This place is amazing!!!!!! My truck broke down in Santa Nella and I was stuck with a child, 2 dogs, and a cat! My husband was able to make calls from out of state to get me towed here and they were kind enough to get me right in as I was traveling on to Oregon. They set up an area for us and the animals and had everything repaired in 1 hour!! It was a simple fix, and they could have really taken advantage of me, but they didnt. Super cheap and super quick. The mechanic came in and explained everything and was very kind. Great place!!!! I wish they were in MY hometown!

Came in for a smog check. The process was very quick and the price great! The team was very nice! My family has come here for other work and has had similar results. Safe to say if I ever work done on my car Ill definitely be back!

I think A & A All Pro Auto is great shop. You feel like its a place you can trust. The receptionists who always has a smile on her face makes you feel welcome soon as you walk through the office doors. The mechanics are great and are very knowledgeable . Fernando is one hell of a guy . Brought my Camaro in the other day and just stopped in with out an appointment and explained what problems I was concerned about regarding my car and Fernando dropped what he was doi g and told me he wanted to put my car on the lift to take a look underneath. 20 minutes later Fernando brings me my keys and expecting him to tell me that I needed to leave my vehicle there so it could be serviced I was surprised to hear that he did indeed find an issue upon inspecting my car and took it upon himself to fix the problem right then and there and didnt charge me for time spent on labor. I cant say enough about them accept if you want quick service from a knowledgeable staff that doesnt charge an arm and a leg this is the place to go. There shop is always full of cars and they stay busy and packed down there so youll most likely need to set an appointment....thanks A & A All Pro Auto.

Traveling through Los Banos, I had a rear axle and bearings go out on my vehicle.The guys got me back on the road in just a few hours. And even though I had Tennessee plates on my vehicle, they treated me like a local. Great work and decent price.I will be stopping in there when I come through town again.I highly recommend this shop...

I could not recommend A&A Al Pro more highly! They saved us in an emergency. Our car started acted weird on our drive to Arizona. We called roadside assistance and they had no idea how to hep. I called Fernando at A&A pro and he told me they could see me immediately (this was even on a holiday!) and gave a fairly accurate assessment of what the problem was just over the phone. When we arrived and explained the situation they bumped us to the front of the line, ordered the part, and helped us find a place to stay as we unexpectedly waited for a new transmission. This was a huge help. They were kind and trustable. This was really stressful as we were literally moving out of California and had all our stuff in the car. This is the place to go if you need quality care!

This business was recommended to us by a car dealership in town. We broke down with check engine light on l-5 we got so lucky to find this blessing of a man who fixed it in less than a hour for a small amount of money. They saved us today and we are so thankful. Do NOT take your car to this shop!!!!! 5 months ago they replaced my clutch and my clutch went out again just 1 week ago. When I picked up my car my hood release lever was broke and they left my windows down with my keys in my car overnight. I would rate them at zero stars but it wont let me so Im giving the shop 1 star ONLY CUZ I HAVE TO

Took my dodge truck in there. Some one there swapped my new back floor mat with an old and cheap one. A panel covering the computer was not put back in place And interesting enough my AC was not working when I got out of there. but it was working when I got there. Coincidence or was it purposely done you draw your own conclusion.

They might as well point a gun to your head at the prices they’re charging. Charged me near $500 for Spark plugs and a coil. Absolutely ridiculous. For the love of god. I don’t care if you need to push your car do a different shop. Don’t. Go. Here.

Our van died on I5 and we had to have it towed here. AAA recommended them. Had an email 2 days layer about a simple repair, they fixed it and kept it safe until we could come get it. Solid work.

I’m shocked by some of these negative reviews. We had a wonderful experience! Our check engine light came on on the I-5. Turns out the car was almost completely out of oil. They figured out what the problem was immediately and had us back on the road in 15 minutes for an excellent price. The guy who helped us out was super helpful and knowledgeable. I would absolutely return!

Took car here while picking up another car that was towed here. Was in a rush but wanted to get new brakes because I felt it was wearing out, I asked them if they had parts here because I was in a rush. They lied to me saying it was here and that they would work on it right away and it’d be done in an hour. I left to grab food came back to see nothing being done, and found out they had been waiting for part ordered from a nearby shop. They also said they were giving me oem parts which they didn’t. I’m an Asian bilingual and have many Hispanic workers so I speak Spanish, I literally watched them charge a lady 30$ less than me right after I paid for the exact same thing and “inspection” she paid 65$ while I paid 95$.Charge everyone fairly....

If your a White American, Veteran. Forget about it. Been there 3 or 4 times to get a smog. 2 hours minimum wait. Spanish speaking folks get right in. That’s the respect this place has. I will never go there again. Shady. I wouldn’t even give a one star more like -2I can’t speak of service they provide because I have not gotten any service.

Might have been the worst service ive ever received. Took my car in to get 3 engine codes fixed, and after getting it back, it ran worse than when i dropped it off, and the codes were back within a day.I ended up paying $300 to have these idiots tell me just buy a new carQuite possibly the worst automotive experience of my life, and theres no way Im getting one bit of my money back from these thieves. Youre better off learning how to fix your problem on your own rather than trusting these imbeciles.

Great service Mike was fantastic. He kept me informed all though process. Completed the repairs and a smog check in a reasonable amount of time, with in the estimate at a very responsible and quoted price.

Had an issue with the turbo on our Sprinter van while traveling through the area, Mike was nice enough to check it out right away and recommend an easy fix for us. Feeling lucky to have stumbled upon this place!

Cant say enough good. We were traveling to Monterey and broke down just past Los Banos after 3 1/2 hours of travel. The injector pump went out on our 2001 Dodge Ram diesel while towing our travel trailer up a steep incline. Barely made it off the highway when it died in the middle of the road. A & A All Pro took our truck in right away and got it fixed. Thank you Ignacio, Fernando, Wendy, and all involved. You all were so kind and accommodating. Los Banos overall was very good to us, from truck repair, lodging, and car rental people. Our vacation wasnt anything what we were hoping for but you all got us through it.

A&A All Pro, Paint & Body Work. The work performed by Eduardo and his team was fantastic! He took a car that was botched from another shop and not only restored the car, but replaced rusted panels & missing parts. His meticulous work was noticeable and refreshing. The quality of his workmanship is apparent; I will be a returning customer!

I see all these mixed reviews - am a bit puzzled? My experience - I am from out-of-town, my Toyota Tacoma wouldnt start - uh oh. I am stranded! Found them through AAA - had my truck towed there with a note attached that simply read Please Fix with my name and phone no. on it - it was a Saturday and I had checked into a nearby motel to wait it out. True, when I called before sending my vehicle via tow truck, they were very abrupt - but apparently they are so busy - they dont have time for chit chat. My truck was done within 3 hours - AAA discount (10%), price didnt break me ($220 - gas check, cleaned gummed up throttle, replaced all spark plugs) - they mumbled something about that my truck was behind in its maintenance (they are correct) - and I am back on the road - on a Saturday. Thank You!

I called AAA to find a AAA certified car repair shop in Los Banos, off the 5 Freeway. Ed, whom I believe is the proprietor, was extremely helpful, and the entire staff was professional and friendly. They repaired my car within 30 minutes, without an appointment, and we were back on the road down to LA. Im tremendously grateful and highly recommend them!

Horrible service, and they expect you (the customer) to diagnose the problem. I have taken two cars, an Audi and a Honda. So far, they have replaced a sensor on my previous Audi because supposedly it would fix the problem, but seemed to be part of an experiment. They later realized it was the spark plugs and charged for replacing the sensor and doing the service to the spark plugs. The next day, the check engine light came up on my dashboard and I immediately called the shop and told me to bring it in. Instead I took it to Almaden Auto Expressway in San Jose, since they were kind enough to lend me a car while they diagnose my vehicle at no charge (Note: A&A charges $80-$150 for a diagnostic). Here, they noticed I had a coolant leakage and fix the matter within a couple of hours and stated that the previous maintenances from A&A was not needed. Last time I take my vehicle for maintenance at this shop and advice that others take theirs elsewhere.

Had to replace my transmission in 2014, the mechanic said it had zero miles run on it and when i got the paper work for the transmission, it had 104,456 miles already. Now my transmission is messing up again. Theyre liers, hire a bunch of rookies who dont know how to fix anything, mess up your screws, and rip you off on the parts also and charge too much for labor and false fixture of vehicle!! My transmission literally cost me 500 but they added over 900 dollars to fix it and they had my car sitting in the parking lot while they mess around in their lame garage, i highly recommend people not to go and get a second opinion else where. These guys are insane and dishonest... never will i take my car to them ever again.
