Everyone here was very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond. I couldn’t pick up my car due to having a migraine and they delivered to my house and returned the rental for me. The repair was great as well. Looks like new. Highly recommend.

I damaged my rear bumper, on my 2015 Chevy Z71. Needles to say I was not happy. I decided to google all the body shops in Los Banos, because I needed to get the truck repaired by June 18, and as it turns out there arent that many body shops in this town. After reading google reviews, on all the shops in town, I decided to go with Caliber Collision. I met with Mr. Rios, Service Adviser. He was very informative. We scheduled my appointment. The truck was completed in 7 days, and looks great. Caliber Collision did a super fantastic job, and of course the work is guaranteed as long as you own the truck. If your ever in need of super, great, fantastic, body repair work, this place will get the job done. They call you to keep you informed of the status of repairs. Ive used other body shops, in the past and I didnt get any calls. So if you need body work done on your truck or car, this would be the best place to go! You wont be disappointed! Update; They corrected the mirror with another mirror that works correctly, reinstalled the bumper foam padding, cleaned their mess from the backend inside of my car, cleaned up wiped inside down and outside. I am happy with the final results, not 5 star worthy because I went thru this to begin with but the final final result was good. Original review: The mirror is shaking, they are replacing. The foam padding in the bumper was not returned when it was put back together. Its in my trunk area. In shop 2 weeks, 1st mirror was wrong kind. Disappointed how dirty my vehicle was returned to me in. Plus 5 miles added.

When we first brought our damaged vehicle in, to have it looked at for repairs, Michele, the office manager greeted us and explained, Mary would look, the damage, take photos of the damage, explaining to us what needed to done, and approximate time, to get the work done.We couldn’t have been happier or pleased with the damage repair and customer attention, keeping us informed as to how things were going each day. We would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing their vehicle repaired.Mary Lindemann explained very clear, what was done or still needed to be completed. Anytime we had questions, was willing and so polite to go over it again, to make sure we understood.

The window moldings on my car have completely weathered away. After stopping by CALIBER COLLISION and talking with Rick Carganilla, General Manager, I was able to see what was required to fix the windows problems. Rick directed me to a company that deals with the parts to fix my problem and so after ordering the moldings from this firm, Caliber Collision was able to install them quickly and expertly. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for your car body repairs; Rick and his staff have certainly proven to me they are outstanding.

This place made the transition from my damaged car to rental car and back to my fixe car, SO east! They even called Hertz AND my insurance and set it up for my to HAVE a rental car and for it to be delivered to Caliber, since I didnt have someone to drive me to hertz after I dropped my car off. So Amazing!

Awful! Terrible service and terrible quality work. Theyve had my brand new truck for over a week to repair some scratches on the passenger side. This a.m. when I went to pick it up it had chips in the paint on the fender and wheel well that were not there before and smears in the paint on an edge where the fender meets headlights. Theres also drip marks on the edge of my hood which they claim came from the manufacturer (yeah, right!) They also used a flat white paint that has zero metallic flake in it so the passenger side is a different paint all together. When I brought it to their attention, they tried to say the chips were there and that the sun just wasnt shining correctly (lol, okay?!?). Nothing but lies and deflection, absolutely no ownership of any of their mistakes. Theyre now keeping my car another day after I already dropped off my rental so Im now stuck with no car to pick up my kid from school. Theyre not even going to try to fix the hood either. My brand new, less than 6 months old, $50k truck is freaking ruined due to their incompetence. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. Worst auto shop experience of my life.

Excellent work but but sometimes they are busy enough that they cant schedule your job quickly. They work with the 2 rental companies in town to make sure you have a rental reserved and arrange for it to be brought to the shop when you drop your car off.Minor glass issues like a chip can often be taken care of on a drop-in, no appointment basis for about $70

Just brought our 2019 Dogde Ram, we know they will do a fantastic job. We have brought all our vehicles here. Wouldnt go any where else. We just picked up out truck, they did a FANTASTIC JOB on it!!

I get my car back from Ricks it is in unexpectedly better condition than how I left it. Not only do they do the work I asked them to do, but theyll go ahead and clean out the inside for me too. They just go out of their way to make things a little bit better.

Fantastic job, got into a fender bender on my new challenger...they went above and beyond on repairs, paint matches perfectly, fenders aligned and straight shoot they even cleaned the interior and went that extra mile and polished the paint would definitely recommend

My father started going to Ricks in the 70s, or early 80s, before I ever needed to worry about needing a mechanic. Ive continued going because the staff is great and they get things done in a good time frame. With Ricks I know my time isnt being wasted.

I love the home town feel of Ricks Auto Body. Its one of the main reasons that I like going there so much. They have open arms for their customers, and treat them all with respect.

My car got wrecked and they went out of their way to make sure it was fixed, correctly. They completely fixed it, primed it and everything.

Ricks Auto Body saved me from using after-market parts on my truck. My insurance company was saying that thats what they would cover, but Rick told me to take another look at the policy. I was covered to use original Ford parts. Without them I wouldnt have known to do that.

Terrible bone service the receptionist wants me to do her job. And he has a bad way of answering, please if they are going to have people like that, he created his clientele to leave there. And I am not the only one who says the same thing, I have heard other people who have had the same problem with the receptionist. Please pay attention to the management. One without needing to be going to another place when we have a workshop here where we live. If you do not like your work, I created that I better changed your profession, honor Maria D. why when you work for customer service. You have to always have the best attitude and try to solve things oh at least if you dont know. Let the client know that they are working on that. And I put a star because to put the comment to forces have to put a star, but the truth would not give one.
