First time doing business with Wilshire Lighting. I was looking for LED bulbs that are not available off the shelf here in LA. After calling many lighting stores and getting the typical SoCal why are you calling us? attitude, I was about to give up when my search led me to Jose at Wilshire Lighting. Jose took the time to look up my light bulb and said, No problem, I can have your bulbs here in a few days! Im like...are you sure youre in California? You actually love your job and are here to help your customers any way you can? Cool!!!Long story short, Jose renewed my faith in how a business is supposed to be run. And, to top it all off another pleasant surprise...the price of my bulbs were less than what I previously paid.I cant say enough about this place and their customer service. If you have any LED lighting needs, you dont have to put up with the typical SoCal BS attitude. Give Wilshire LED lighting a shot at your business and you wont be disappointed. Wilshire LED Lighting was very helpful to find lighting for my new home, Mike was able help to help me find the perfect downlight, wall sconce, under cabinet lights for my home, he has a lot of knowledge, and great service, he showed me many different brands which they had on display, and great customer service, definitely ask for Mike when you go to Wilshire LED Lighting!
