A family-owned local business, they are honest and professional in their dealings. I especially want to mention that their superb customer service and delivery crews beat the city stores.

Not a Community Friendly Place. I stopped in front of the store (likely a warehouse) by the gas station on Main Street. My son dropped his glasses and took off his seatbelt. Before I had even stopped for 3 minutes to ensure my son was safe a man approached my SUV and told me to move as I wasnt a customer. There was noone parked in front of the building, not even customers 🙄. Great way to treat the community that supports your business.

This is 2nd expierence with this businessFirst was purchase of a couch plus 2 chairs. Not a small amount! I found the saleslady to be condensing and ride. Found out she was family.3 yrs later today looking just for rug. Rude again! Delivery driver cut us off in parking lot cut us off at front doorThere wont be a 3rd time

Great experience! We had looked at several places for a table and found Furniture & Carpet Company. The sales associate was not pushy and politely introduced herself when we came in. We found a table we liked at a great price and got next day delivery for free. The whole process took 20 minutes with no hassle. Delivery men were on time, very respectful, and couldnt have been more pleasant. We will be returning for more furniture in the future!

We Werent actually able to test the mattresses. Otherwise, they have Nice products.

Bought a great mattress set at a great price (much cheaper than Mattress Firm, great quality), didn’t pay for delivery and set up, very polite young men came and set it up very quickly... they even hauled off my old bed!!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience and the best part is it’s right here in town!

I was so Happy to find a Bed that really helps me. It is a Tempropedic ! ( I dont have the Proper Spelling, sorry. What matters is the Bed :) ).

I got a mattress set, sectional, desk, and dining room table here and I love them! The furniture is definately built to last and they had free delivery and set up.

They were VERY helpful. I ordered my sofa over the phone and received the exact sofa I ordered. The gentlemen that delivered it were very professional.

Called to ask pricing for a couch. Sales person promised to call back in 5 minutes. Two hours later, nothing. I called back to ask the price again. Once more was told Id get a call back. Annnnnnnnd now theyre closed. Yup, this place definitely deserves my business.

Couldnt tell you bout the quality about the product. But I can say I deliver mattresses to them. I will say they used to be one of my favorite places to go until they would not wait an extra 15 minutes to unload especially after I told him I had an issue and needed to go they said everybody has personal problems. Being a truck driver away from home there is nothing worse so instead of making it home at a reasonable early time I had to wait 15 hours to get unloaded which part me getting home late in the evening considering its 480 miles to the yard. So I got to trade 15 min for 15 hours cause they wouldnt wait. So I would have to say this is now my rudest delivery and never will recommend their customer service.

Hostile and aggressive furniture delivery service. You do not want there employees delivering your furniture. On top of that they knocked a big hole in my wall with my new couch.

In all actually if I could rate this company as terrible I would. They have no sense of customer service or respect for anyone or anything. I called to correct a problem and they sent a representative to my house. Once he arrived and entered my property I warned him that i have dogs but they do not bite. As we were walking down the hallway he Kicked my little 5lb dog that barked at him. This dog has no teeth. My wife then asked him not to kick the dog. He began to disrespect her and give attitude. He continued to disrespect her as He walked into the bedroom. Thats when I asked him to leave my house. Not once did he appologize to me or my wife for his rude and disrespectful behavior. I then called the store to speak with the manager about her employee. She said, I have no control over how they act. All she kept saying was that it was my fault that the dogs were not locked up. Not once did she say that is not how we operate or conduct business and it would be handled. All she told me was that she would have a talk with him. She never even appologized. I will be returning the product that i purchased. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone.If anyone asks about this business I will tell them to go elsewhere because of my experience.

My bed is awesome love it now waiting for my sons new bed

Horrible experience. They came and measured then ordered the carpet, I paid them, then they said that there measurements were inaccurate so I needed to pay them for another 693 square feet. I am currently waiting on the rest of my carpet to be laid and was called this morning for more money!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. This issue needs to be resolved IMMEDIATELY.

Walked in and was not greeted. I had many questions about buying a bed, the lady finally got tired and rudely asked if I had ever bought a bed before. I think she figured I didnt have the money, which I did !
