Love our 99 store. If I’m ever looking for something, a woman in the freezer section seems to always come out and help by asking my husband and i If there is something she can help us find. She even goes above and beyond without us even asking in checking In the back freezer section to look. The manager I assume who is always there is always friendly and welcoming. I thought I finally give them their five stars after todays visit. The produce was so nicely stocked and everything was fresh! Unlike other 99 stores I have visited were the produce is rotting.

Always love shopping here. Always have what I need & looking for. Also it works when you on a budget.

They carry a large assortment of stuff was like the dollar store but bigger they got the things that I need very inexpensive and they carry a good stock of it when I need it people are friendly hits clean they should keep an eye though when you get a lot of customers and open a third cashier

This place is usually busy, and I normally enjoy my visits here, but today was weird. There were a lot of ppl, and only 2 cashiers up. More employees on the floor than on the registers.

Great selection of items but check out service can be slow at times so patience is key.

Well well-stocked with everything you need except disinfecting spray or wipes. I would stay away from the hand sanitizer and isopropyl alcohol as they do not meet CDC guidelines. Go early as it gets busier and busier after 10am.

Don’t let the name fool you. It’s not all 99 cents. It’s .99 and up. Some food items are expired so use caution when purchasing. There is a good variety of vegetables here! Pricing is fair, Don’t get me wrong they do have some great bargains tho a little cheaper than your average store. LONG Lines only 2 registers open most times and sometimes even one and wow the wait is ridiculous. The AC is crazy cold which is great on the HOTTEST days we have here in town BUT when it’s not hot outside please turn it down some.. lol! Bring a sweater 😂

I miss when 99cent store was 99cents...now you can barely find anything good there. And their prices are outrageous they want 5.99 & 7.99 for stuff that is worth only 3 dollars at most

I had a HORRIBLE experience here today. I got my change(cents) thrown to me as well as my receipt. My cents went all over the counter and she didn’t even care, she started ringing the next customer as I am trying to pick up my change! The lady in front of me also said she got her change thrown at her from her.

The store is pretty organized and clean. The service was acceptable. Now the but....The sign says 99 Cent Store. I took my kids and told them they can each have five items before we got in. I had to keep my word. The items my kids picked up were varying from $1.99 to $5. I spent four times what I had intended to. They either need to change their name or live up to it.

I get great service every time I go... I just would like to see the wild bird seed, and more puppy pads... Lol, I guess Im not the only one! Im very glad to have this store in my neighborhood 😊

Awesome store with an awesome variety of literally everything!!!! You can even buy beer and wine here, which is always a plus. They sell very good imported beer for cheap.

Not as many good deals as before... A lot of stuff costs more than 99 cents now.

Found some toothpaste on the shelves that had none of those yellow stickers that they usually use when something is more than 99 cents. I grabbed 9 bottles thinking they were 99 cents because thats the price that was marked on them and their shelves. When I went to pay they tried charging me $5.99 each. When I pointed out that wasnt the marked price they with an attitude responded oh yea those are $5.99 but we dont have a $5.99 sticker to put on them. Lol lol lol, are customers supposed to be mind readers and just somehow know that?? I understand that mistakes happen but they were rude about it which wasnt necessary. They need to honor their mistakes.

The store has LOTS of practical items for a low price.Because it is a discount store, some items may not be the biggest brand names, but the store is local to my house & I can always find that emergency household item. I like it. 😎👍

Love this store. Always find sweet bargains. Have been there several times always pleasant except for my unhappy to be at work cashier today. She had NO customer service skills . Nice try grumpy I will be back lol

I like the store, and often they have good products... But the store in los Banos has a bad habit of pedaling old veggies and especially their fancy ice cream that hasnt sold in 3 months. 😮

So exciting to finally have a 99 Cents Only Store here in Los Banos! Their selection is varied, with at least a sampling of most of the items you find at larger, one-stop stores but at rock bottom prices starting at just 99 cents for knock off brands or smaller sizes for name brand products! Yes, thats a starting price for some items, but the items that are more than that are usually not much more, and are larger in size or name brands..and worth it! Absolutely love this store!

Disappointed by the inventory that I see at this particular 99 Cent Store. Im on a social group and it looks like the stores that are located in Southern California. Have very good items to choose from. I will probably go back to the 99 cent store. Im hoping I went on an off-day

Poor customer service. Often very long lines and no checkers. Poorly stocked . They also raised prices, many items nearly the same price as a non discount store. Terrible Prices !!! I used to shop 2-3 times a week, now once every other week.

Has everything. Dollar Tree has nothing on Purple Dollar. Purple Dollar has everything from produce to detergent to actual brand name snacks and candies. Sodas, ice cream, all type of bread,dairy,7 pound bags of ice. Everything you need.
