I used them for a frameless shower enclosure and after getting 4 bids, theirs was the second lowest price. After first use, the enclosure leaked, and they had it fixed within a day. I am very pleased with the service and quality.

Waited a week with no response, finally figured I would give them another try only to be told via email by Jr they can’t help. When I emailed them back and asked why, response was too busy. I have a portfolio of 14 buildings Commercial/Residential and Multi Purpose. I have two buildings I need to install glass railing one in Santa Monica Ocean front Walk (Glass needs to be able to withstand the salts elements), my second building I need a rooftop railing on a five story building installed. Was hoping to try them add them to my vendor list but apparently they have too much work. It’s a shame the lack of customer service.

For outstanding selection, excellent service and reasonable prices, Superior Glass of Silverlake earned my highest praise. Jimmy, one of their office managers, cheerfully handled my order and charged less than a third of competitors rates. A short walk to chic coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants, their location adds to their appeal.

Used to use these guys all the time, they had great customer service and did good work. But the last few times I used them their customer services was atrocious. Had to call several times just to get a return phone call. When they finally came to re-align a shower door that had taken many years to get out of alignment from the house shifting, the door dropped 1/4 four months after they supposedly fixed it. When I asked them to fix it properly, they didnt return phone calls. I called again, and they told me Id not only have to pay to fix it again, but pay 30% more than I had to just four months earlier. Their excuse: Maybe your house shifted! I tried to point out how ridiculous that sounded when it took 6 years to shift that much the first time, but suddenly it does it four months after they re-aligned it, but they kept scrambling for any excuse they could find that would not make it poor workmanship. Danny refused to even agree that they wouldnt charge even if they came there and it was clearly their fault. Never using these guys again.

Really awefull costumer service, the guys with the two huge plugs in his ears was being really rude. He gave me a price then when I came back he wanted to change the price and make it higher I asked why he said because the price was for other measures I said not you told me it was for this he said Not with an elevated voice. When I told him I dont understand why he elevated his voice more and says what part of Ill give another price don you understand I immediately left and said you dont have to be rude dude. Bad bad costumer service.I found another place where they do care and cheaper than them

My new shower doors are lovely, and they were very well installed. Every staff person I have spoken to at Superior Glass has been friendly. So, why the 2-star review? The problem is that these lovely doors are not the style I asked for. The short review: great product, but be VERY careful that they have your order correct. Also, the owner has not responded at all to my polite but repeated phone calls over the last two weeks. The long review:I went in to the shop to look at shower doors and get a rough estimate for their cost on semi-frameless doors. Everyone was very friendly, and I walked away with a good idea of the price. NOTE: At this meeting, I only asked about or showed an interest in semi-frameless or frameless SLIDING doors. The person I met with suggested frameless swinging doors, but I stated clearly that we didnt want that due to very limited space in the bathrooms.A few days later, I set up an appointment for someone to come out to the house and measure. At this point, we decided on semi-frameless sliding doors, because there was no option for a frameless slider on which both doors were moveable/sliding.On the day of the measurement, I called the shop to find out if there was a problem, because I hadnt heard from anybody by the end of the time window. Turns out they had already been there, but had only gone into the front house (the front house was under construction and uninhabitable, so I was waiting in the back/guest house). The crew working in the front house told the measurer that I wasnt there (wrong), but he went ahead and measured anyway. OK, no problem. I got an email with the measurements/drawing, which I OKed.About three quarters of the way through the installation, I realized that the doors being installed were frameless swinging doors, and not the sliding doors I had asked for. I immediately called the shop to report the problem and was told that the owner would call me back that afternoon. During that conversation, I realized that the drawing I had received and approved did, in fact, seem to show swinging shower doors rather than sliders. I acknowledged that to the person I was speaking with, but also made clear that I had ONLY ever asked for semi-frameless sliders, so I hadnt seen any reason to check on the style. (Also, its not all that often that I examine shower-door sketches, so I really didnt notice that the style was incorrect...I thought I was only supposed to be looking at the measurements.)Two weeks later, and after numerous phone calls to the shop and promises of an imminent return call, I still have not heard from the owner. They did, however, charge the credit card on file! Given that I clearly missed the error on the sketch, I certainly dont expect a full refund. I would expect, however, some concession to the fact that Superior Glass also made a significant mistake. In fact, this all could have been avoided if the measurer (who Im told was the owner) had CALLED me when he came out instead of taking the construction crew at their word that I wasnt there. I would have reiterated at that point that we wanted sliding doors.I would also like to add that its pretty obvious from even a cursory look that at least one of the bathrooms in question has no room whatsoever for a swinging shower door. In fact, the shower door will open directly into the bathroom entry door. It is going to be very difficult to use, and we will almost certainly have to replace it immediately (the house is still under construction). It is just sad to waste the money and materials.

This place is a rip off! I called to ask how much it would cost for two small pieces of 17 diameter black glass - They quoted me at $240 which I thought was really high. The guy who answered the phone rudely said for me to go shop around..Well I did.. and found both pieces of glass for $90Worst glass place in town!
