Working with this company is quickly turning into feels like a Time Warp back into 1985. First, if I want to place an order I have to actually call a sales rep. The woman I just spoke with over the phone or to me to talk to him but said that she could take the order over the phone but that she might not be correct on the price. So that tells me that their box prices are different for the same product for different companies which feels pretty Shifty. It should be the same for everyone unless its a quantity discount. Then Im told that I cant place the Box order I want because they wont ship it unless its over $400 and I cant pick it up unless its over $250. Again, Im told to contact my sales rep no, problem is I did before even calling and didnt get an answer oh, and I called before that and didnt get an answer. I ended up placing a box order with a competitor that was over $400 and now this one box is the only one I need and I have to order Way Beyond my stalk needs in order to be able to buy it. This is ridiculous.And another thing, the phone number on the website is wrong! The display number is right but when you actually touch on the number it puts into the phone dialer a number for a Furniture Company in Georgia because someone wasnt paying attention and transposed the numbers.This company is beginning to feel like more of a racket all the time. They manufacture our box inserts or probably wouldnt buy from them anymore because this company is not changing with the times and does not care about small business.
Unbelievably bad service, we made the mistake of giving them our credit card and they proceeded to overcharge us for something that was never discussed or agreed upon. Their sales rep Alfred Vivado has always made several mistakes on our orders and its always an issue every time we make an order through these guys. We mentioned this to their management team who did absolutely nothing to correct his mistakes.Stay away and find a company that actually values your time and doesnt treat their customers poorly.
Good service and pricing. Acorn supplies us with both color chipboard and corrugated packaging. They have helped with some creative solutions to our packaging needs that have saved us some significant money.
The service was great! The company I work for needed a ton of boxes in a VERY specific size for a product were about to ship out, and Acorn delivered. They own their own manufacturing plant so they were able to get us custom boxes and even all the tape and custom padding we needed to ship. If youre looking for a one-stop shop for packing & shipping, these are your guys.

Worst service I have ever received. Mostly from the sales Rep, Gary Sands. I would avoid him at all cost. I have been a customer of Acorn for almost 2 years, and there has not been an order that Gary has not messed up for me. He is very forgetful. I just think he does not care. Not all bad though, The delivery driver Joey is awesome.
Over priced. Nickel and dime you on everything. Don’t give them your credit card on file, they will continue charging you without authorization!!! Had to dispute the transactions, nobody apologized for the the mistakes.
