So far so good! Francisco was funny, professional and personable. Excited to see how my antique mirror turns out. It felt nice to have kind and professional treatment the same day (within minutes) of lackadaisical treatment from a competitor.

I have been here 4 times now. Which is weird. Its a glass cutter. But once you have a reliable source for glass and plexi panels, you start thinking of uses for it. You can call this shop with dimensions and by the time you arrive, they will usually have the panel cut, with the edges sanded and any holes drilled by the time you get there, which is great. Id give this shop 6 stars if i could, i wont go anywhere else in LA.

Terrible experience!!!Charged me more than 3 other quotes, but promised to have it in 3 days. Been 2 weeks and they wont even return my call. Lots of better options for custom glass, better service and far better prices!have it in

I was needing to fix a mirrored night stand, I found this place on google and I called them asking if they could fix my nightstand. They asked me for measurement ONLY and gave me a price over the phone. The price was fear and I asked them if could I bring the nightstand the same day to get fix. They said OK and verified the address to me.I was very far away, and I drove all the way there. When I arrived they: 1. Asked me 4 times more money to fix the table. Over the phone they say around $60, at the store they want over $250.00. I asked why did they tell me something else over the phone? 2. They lied and said they never spoke to me over the phone. And nobody knew I was coming to bring the nightstand. Now the question is, if any of your employees spoke to me over the phone, so who verified to me the address where am I right now?Don’t trust this business!They play with your time, your innocence and your money.I still paid them to remove the broken mirror from the night stand and also they didn’t do good job. Still the night stand has pieces of mirror on it.

Pricing is way higher than other places and the service is really bad compared to others in the area

Avoid this place at all costs.take the time to read the yelp reviews. They may seem nice and friendly but beware they are really scammy with there return policy marking everything as special order even something as simple as a plastic shower strip costing 65 when you can buy them else where for 10 or 15 bucks.Take the extra time to ask around for other prices in the area and read the experiences everyone else had since they seem to target those who dont know much about how much the work should really cost

Ordered tempered glass shelves. Told person there what I wanted and what the use was. Final product was horrible. Edges wavy. Rough spots. Un-useable. Not what I asked for. They blamed on clerk that took order, and then demanded payment in full and refused to refund deposit. Refused sub-par goods and called my credit card company to get deposit back. Overall bad experience.

I give Frank and West LA Mirror 0-1= -1 star. I read a review from a customer who had the same as experience as I did with Frank of West LA Mirror and Glass. At first, I had the wrong email address when I sent my measurements for a bar mirror, so Frank never got back to me with a quote and i admit that this was my fault. When I called gain, he said Ill check email, give me 5 minutes, I told him, you said that last time, but you never called technically I never knew my emailed never went through bec he didnt bother to call me and tell me he never received anything. I called the following day, he said the same thing I;l check, give me 5 minutes, Im with a customer. This happened 2x. and every time felt like deja vu. What did Frank do last time when he said the same thing??Writing this review is NOT WORTH MY TIME. But I felt the need to warn anybody thinking about hiring this people: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. I cant imagine how people stay in business. I guess, it wont be for long now.

I visited these guys this morning to have some mirrors cut for a project I’m working on in my studio. Manny jumped on my order almost immediately and told me they’d be done in half an hour. Just as he said, they were ready on time. He even worked with me on the cost because I had some many pieces I needed cut. He also gave me great advice on how to properly apply the mirrors. He was really personable and easy to talk to. This will be my go to spot for all my glass & mirror needs.

Shady company; worst customer service i have ever experienced . i called and asked for a copy of an invoice and they could not provide, yet every other company has no problem with providing copies of invoices on the spot. so unprofessional, will not be returning.

I trust them to be honest and efficient, and so this is my go-to glass shop for all my glass and mirror needs; every single time, they never fail to make me satisfied and happy.Recently, a big piece of window that runs from just above my floor all the way up to the ceiling was broken. As usual, I asked West L.A. Mirror and Glass and asked them for the estimated price on the fabrication, delivery, and installation of this big piece of glass window piece. Again, as usual, I was met with a friendly service and an amazing deal on price on such a big piece of window.They were extremely quick to inform me about all the laws and legal regulations that deal with issues such as my own, and I was therefore able to make the best choice in choosing which type of glass I wanted installed in my house. After all the communication was over, thanks to their amazing technicians and customer service representatives, they went right into work.The speed of West L.A. Mirror and Glass still amazes me. They are EXTREMELY efficient and quick. They were able to come by and deliver my window within the next two days after I ordered the window, even though the window is of gigantic size. The installation process was quick and efficient, as well. The friendly technicians let me know what they were going to do before doing anything, and only moved with my approval at hand. I had no worries throughout the process of installation and the job was done fairly quicker than if any other company had been in charge of it. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the overall service, communication, delivery, fabrication, and installation. This place is truly 10 out of 5!!!

I am glad I did not read the reviews prior to finding West LA Mirror & Glass, Co! My experience was nothing like the reviews posted. Hugo was awesome from the moment I stepped foot in the door. He apologized for not returning my call (I called and sent an email, but those are minor details) and gave me a fantastic deal on a mirror and installation for my bathroom. I highly recommend his services. His price was significantly lower than purchasing online and I enjoy supporting a locally owned business.

Ive stopped by a few times over the years to have glass cut for windows and have always had great experiences. Im usually in and out within 5-10 minutes, they cut the glass for you immediately and are always friendly and professional. Frank is usually who helps me. His beard has inspired me to grow mine back out! Thanks Frank for all your fine work and help over the years!

I have a gym in Brentwood, and when I walked in one morning, I noticed that one of the full sized mirrors that cover a side of the wall had major cracks in the corner. Because I needed quick and fast services for my mirrors to be fixed, as I still needed to carry out the normal business operations, I contacted Frank and asked him to come over and take a look at the mirrors. He was very efficient and very informative on letting me know about all my price options. The end result was fabulous; the mirrors were of highest quality and looked stunning. Thank you Frank!

When I found out that the mirror on the cabinet door is broken right before my tenant was supposed to move in, I was in a state of panic. I looked for places that could fix it, but all of them either declined or were too expensive for my budget. When I came to this store, the person at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and efficiently ensured that I will be taken cared of. I had a broken window that needed to be fixed as soon as possible because we have been getting a lot of issues with robbery and petty thieves around our neighborhood. Naturally, I was worried because of my kids safety and our own. When I tried contacting all the other glass shops around, they either refused to do a service the day of (despite my emergency) or asserted to charge me extremely high price because of my situation. However, this glass shop was very helpful and affordable. I was able to fix my window the day I visited for service and I am very thankful and satisfied.

Wow..... talk about fast service. I needed special mirror cut to order. From the time I called...... Hugo cut and polished it and I was on my way. Just over an hour!!! No one does that here in La. And what a nice man. You just earned a new customer and a friend. Thank you.

I have a restaurant in Beverly Hills. Because it operates with many people entering through the front entrance, it was very problematic when there was a crack in the glass because of liability issues with the customers. When I contacted WLA Glass, they were quick to come by with the correct size of the glass for my store entrance the same day! The installation was quick and efficient and the after service was beyond amazing. I would definitely go back to them again in the future and I highly recommend going with this company for personal projects and replacements.

These guys and gals are the total bate and switch. They dont return calls, they make false bids while raising the price and they still want return calls nor show up for appointments.I have been dealing with these guys off and on for years....no more!! I own properties within blocks of this shop and I still cant get a simple 80 dollar job completed for 200 dollars. I wont go on, but I could. One of the worse customer service and prices I have ever dealt with in all my home owner career ever.I have properties in LA and OC and I know the glass business. BEWARE!!!

Manny never showed up to his appointment after I had set a time with my tenants nor did he called any of us after follow up calls!How he gets away with it I have no idea!

You never know who the owner of this company is, unless you sue them. This company is operated by thieves, do not go near it. Manny the worker pretends he is the owner, he comes do the a measurement nd then take your money and disappears. Hugo is his partner in crime and pretends he does not know about it. They are bunch of dishonest, unethical workers there, and I dont know if the owner ever checks peoples comments. In Yelp they have the worst reviews.
