Been there several times. Quick story, I showed up with my tacoma not knowing what muffler I wanted. I decided on a flowmaster but had no Idea which one. Either 40 series or 50 series. The owner helped me Choose by installing both mufflers so I could hear the difference. Thats customer service.I ended up going with the 40 series. 1yr and a half later I was back. The Droning started driving me nuts so I switched to a borla xs

Has great customer service. But to be honest they charge me a little over $400 for a catalytic converter and not only that I only lasted one year with it and now I have to replace the same part again. Im not sure whos supplying them or where they order there parts but it feels like they get you the cheapest parts to try and squeeze enough profit out of you. At the end of the day you end up screwed.

Went in to swap rims ...workers had attitudes. ..they didnt even check witch way the tires rotated..didnt check or advise about the tpms sensors ..instead of asking them to do there job ..I walked out quietly...nd went else where .....couldnt even check tire pressure...

My service engine soon light came on, which happened to be my catalytic so I go to this location and they tried selling catalytic installed at $750 each my Nissan has 4. Well turns out only 2 catalylics were bad, the two after the sensor and was charged $300 each at another location. So be aware get a second opinion after going to this location.

The chainese that attending has very bad attitudes,for the clients. Beside and charges much to install. I talked earlier to put catalytic and they gave me one price by the phone and then when I went I got more expensive, so I decided to install but they replaced the part and kill the other muffle.my car star to make big noise so I take to the shop to checked again but the chainese guy said was like that I dont recommend to stop the 109 muffler shop
