them again. I won’t wait 9 years next time.

I have recently moved to my new house in Simpsonville, and I noticed that I need to clean my oriental rugs. With thanks to google for recommending Khazai to me after I googled rug cleaning near me, I called them, and after an hour, they were at my doorstep. They explained their oriental rug cleaning process to me and then took the rugs. In less than 3 days, they returned all my area rugs totally cleaned. I called for service after receiving an email coupon and I am thrilled that I did. I expected to have my rugs rolled up and removed for cleaning. What I got was a completely professional experience as Sophia guided me through the Khazi cleaning experience. She inspected the rugs,made suggestions on repairs and fringe trimming, and educated me on the cleaning process. After inspecting all the rugs and carrying them to their van, the gentleman that accompanied Sophia carried my old carpet pads to our curbside for garbage pickup.Our cleaned rugs were returned on the day and time that was agreed upon and again Sophia was accompanied by a gentleman who carried the rugs. The rugs look as beautiful as the day they were purchased. My large, heavy rugs were placed without using pads. Because of the size, they will not move. This suggestion saved on my final price.Finally, I asked if one of our rugs that was not cleaned could be moved to a different room. This involved moving it up a flight of stairs. YES was the answer.My advice is to call Khazi. Don’t hesitate. You’ll be happy you did.

Initially we took our rug to a standard “carpet cleaner” and after weeks of waiting, the results we received back were nothing short of ghastly 🤢🥴. Not only was the rug not clean.. I had an 8x10 machine-made oriental rug that needed a good cleaning. Most importantly I needed cat urine removed. My cat had repeatedly peed on the rug and no matter how I cleaned it he kept doing it. I researched all the oriental rug cleaning options and Khazai was by far the most expensive option— by about $100 dollars. I learned though that this is because they’re the only rug cleaners whose base price includes flushing out the foundation (or back) of the rug. The base price for other cleaners did NOT include flushing out the foundation (or back) of the rug to ensure a thorough clean.I figured if I’m spending hundreds of dollars minimum for a cleaning no matter where I go, I’d rather go with the most thorough option. And I’m glad I did!Pick up and drop off was free. Scheduling pick up was easy and they came out very quickly. They turned the rug around in about a week. The rug looks amazing and my cat has stayed away from it thus far! Sophia is clearly an expert on all things oriental rug and was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend you go with the thorough experts next time you need your oriental rug cleaned.

My apartment flooded due to a burst pipe and my hand knotted oriental rug was totally soaked. I called Ramazani and they told me I needed to get the rug cleaned before it dried (I had no clue!). It was near the end of the day on a Friday and they offered to stay late if I couldn’t get there before closing. When I brought my rug in the red dye had bled into the white fringe so they made it top priority before the red dye set. They got it out! It looks great, and everyone was so knowledgeable.

I called KHAZAI on a Wednesday morning and they were able to give me a quote over the phone for cleaning our 9 X 12 area rug and they sent 2 men to pick the rug up within a couple of hours... They were quick and very pleasant and friendly... Steven is one of the young men who picked up the rug and he personally guaranteed the rug would be bright and I wouldnt be disappointed. So far very very pleased with their service.. We wont be unrolling our rug until we get moved to South Carolina, so Steven said he would take a picture of it after it was cleaned so I could see how good it looks.. I would have to agree with James Calvert. I applied for a job unloading trucks and staging products. Owner interviewed me and told me I would also have to write blogs for the company, clean items, call customers, and take pictures of the items. None of this was in the job description I applied for. A crock with low pay. Total waste of my time.

I’ve never had a better buying experience. It helped that we knew what we were looking for but the total attention to our needs, willingness to show us and move a ton (literally) of product instilled a high level of confidence from the purchaser’s standpoint. We were able to get a huge wool area rug for an Uber competitive price, online prices couldn’t touch theirs. Never felt the need to hagle or that we were paying too much. The rugs sell themselves but Sophia was the icing on the cake!!!!!! I took 20+ business cards of hers to pass onto fellow shoppers.
