Worst place to buy parts. Reps have know idea about even minor car repairs.Bad service

I just wanna give a shout-out to Sadie for being super friendly and helpful. Overall fantastic customer service with replacing a headlight this morning.

We have enjoy going there since we move to Los Lunas . Most anything you need for your Truck or Car an more.

Worst customer service in this area, doesnt even deserve one single star. PLZ educate those workers what they are there for... CUSTOMER SERVICE

I came here because on the window they advertise check engine light help. When I got inside, they promptly sent me away to a different location because they didnt have the equipment to perform the service they are falsely advertising.

They are polite, no doubt! They could be a little more helpful...Example:I asked for some rear lights for my car. I read him the year make and model of my car, and he gave me the item number I needed. I grabbed the lights. AS I go to place them in (ugh!!!) Theyre the wrong size/number, they were just the WRONG lights. I had even asked home more then once.

Staff not helpful or friendly and parking lot is not lit up very well. In addition me myself went for transmission fluid and the person that checked me out was rude when i asked for a funnel he rudely told me that they dont provide complimentary funnels which i know that other Auto Zones do offer them automatically that person was just being lazy and rude

John the manager was beyond rude. I will never go to this store again. I find it hard to believe that a manager of any caliber would act like he did. This is a small town with plenty of options for auto parts, i will be going to OReillys and Napa. Corporate will be receiving a complaint, which John stated he wasnt scared of.

Dont Bother trying to talk to Jorge on the phone as he finds it funny to repeatedly put you on hold and not come back to answer kindergarten level questions for customers! This is why O Reillys continues to dominate Auto zone.

If there was a zero star I’d give them that, but there isn’t. The staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. One of the coworkers flipped me off while he was outside smoking.....Wow real professional.

Bought a battery for my car but had to take it back because it turned out I didnt need it. The staff there was very good. They did not hassle over the refund of the core charge and were quite helpful about getting the transaction completed. Would recommend AutoZone.

Its a great parts store. They have friendly knowledgeable staff and can order you anything you need if they do not have it in stock.

I dont know a whole lot about vehicles,but Auto Zone does! I been in there several times asking questions, and needing help. I always walk away satisfied.

Worst experience ever! Bought an alternator didnt need it, tried returning it a week later and they said they said they couldnt give me my money back because the dont sell them again well thats a big lie they take the core fix it and resale them....

They had the part I needed in stock at a competitive price.

Horrible i been a customer with autozone for almost 10 years now and this one bad time will force me to never shop at any autozone again.. on 10/01/14 i bought a transmission with a 3 year warranty it broke again i tried to go get a refund and they are calming they cant give me a refund because its past 90 days. But under the autozone terms and conditions it says if a part fails return it to any autozone and it will be replaced or refunded and now Im having to jump threw hoops with the manufacturer to get anything from them DONT BUY TRANSMISSIONS FROM THEM they are junk for the money better off going to summit or monster transmission.

Went in looking for a wheel seal the guy looks at the wheel seal and says were not going to have it he wouldnt even take the time to type the part number in the computer and search it to see if theres one available that they could order they could have even had it on the Shelf Im sure the guy does not know every part in every box in the store lousy customer service stick with Napa guys
