Excellent, EXCEPT I asked for 2% milk, but because they were busy she poured from the jug of whole milk. Makes me wonder how often that is done. :/

The lady at drive thru window got my order wrong I corrected her. She turned to the girl next to her with an attitude and started complaining that she heard me order what she made. Started slamming blenders while remaking it. If anyone came up and asked her what happened she started with her attitude telling a story how she knew it was right. I offered to pay the The difference if there was some or to go around again. She said no! And handed me drinks dripping all over my hand. I Called the manager and all he said was ok I’ll talk to her. The drinks were horrible! What a waste of $16.

Love how the staff individualized all our drinks with cute drawings or sayings. They all had smiles and were laughing. Great staff there ❤

Would give it a zero if possible. Ordered three drinks and not one of them was correct. Ordered a cafe mocha and got a hot chocolate. Ordered a Carmel apple spice and got some kind of coffee concoction when it is a juice based drink. Ordered a simple chocolate milk with whip cream on top and received some kind of water chocolate item with ice cubes. Then no answer to repeated phone calls to alert them to the fact I should be refunded. Won’t go again.

Coffee and food is always good. But the young lady up Front, Kenzie, could not seem to keep her mask over her nose. She breathed all over all the drinks she prepared. I asked her to replace the mask and she did. But less than five minutes later it was down again and she apparently doesn’t notice or care. All other employees and customers were in compliance.

Was not impressed with this store, limited flavor selection on popular flavors. They need to do better.

Thank God I asked for my Carmel Machiatto to be warm, not scalding hot, (which the cashier didnt seem to understand and another barista had to explain to her) because they gave me a damaged cup and I ended up spilled half of my venti coffee all over myself, my seat, my door, and my steering wheel with my first sip while driving down a deserted 2-lane highway in the desert.

Just got back from this Starbucks location and let me just say a HUGE thank you to the ladies in the drive thru. I was having such a rough day as a single mama and started crying in the drive thru. They came to the window with a warm brownie, cake pops, and a sweet note that seriously made my day better. Thank you so much ladies. You have no idea how sweet yall are!

Took 23 minutes for them to process 5 vehicles, no apologies for the extremely long wait, was at a Starbucks yesterday with 10 cars in front of me and was out in 10 minutes. Then when I saw the drinks had just been sitting on the counter collecting with other drinks I raised concerns over cold drinks and she told me not to worry about it. Get back to the office and get complaints. Terrible location

Walked up at 5:45pm says lobby is open with big ole sign by the door but we go to open the door and it’s locked and we checked the other side and it was locked to. we ordered through the app due to us walking to it from home depot and tried calling them to see if they can hand them too us and didn’t answer the phone any of the many times we called, they kept looking out at all the people outside waiting tho. and still managed to make our drinks wrong.

They never pay attention to the specifications of my drinks. But this time it worse, there is a soapy taste to my pumpkin spice latte and a strange oily residue floating at top. Take in mind I already removed most of it with a spoon.

Orders were being taken super fast but actually getting orders took forever. Spent about 15 minutes in line after placing my order and then got something completely different than what I ordered. Really didnt want to wait any longer for the right order, so I just kept my super expensive fancy milk. I love Starbucks, but I will make it a point to not go back to this one. Epic fail.

Normally everything is great here and the people are friendly but for like, the 3rd time I asked for light ice is my drink and once again the person making it did not pay attention. Im not that upset but I do want this acknowledged. Thanks

Purchased a Java Chip Frap..I was given a paper straw.. tiny hole n straw got soggy.. how do they expect one to drink ? She could have used common sense..maybe 1/2 star instead of a full star

Well I ordered two drinks and my drink they just happened to add caramel instead of mocha drizzle no big deal right well like I kindly walk back in and ask them if they can remake my drink and OMG today go above and beyond the only did I get a fresh drink made as I ordered they also let me keep the one they messed up on so I can give it to my mother, and then I wanted to order one of the sausage egg and cheese wraps and I wanted to pay for it but seeing how they messed up on my drink order and I was told that they were not going to take my money for my wrap 😇💥😘 I cannot believe how above and beyond they went I am definitely a loyal customer

They really need to improve the app. I order the same things and its always a different price. There is never a receipt or breakdown of what was ordered. With a drive through you cant even let them know if they have got the order wrong. Also the workers never wash their hands.

Great coffee and cold drinks

This is the only Starbucks in Los Lunas besides in the Alberstons Market. They are friendly and have now finally blocked off the drive thru where it doesnt interfere with the parking lot customers.b My only complaint is when placing a mobile order its very inconvenient when you still have to wait to get your drink when its sitting at mobile pick up area ready for customer to pick up. Other locations I have been to I just grab my with my name on it drink and go.

Sticky table and floor. There are flies inside cake and cookies box. Wont buy it.

Drinks are always great. Service is really slow.

Kids dont pay attention to what you order then when you correct their mistake, its like they get offended.

This Belen Starbucks was no star for service on the afternoon of March 15, 2021.They were taking about 5 minutes per car in the drive through, they omitted the sweetener in my shaken iced espresso, and they didnt get the lid on tight so it dripped all over my -- fortunately, coffee colored -- shirt!Sigh.My wifes Flat White was right, though! Except late, of course.

As usual the coffee is too hot. I need to have a little ice in mine. They were fine with it. The stars werent lack of service, its the Hot hot coffee.

After many trips here, earlier today will be my last. There was a fly in the bottom on my drink, have been nauseous for hours.

Probably not the safest starbucks. Nice view of the Auto Zone and big o tires. You can see people putting gas across the street. Careful where u sit. Straws always break but I order them anyways. Got nice flowers. The customers are disrespectful but the employees are patient. They try to kick you out when they close. There is toilet paper instead of napkins unlike other starbuck locations. The old man with white hair who makes the perfect flat white is gone now. Not sure if I’ll come back. I know they give me decaf when I ask for regular. I can taste it. Just got to blended cafe support a small local business in our town and enjoy better coffee.

It would be nice if they gave you a drink stopper included and didnt touch the stopper itself with dirty hands

I usually order a caramel macchiato and the shots always taste bad. And it always takes at least half an hour to get my order even when I order it ahead of time.

Very slow. Two of four items incorrect. Person taking the orders talked over ordering, and not surprisingly got it wrong.

Theres always a line of at least 5 cars. They always keep the line moving at a decent pace though and Im sure everyone knows but Starbucks is expensive. But the service at this one is super nice and helpful. Plus they make bomb af drink.

This Starbucks used to be on point. The workers used to show pride in their work. IDK if it is new management, but no sense of urgency and lack of consideration for the customer waiting 35 minutes to get one cup of coffee with only 4 autos ahead of them. Also, they no longer answer the phone.

Ordered two sandwiches, only got one, coffee is burnt and took 20 minutes to be made, asked to pay for someone else’s drink and paid for the wrong person’s. Very disorganized.

My husband puts an order through the app everymorning before work which is 15 mins before he leaves the house how is ONE drink still not made by the time he gets there an when he gets there they tell him another 15 mins when its already paid for so he has to leave without his paid for drink so hes not late to work come on people theres like 10 of you working why the hell cant you guys get it together

Los Lunas Starbucks is the only Starbucks I like. They are always fast and friendly and the location is convenient.

You cant go wrong at Star Bucks this my wife favorite place for her Carmel coffee cappuccino .

May 2021 I used the Mobile App Order and purchased a drink. I arrived and all the Doors were Locked. On the door was posted the Lobby was Closed. There were numerous cars in the Drive up. My car was loaded with Groceries and I wasnt going to wait 20 minutes to get my Drink. Also I had to make a far drive to bring my Groceries home.Two days later I got the wrong sized Coffee I ordered and it was cold. I asked the lady at the Counter to reload my Starbucks card she said they were unable to accept cash.

Well I will admit, starbucks is pretty good, especially the strawberry asai now that is a Awesome drink. My wife and daughter in-law are making this rich, I think Ill invest some money into their stock. Lol

So slow, even when ordering ahead!! Always such a huge line, regardless time of day! I get this place is popular but the service is ridiculously slow & compared to Albuquerque, I dont understand how they can all have long lines but this place is too slow. Only one woman I met who was concerned with customer service but one person out-of the bunch is really not good.

My coffee order is always perfect even though this place is always humming with activity. And the staff managed to be upbeat in spite of lines out the door!

Wait time too long. Over 10 minutes with only 5 cars before me. Itll be at least 20 minutes before I get our drinks. Wont make appointment in ABQ and cant get out of line.

Horrible! Inconsiderate and incompetent staff! Venti HOT TEA spilled in my lap at the drive thru. Laughing baristas at the counter after it happened. Car soaked! Clothes soaked! Employees never working, always gossiping and goofing around even when line is out the parking lot.

Ive bought the blended strawberry lemonade from here twice within the last couple of weeks. Both times it tasted so bad that I couldnt even drink it. Its supposed to be like a smoothie so why is there liquid in the bottom? Such a waste of money, Ive had this drink in abq and its really good when done right. Disappointed and will not be going back.

I usually hate doing deviews like this but, last night after work i thought id go get a sweet drink for the long drive home, I saw that the line was nice and short so I went for it. I ordered my drink. Just a tall drink, and then I continued in the line. I waited in line for 30 minutes for just one drink and only two cars in front of me. Finally, when I got to the window the girl was very rude and didnt repeat my order and I said hello as i put my card in the machine and still no response, she hands me the drink and i leave. I start to get in the highway and take a big ole swig and it was the completely wrong drink and i saw my bank balance later and also was charged for the wrong thing. I probably will not be going back there for a while if at all.

Ordered a custom coffee today and there was something slimy at the bottom I believe someone hawked up a loogie in my drink. Glad I wasnt using a straw. If making a custom coffee takes too much time out of your day then you should quit and not take it out on the customer. Disgusting.

The Los Lunas Starbucks inside service was terrible. We only had 4 people in front of us and we had to wait 30 minutes for our order of 2 coffees. The person before us was so tired of waiting she went back to the counter to ask. The person making the in person coffees looked like he was wondering around I between each drink. We had 2 drinks it took him about 5 mins between drinks. This is not just because they are busy or because of covid. This was just bad service.

Great coffee, not the fastest or friendliest service at this location though. The one in Albertsons is better.

The drink spilled because the lid wasnt on right and it got all over and it was a hot drink so it burned and was hot. Then the briestas were laughing and she asked if we needed a napkin and then she gave us the other drink and we gave it back to her. The drink got all over the seat and in the holes that are in the seat and all over the carpet. We put it on the counter and it spilled and then it spills all over the car.

Good got my order right

This particular Starbucks is good for taking a break while traveling on I-25. I usually order black unsweetened iced tea and it always comes out good. The staff will warm up pastries for you which is also very nice.

Fast and excellent customer service!

We were at Los Lunas location at 5:10. First one in line, it took 15 min to get our order and one was not correct. We were in a hurry, could not wait to correct it. Very disappointed. 6 people working and it looked like 4 not doing anything, just standing around.
