Waited forever to get any help at the will call desk. Not very friendly. Dont work well with others. You should probably call ahead with the exact part number or they will have a hard time with you. Or you with them.
Very helpful, knowledgeable people get exactly what I need even when Im not sure what Im talking about. Been here several times, the only time I had to wait at the service desk is when they made me a hose on the spot.
This location has a Hose Shop, Fluid Power repair shop, UL508 Electrical Panel shop and Motion Sales Branch all under one roof. Knowledgeable staff and extensive stock of motion control and electrical products (i.e. VFDs, contactors, controls, etc.) as well as many types of hose (custom built to order), bearings, motors, sprockets, chain, and much, much more.
