Purchased 4 Sierra patios for my sister, and i actually shipped them via freight overseas. I won’t describe every step that they helped me outstandingly but i will say that their customer service is on point! They’re very helpful in selecting and describing the Patio models. I worked with Chaya, Phil and Jo. And i highly recommend working with them. They know their craft! They guided me through every step of the process from selecting the right patios that fits the standards of the country of Export to the shipping them to the right destination. The most important that everything was on its place, nothing missing and nothing broken! Amazing company to work with!
