Needed oil change, BEST synthetic price anywhere. Period. No appointments needed, pretty good on fluid checks, did NOT catch my drivers side dim headlight out. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars. (Hit Auto Zone next day and changed myself.) Was busy day for employees, knew would be a wait, grabbed groceries, still under hour to do full synthetic with oil filter included. I love Walmart! And I especially love this Walmart. They have all sorts of merchandise furniture office furniture baby furniture kitchen furniture they even have recliners TVs all swords of computer stuff. And thats not all they have a complete store of groceries everything you would want theyve got it here clothing lines that are completely in style with women and men both plus they have baby clothes thatll keep your little ones picture perfect. And then theyve got the automotive department I take my car there and get my oil changed every 3 months and its wonderful. So enjoy your trip to Walmart its worth it!

Excellent service here! Staff were very polite and respectful. I came here for an oil change and I watched them drain and change the oil out. I saw them do all the regular inspections and vacuum my vehicle, even clean my windshield! Prices were fair and I didnt have to wait a long time. Id probably come back for other services when its time.

Arrived a little over an hour before closing but they said they could fit us in with one car ahead of us. They told us we could do some shopping and they would call us over the intercom when finished. We waited the entire hour without hearing anything and came back to the shop to see they were closing up. They informed us that the oil pan nut was on too tight and that they couldnt change the oil because they thought they might break it. It was quite obvious that this was a lie and that they just didnt want to do it. The very least they could have done was tell us they couldnt do it to begin with or call us when they figured out that the nut was over tightened. Instead, we wasted an entire hour with nothing to show for it. Took it to another oil service chain the next day and what do you know? They did the job just fine without even mention of an over tightened nut. I can only imagine the other shenanigans and corners they cut here. Go elsewhere.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Dont go here for anything! Worst customer service with Daniel leading this rat pack. Went in for a warranty tire change, and it took 1:15 hours to figure out the tire depth on a tire. There were no other cars in the bays, in which I confronted 2 managers with why it was taking so long. I was told by management they would not service and honor my warranty, because I questioned their work ethics and laziness to perform a simple tire change. Daniel has no customer service skills, which includes lying to my face that I threatened them with calling Los Lunas PD. This crew and its management will lie for each other.They told me to take this issue up with their attorneys...so I hope Daniel an his crew are ready for a lawsuit!!!!

So I went to the one in Los Lunas. I live in Abq but I go to that one. Theyre always very professional and attentive. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my oil change.

Had to get tires ordered from albq Walmart yesterday took them all day to get Los Lunas Walmart today I had missed a hour and a half of work waiting then when they finally call me that there finally there and was told when I got there they would be put on so I get there and now its a 2hr wait to get them on after waiting all day and I couldnt wait anymore had to get to work so still driving on a stupid donut tire so no Im not to happy

Had the worst service ever. I went in to buy two tires for my daughter. I guess because we didnt have them put them on her car because were doing other work on it first. He got us the tires. Came back inside to ring them up once that was done he came around register with them, to give them to us to carry out. I was going to try to help my daughter by taking one she has back issues and i am a senior disabled so cant really pick up things like that. My daughter went to pick them both up. I told her be careful when the guy heard me he spoke up and said their not heavy. Worst customer service ever. What im wondering is why just because we didnt have them put on we get treated badly. She had to carry them to the parking area by the shop doors. I will never buy anything from here again even if its cheaper than anywhere else, and will not recommend them. We could have hurt ourself getting these to our car. We purchased them at 3:30 on 02/06/2019

Save your money and go to a dealership, jiffy lube or a place that is credible for your oil change. Paid full price only to find out that they were unable to fill all fluids. Was not notified or told until after I paid. When I asked they said to check with Belen Walmart and they would be able to fill it for free. Long story short that was just a lie to get me to leave. When I got to Belen they told me I would have to pay for the fluids, that they dont honor what was done in Los Lunas they laugh at the thought. If I was able to, I would have given a zero or minus star. Save your money and go to a place that honors their work now Im left with a vehicle that I almost feel like I have to see if the oil change was even done or done right. Live and learn dont go to Los Lunas Walmart for an oil change unless you want to waste a $100.

Went in on June 9th to do what I would of thought was a simple oil change. My oil change was denied and the guy told me my drain plug was on too tight and he didnt want to break anything. My boyfriend ended up doing the oil change with no issues at all. I dont understand why these workers are lazy. Customer service has gone down the drain.

Went to get an oil change with 1 car ahead of me. I go and do some shopping and come back and my car has been moved back 3 cars. Waiting almost two hours for a simple oil change is ridiculous.

Very bad service. They take a long time to do oil changes. They dont make the effort to do it fast. I dont recommend it if you need to do it fast
