I’ve never been to this crystal store before, but I love to check out different ones whenever I can. As soon as I got in here I felt really overwhelmed. The crystals were all very nice. I liked that they had a variety of crystals, my boyfriend ended up buying me one. However, there was a lady that gave me a very weird vibe. At the end I realized that her and some the other lady were making sure my boyfriend didn’t I guess run off. I’m used to a lot of POC discrimination in stores but never experienced this in a crystal store. Specially since i believe it to be spiritual place. Anyways, there was only one man that was there that was very nice and helpful.

Crystal Matrix is an awesome place to buy Crystals and their prices are affordable, plus they have a layaway plan. If you have an interest in Crystals than Crystal Matrix is place to go! I highly recommend it!

I love this place! They have a huge selection of beautiful crystals and all the staff is great. I drive 15 miles just to come here. Josh is great, he will help you with any and all of your crystal needs. Definitely recommend!!

This place is a magical gem for light workers. The selection is clear and abundant. The staff are knowledgeable and gracious with information. My favorite shop for gifts and tools of the trade in the bay.

Great selection, a tad bit on the pricey side, and also a bit intimidating when I went in. Felt like I was dumb for asking questions.

Excellent shop, some of the best crystals in LA as far as Im concerned. They also offer some wonderful classes, more in depth than the other stuff Ive seen around town. The moment you talk in, it feels so peaceful!

They offer a great variety of high-end gems and stones. Staff is very courteous ineligible about their products.

I had an amazing experience with the sound bath and the women there were very nice to our group. However, my only objection is that the crystals and gemstones were 4 times as expensive as any other crystal shop. And I wouldn’t expect them to be cheap but when they are charging you more, even if the specimens aren’t worth that much, don’t even bother going into the store.

I Love this place! Ive been coming here a couple times a year since 2015 and its amazing! Gems are super exquisite and affordable. There is a wide selection to chose from, so you might want to kinda have an idea of what you want. I got a tanzanite and its everything 😍

I feel of all the shops that sell crystals, this place prices their inventory very fairly. I read other reviews saying how theyre pricey, but I dont think they know just how much some precious stones and crystals actually cost. This is my favorite place, you cant find anything better, and the staff are out of this world crazy cool and friendly. If you havent checked it out, ur missing out.

I went to this place and thought it was amazing! I mean the people are rocking and the crystals are unbelievable! I couldnt believe my eyes. They have the tiniest piece of rose Quartz to the largest piece of obsidian. But Im just a kid so just about every adult is going to say she is lying Ill bet but Im telling you I aint. So listen up and go there!

I lived within walking distance to this place. Ive been to multiple metaphysics shops and this place definitely has some unique, beautiful pieces.

The people thats working in this shop are very special. They reflect back to me truth and transparency l. Its rare to be with the magic in a business and not feel distracted or over hyped. I give thanks to the medicine and the humility and transparency of the employees whos sharing this magic. Yet they babysit too hard and I cant help feel distracted from vibing with the gems in meditation. Kinda awkward feelz

Everyone is so helpful and willing to share their knowledge. It was a bit overwhelming at first, but once I shared my intentions for wanting to bring crystals into my life, I was guided with kindness and compassion.

I have been here plenty of times and Ive received great service and quality stones on any budget. Come through and talk to the clerks they are great people and the location has a very calming and energizing atmosphere.

First time here and I loved it it was so much i couldnt decide but left with some Citrine and 2 other stones the young lady was really nice and helpful but I found the other lady i dont know if she is the owner a bit moody. but I guess we all have our days I will come back for sure

There is always such a beautiful and rare collection of gemstones, minerals, and crystals and so much more at this store! Some things may be a bit pricey but you definitely do get what you pay for here!
