We just started remodeling our new home. The associates here have been nothing but incredibly friendly, and super helpful. Really appreciate the military discount. Lucky to have them as a local asset in the community.

I dont often shop at Home Depot, but went in with my sister to pick up some items. They gave her a really hard time on honoring her husbands veterans military discount. I like the way that Lowes has it set up so that you present the information to them in the beginning and they put it in their computer system under your phone number. Therefore when you get to the register and submit your phone number there is no question about it. Home Depot does not have this experience and therefore leave the customer with a bad taste in their mouth. I will go in to Home Depot with my sister, but I probably wont go on my own.

I looked for a mailbox pole on website. I found the one I wanted at my store with 3 reported to be in stock. From info on website, I knew exactly where to go. Well, there was one and it was open . The parts where there but wasnt sure about hardware so I purchased what I needed. Price was great and opon removing from box, noticed all hardware . Another job well done by the help of our neighborhood Home Depot .

I rented an auger to dig some holes at my house. When we got the auger to my house we started it and it worked for about 2 minutes got the whole started and I ran out of gas. We went and got gas for it poured gas into the gas tank and it started leaking. We had the auger I already started about 2 ft into the ground when it ran out of gas so we had to dig it out with a shovel because we could not pull it out. I called Home Depot and let them know this they told me to bring it back it took us awhile to bring it back so we had the hour for 2 hours and 15 minutes but we didnt use it. When we got back they wanted to charge me full price for the usage of the auger that we did not use because it was broken and leaking gas. I told the guy we didnt even use it and I brought it back as soon as we can get it out of the ground. But they ended up charging me half price for the usage of something that we couldnt use. I was not happy with this situation. I should have not been charged anything because we didnt even get a chance to even dig one full hole because of the gas leakage on the auger. I think this is bad representation of a company thats supposed to be out there taking pride in what they do and their quality of their rentals.

This review is for the Home Depot in Los Lunas. Ive been doing home repair and clean up and have visited home Depot at this location several times in the last 3 months and every time I go in, every employee I encounter there is friendly and helpful. The store is well kept, parking lot is clean, theres always carts, and they seem to be well stocked. They are also slightly cheaper than Lowes. Keep up the good work.

Top-notch customer service. When I needed a truck and theirs was already rented, Mike, Louis, and Sidney coordinated to use an alternative to get my generator moved. They even helped the move. Very grateful!

It’s Home Depot and I do appreciate that most ppl wear masks but it’s just a little annoying that ppl don’t wear them or wear them correctly. So I guess my health doesn’t matter to some people. I am high risk and I do take my precautions but do your part and take precautions also.

Do NOT patronize Home Depot, Los Lunas. No matter what time of the day you shop, their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. They treat you like they’re doing you a favor by helping you. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ll stick with RAKS where I’m treated like a human being.

The Los Lunas Home Depot has given me such disappointment lately. Tool rental associates were not knowledgeable in giving the right bits for tile removal which took a longer time to compete the task. We’ve ordered thousands of dollars in paint and there have been so many errors with it such as a continuance of the wrong colors and not even mixing any colors in the paint at all. We’ve ordered thousands of dollars of carpet and waiting a long time to get an appointment; finally got a closer appointment and they bring the wrong color of carpet. It’s been a waste of time and energy and money. If I had known these issues I would have hired professional painters and went with an actual carpet company.

Im kind of biased about home depots I just love those stores I had to pick up a ball for the ball hitch for a 25/16 to borrow a trailer its down in Los lunas New Mexico which is a exploding community in south of Albuquerque about 18 miles and just a beautiful Village they its called The Village of Los lunas VLL THATS WHERE THEYRE BUILDING THE NEW FACEBOOK DATA CENTERS WHICH IS CONTRIBUTED TO THE INFLECTION THE POPULATION THERE THEY HAVE NO INFRASTRUCTURE YET IN THE VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS SO ITS KIND OF A MESS RIGHT NOW BUT THERES A PLANS TO BUILD A NEW I-25 EXIT THERE AND INTEREST DOWN BY THOSE CHAVEZ NEW MEXICO RACHEL DELETE A LOT OF THE I GUESS YOUD CALL IT INFRASTRUCTURE PROBLEMS IT CANT COME SOON ENOUGH

I was at home Depot Saturday June 05/21.Where I was watched very closely by a female security guard. Within 25 minutes of my being there this person was observed standing and watching me as though I were a thief. I saw this person 15 times walking by me and giving me the stink eye. I was there to buy a cooler a refrigerated one. But after feeling singled out. I went to Lowes and made my purchase. And will never return to Home Depot again. Thumbs down for Home Depot.....DRC. :(

The store is fine, only issue I had was that I purchased a touchpad keyless entry lock but to my surprise, it was USED, and Im no expert but this lock must have been used for way over the return policy date because its so abused, it looks like someone broke into it .. not a good look definitely returning ASAP

Went to purchase a generator, and the kid behind the counter was as friendly as a rabid dog. Ive been tracking my order, only to find its a waist of time. According to the tracking, its gone from Texas, AZ Tn,TN, Kansas. But not New Mexico. Well see if it arrives today?!

I am a tax professional and my husband is a landscaper, home improvement is really not our major skill set. I am in the process of some major home improvement and went to the Los Lunas Home Depot for my supplies. I spent 3 days shopping for the just right items, and with the patient and knowledgeable help of Madison, Trinity, Olivia and Nikko, was able to get everything I need to complete the projects I have planed (as well as help in loading the items in my trailer).

Weve gone here for years, even my dad used to as well. Still, if you buy a major appliance, the customer service over the phone is horrible. I got placed back into the queue a few times, hung up on, and when I finally did get someone, (got through 3 times), they were lazy and seemed like they really didnt want to be answering the phone. Below mediocre.

Went to buy a few things(tub drain, pipes, paint, shower fixtures). My hubby was looking at some of the power tools. We had to wait a bit for a worker to get the drills from the lockbox/they ended up being in another area entirely. After that the worker took the tools my husband wanted to the front, and we went looking around for anything else we needed because definitely one less trip is a good thing. My husband noticed one women(security) with headphones/walkie-talkieat almost every aisle we were at watching us. I had my daughter with me, why the hell would I want to steal anything! If we didnt need to fix our drain pipes, I would have told my husband to forget it. Definitely not going to this store again.

DONT RENT THE STUMP GRINDER!! The grinder teeth are so dull the machine wont work at all!! I picked up the unit this morning. They informed me it had a brand new motor. The rest of the machine looked almost new. I put it to work on a stump a couple inches high and about 2 feet in diameter. The motor nearly stalled, and the grinder threw clouds of wood smoke. The engine blew exhaust fumes straight into my face. After many attempts at grinding, the stump was still there...just a few dents and scratches and burn marks. I re-watched the instruction video and read the owners manual on the machine. First off, the exhaust is supposed to have an elbow so it doesnt blow fumes straight into your face. Secondly, the teeth on the grinder wheel are supposed to be rotated, and or sharpened, and or replaced EVERY TIME THE MACHINE IS USED. They actually looked fine just at a casual glance walking by. I had no clue how sharp they needed to be at first. After studying the owners manual, and comparing the illustration, I realized they were completely dull! I also noted they had never been rotated (there was a sharp section that had never been used). The majority of the cutter was so bad it wouldnt have helped much to rotate it at this point. I could have spent all day forcing the grinder into the stump and beating up the machine and blowing the motor. (No wonder they had to replace the motor on such a new unit). Instead I took it back. First I mentioned the exhaust issue. The associate admitted they had the exhaust elbow behind the counter. (They showed it to me). For that, they basically refunded the rental. (I had to pay only a small fee then). When I explained that the unit does not work with dull teeth, and the associate got pretty defensive. They claimed a stump grinder does not have to have sharp teeth. I understand this point of view, and to a casual observer walking past, the teeth just look like teeth. However, I have a tree stump nearly lit of fire from the friction of dull teeth, an owners manual from the machine itself, and video of other people using a stump grinder, that dissagree with the associates opinion. I placed an order for pickup, when I arrived I parked in the designated pick up area. Before I got the chance to locate my order and call to notify them I was there to pickup an order. A store associate named Fabian approched vehicle and asked if I was there to pick up an order, he asked for my order info and told me he could be right out with my order. I waited about 5 minutes if that and he was right on out with my order. This experience was awesome last time I order pickup from Lowes and waited for a good 30 min to an hour. Normally Lowes has better prices but this experience alone made my purchase worthwhile. Kudos to Fabian for a job well done!!

Ive always loved The Home Depot. As a carpenter and a handy man, Im hardly ever disappointed when I visit this location. Everything is right where I think it should be, and the check out is quick and efficient.

Ordered a Pallet of wood pellets online for curbside pickup. Also called store to reserve a rental truck. Got to store to find out that what reserved was a hand truck. To add insult to injury, when I presented my printed order at the service desk, the clerk asked me if I was buying one bag. Order clearly showed. 1 PALLET WITH 50 bags. I thought I was in a bizarre remake of DUMB And DUMBER. Wound up loading 50 bags into two cars, and arranging for a third car to take passengers.

Shopped for countertops for my Aunts kitchen. Short staffed. Couldnt find an associate to ask questions. Loaded them up ourself, paid for them. Cashier was nice.

Next to the Lowes cannot decide which is worse

Terrible service. Save one person in rentals that I wish I could remember his name. Even the manager I was taken too in order to get help couldnt be bothered to stop reading and literally promoted Lowes instead of helping me get the product I desired there. I wish I had gotten his name as well. Stores are often a reflection of the leadership. Sadly, I find many HD stores lack concern for customers. You cant judge the whole chain over a bad store but they do seem to pop up more in HD than other chains like Ace, Lowes and other hardware stores.

Went back to get refund for air compressor I was charged $349 for that was marked $299. No hassle was promptly given refund.

This Home Depot does not have enough help. I waited for an older gentleman employee, because there were 2 customers ahead of me and he was great!!

Went to buy drill driver and asked employee to recommend a good brand for what needed it for. He recommended a Milwaukee, however didnt have one in stock. I ended up settling for what was in stock..... Note to managers-if you have a lable on shelf with price tag for a product customers are needing have it in stock.... Im just saying.....

Very disappointed bought a pump for a well and paid full price but when I opened it found out it was used. I dont know why they would put a used item with the new ones. Hope this helps other buyers.

Me and my husband always like to come here either for new projects or just to browse for our new projects. I would say they do a great job but can do better when it comes to different departments because sometimes you struggle to find help.

I like this home depot, I have been here many times and the people were nice and I got what I needed. Slightly less expensive than Lowes.

For the most part really good service except scheduling and putting fragrant items by the cash registers. Too many people have fragrance allergies and most fragrance chemicals have carcinogens. The order online and pick up though is off. Some days they have someone doing it and others not at all and other days theyre scheduled to come in at open to 1 or 1 to close. It literally is a gamble if anyone will be working that day. Call before you order is the best advice. Once you get your order done though, its a great store.

We went in as soon as store opened trying to avoid as many people as we possibly can.we are taking precautions, we went in with a mask.i was surprised to see not one worker had a mask on.it was disheartening. I asked for help to load some stuff and not one person showed up to help,and Im disabled. But yet there was workers in a small group shooting the breeze.alot of good your 6ft apart stickers on the ground are doing!!! Come on home depot you can do better. I love this store but for now in the reality we are all living in you guys can do better.and on the way out the same workers were still shooting the breeze and were in the way of the exit..they might not care but I do care Id like you the appropriate distance away

The person in charge of the tool dept. is costing this company money.. I went there to buy a reciepricating saw.. I was ignored.. The guy running this dept was walking around pushing a basket with empty boxes in it. There were others waiting for this person as well. I already knew What I wanted all he had to do was unlock the ben.. I got tired of waiting So I left.. Next time Ill just go straight to Lowes..

Was a good experience up until we had to check out. The young lady who was at the sleep check out was not very pleasant. She literally told my my sister to move out of her way so that she could assist her the register. Rude rude rude. The good thing is that was our first experience like this at this home depot.

It is a great place to shop, however finding an associate to help you is like finding a needle in the haystack. And when you do ask him its like an inconvenience to them. Also I do not like the self-checkout lines being credit card only. Its an inconvenient that I have to stand in line the pay cash. So overall its a three-star place. It would have gotten higher Stars if the self checkout lines took cash.
