Open Eye is one of the coolest shops I’ve been to in LA, and I would say that 90% of that has to do with the awesomely helpful, genuine, and all-around badass owner, Madison, and her fantastically engaging, knowledgeable, and wonderful team member and customer consultant, Jenny. You can buy crystals and stones anywhere on the web these days and there is no shortage of crystal stores in LA, but I doubt you will be treated as well and given as much of a hands-on tutorial as you will at Open Eye. You even receive little cards with an explanation of the stones you have selected with your purchase, which is so helpful. As a first-time crystal purchaser, I’m so so glad that this is the place where my journey has begun. I can’t say enough about my great birthday experience today and I will definitely recommend the shop to friends!!

What a store!!! This place has all sorts of crystals that you’ve heard of and ones that you’ve never known existed. I was impressed by the variety and the way the crystals are displayed. They are color coordinated. Helloooooo beauties!!Not only do they have crystals, you can find all sorts of magikal goodies. They have a large selection of Tarot cards, you can flip through the decks and see if any call out to you. Tons of healing oil scents and books to tickle your inner goddess self.Prices are decent. This is a great place to find gift items for a friend. I came here because they were hosting tarot and meditation classes. There’s a room in the back that is a perfect space for about 20 people to meet and meditate or learn about the healing powers available in our lives.

As someone who is always purchasing new crystals for personal and business use, quality and variety is something I seek.. Open Eye has a variety of common and unique crystals for you. It is definitely my go to shop online with confidence and the convenience to be able to pick up locally. With the pandemic and most places closed Ive really enjoyed and appreciated Open Eye/Madison and her live sales to continue to buy crystals. She has the yummiest selection and shes got a great energy and very knowledgeable. Ill continue to check out her sales and when things are semi normal again I plan to take a trip to LA to see friends and want to go to the store in person. Originally I had left a quick assuming, snarky review. After a long week I was excited to visit a new crystal shop— because open eye was closed, I was pretty let down. However, the business replied in a timely manner to explain what had happened and truly made me realize I had reacted out of character. I love shopping small businesses and as someone who’s been hurt by covid, I should’ve understood the reason behind the slight confusion. Very sorry and hope to shop here soon!!

My new favorite crystal shop. Madison is a total sweetheart. I walked in and an adorable dog named Stella came running to greet me. A nice sized variety of reasonably priced crystals. Good music, good vibes, and a beautiful space. Crystals were packed in a nice gift box. Thought that was a nice touch and better than those flimsy bags most shops give you. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a quality crystal shops with peaceful vibes.

My favorite metaphysical shop in all of LA!! Such a welcoming, calming, and beautiful store. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful with regards to crystal selection and prescription. Each crystal you purchase comes with a helpful little card which explains the properties of the crystal. Not only do they have an incredible inventory of everything crystal-related, they also offer an amazing line-up of weekly events. Madison, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind! This is definitely my favorite crystal shop in LA! The owner and staff are extremely kind and always interested in helping people find what they’re looking for. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly, what more could you ask for.The selection of crystals, meditation products and metaphysical tools is fairly extensive and thorough. I am always able to find what I’m looking for and I have actually found several rare crystals that o didn’t expect them to have. They offer some wonderful classes if you want to dive deeper and the ones I have attended have been well worth it. I can’t say enough good things, the crystals and meditation oils I’ve bought have all been very high vibrational and are clearly curated with lots of love.

Came in to find a gift for my friend. The woman who was working (pretty sure her name was Madison) let me take as much time as i needed, without badgering me or bombarding me with information I wasn’t asking for (a common occurrence in crystal shops), though I should mention she was available to answer questions I did have. I walked around the store multiple times looking at every single item, picking things up, feeling their energy, etc. I was so appreciative that she made me feel comfortable to do as I pleased. Ended up leaving with a bracelet my friend loved! Definitely recommend this place. They have a great selection without it being overwhelming.

I was having some issues with stagnant energy and couldn’t seem to shake it, but Madison in minutes was able to point me in the right direction of what crystals I needed and how to use them. Great experience at this very cool little crystal shop. It’s just down the street from me, but I didn’t even notice it until I walked by with a friend on our way to a vegan place one block over.The shop is well laid out and organized. The staff is knowledgeable and the crystals are very reasonably priced.I bought two items that I hadn’t been able to find elsewhere: a round, clear piece of smoky quartz (for scrying) and a high quality bloodstone. Extremely happy with their selection!

I had an wonder experience here, when i walked inside i felt all the energy and the ambiance pure stunning. The stones have there names displayed and there correct propertys of how they impact your life, so much information! The customer service in my opinion absolutely flawless i felt welcomed, not rushed but greeted with a welcome! I had and Amazing time thank you. The stone I purchased is called Black Tourmaline.

Open Eye Crystals (and the women who run and manage the day to day) is one of my favorite finds in Los Angeles. The shop itself has a relaxing, open feel — I physically feel calmer walking in. The first time I went into the shop, I was out for a walk with my dog, and my nervous-anxious-wound up pup walked and immediately laid down and rolled over in the middle of their floor. I’ve never seen her do this. If that’s not a sign this place has good vibes, I dont know what is. (FYI: there’s often a large, sweet, lovely rottweiler there named Stella. She’s a sweetie, but I’ve no idea how she feels about dogs in her space — she wasn’t there the day my dog and I happened on this place.)The crystals themselves are gorgeous. The shop arranges them by color, and the aesthetic of it is stunning. Across the store are large, impressive geodes and even a crystal throne!! The crystals I’ve gotten are high quality. They might perhaps be a touch more expensive than other places I’ve been, but well-worth it in terms of their quality — you’re getting good stuff here, and it’s absolutely the nicest stock I’ve seen. And there’s plenty of small, cheap options If you’re worried about the price point — I’d buy a small piece here over a big, low-quality piece elsewhere. These babies are the real deal.Plus, the classes! There’s a big space in the back of the shop where they host workshops and meditations etc. These are phenomenal. The community is so positive and women centric. It felt like a safe space to open up and grow.I am consistently impressed with Open Eye Crystals, and it’s hands down my favorite crystal shop in LA. And you’re supporting a woman owned business! Highly recommend.

Awesomeness!!!! I love going to this store.It feels like a vacation the owner Madison has created such a harmonious space. The crystals are so beautifully arranged, being a novice, my questions are happily answered by extremely knowledgeable staff, I learn a lot every time I visit. The other service I love are the Tarot inspired Sound Baths with Jannae. She uses crystal bowls and wow that feels so incredibly amazing. For me it was gentler and yet more intense than brass bowls I have experienced.Im looking forward to taking many more classes from several practitioners at Open Eye Crystals.

The Open Eye is not just a store, it is an open and sharing crystal community!The staff responds quickly and I have never had any shipping issues.

I love this place! The events are a great way to be introduce to different healing practitioners and their services. And the staff is very knowledgeable if you ever have questions about the crystals.

I found open eye through another account I follow on Instagram, and have wanted to go since late last year, but was unfortunately unable to find a chance to stop in before everything went awry in 2020..... BUT they started doing live crystal sales on IG every Friday afternoon, and I’ve participated in all but 2 of them, and gotten some amazing goodies. They always ship within a week, and are packaged perfectly. Sometimes there’s even a little crystal surprise included with your shipment. Each crystal comes with a write up to help you know how to best work with the energies and integrate them into your life.I can’t say enough about Madison and Rick who run the whole show and keep a very organized, efficient business. From following them on Instagram for a while, I know they also used to host events in the store, and honestly I’m dreaming of the day times are more normal and I can not only see the store and all these beautiful crystals up close and in person, but also attend in store events with the crystal community Madison has built through her personal relationships with previous clients and the growing audience on Fridays Crystal QVC’s. They truly are a loving and uplifting bunch, even if they do instigate you to keep buying more crystals. 😆If you are crystal curious give her IG a follow @openeyecrystals and stop by her lives on Friday’s at noon. I love having this shop in my neighborhood! They have an amazing selection of stones that are very reasonably priced, and they are super helpful for those who are new to crystals and are building their collection. I also love their classes, workshops, and special events!

Great store, prices a little high. They should stay competitive with Amazon. The actual stone doesnt cost. It comes free from mother nature. I love open eye but they are killing customers with the high mark up.
