Great donuts, great service and love the drive thruPrice, not so much. When did they get so expensive. About $11.50 for 6 donuts. I guess I should have gotten the full dozen for a few bucks more. Oh well. Definitely tasted fresh and hit the spot so still a happy camper. Will have to bring some friends or look for coupons on the next trip :) note: i still offered a couple bucks tip, but they wouldn’t accept it. Said they can’t. I respect that.

Loved our Holiday tradition of Christmas Lighting and than having the BEST FRESHEST DONUTS in town!!! Also, treated the Sunday School children with a dozen of Holiday Assortment. Were they Happy and felt special!! The taste of fresh cream filled donuts with blue icing and sugar crystals and a dab of with and a penguin on top takes me away to a Holiday Wonderland!! I loved the sensation of the sugar crystals on my tongue and the whip on my lips!!!

Always the best donut but my opinion is only the glazed donut is good. The others are a little dry from seating too long and donuts kind of dry. They should also make a plain donut available for the diet consumer. Yes its a weird suggestion but the consumer might want that.

The donuts here are never fresh in the pm. Ive been here a few times and they make donuts in the am and hope its enough to run the whole day. So by the time you go in after 12pm you get donuts that are just so so and not fresh. I dont like coming here and only do it when we are near and need to. Other wise I have to travel a great distance to get them. Old donuts are gross especially Krispy kremes.

Usually buy Donuts from here and no issue staff is friendly and professional. Today my wife who wears a hijab and mom went in alone to buy a six pack around 2 pm. The staff (who were all white) this time around ignores them completely. No greeting, no wait a second, nothing. One guy even walked right up to them and just shelved some donuts and walked away. The cashier made eye contact and then turned away. Every single worker acted like my wife and mom didnt exist even after making eye contact with them. Disgusted with their behavior. The shelves were all fully stocked with donuts. I guess they were holding onto them for customers they could actually see.

The general manager is a beauty inside and out. Im usually a mess in the early mornings stopping by after filling up my gas when Costco opens and she takes good care of me. I appreciate how thoughtful she is and the careful food handling practices.

I have gone more than twice to this place and for some reason all of the employees always have attitude, I ordered just 3 donuts and still got attitude when handing them to me. It’s so disappointing. I always say “thank you have a nice day” and they just close the window on me. Please make sure to change this.

The doughnuts are good when fresh. Warning! Dont use their app. Im one of hundreds of customers that got money debited from my checking account without authorization nor notification and not transferred to my app. In other words STOLEN from my checking account. Their own rep accidently mentioned this to me. I only caught it when double checking my statement and activity. And didnt want to return funds but give me the $10 credit for doughnuts instead of putting the money back and never offered a dime credit for the huge inconvenience. Shysters of that Ive no doubt

Its my birthday month today was the last day I could pick up my dozen donuts so I called and Anthony was super cool very friendly he said come on down James Ill have them hot and ready for you he deserves 10 Stars thanks Anthony and Krispy Kreme youre the best

Terrible operation management and hope the higher department can see this.My wife and I came there at 9:15pm on Friday National Donut Day and wait in the line in person even though I have Krispy Kreme App, the reason is that we just did full vaccination so we want to double check with the staff and choose the flavors of donuts we want for our kids in person. It’s windy and cold at that time, and suddenly a lady(guess she’s the manager)came out said that they’ll only let the people into the store by 9:45pm, but it was 9:43pm at that moment, they should put a sign or notification outside earlier about the time policy, or send someone to outside kept telling us about this at least 10 or 20 minutes earlier, I believe it will be better and reasonable.Outside and in front of the door there was a couple and then was my wife and I, so we are second group(lots of groups behind us), after 5 minutes (9:48pm), a young staff still opened the door and let the first couple in front of us get into but refused to let my wife and I also other people behind us get in. Another lady customer just behind us argued this to the staffs inside, but seemed staffs didn’t do anything for her from my observation. Since we’ve been there like almost 40 minutes, and we really want to get fresh donuts for our kids especially it’s Friday night. We decided to jump into the drive-thru because the staff told us we can purchase it from there before they close.After waiting another 30 minutes later in the car line, around 10:20ish, we get into the drive-thru of Krispy Kreme, but cars moved very and super slowly. Another 20 minutes later, we get to the menu and ordering section but no one speak to us via the speaker. Yes it’s CLOSED and no one came out to tell us or at least put a road cone ahead of the drive-thru to save people’s time, it’s common sense even my kids know it but no one in Krispy Kreme did it. Sadly to say it but from my experience regarding these 2 failures of having donuts, I’m confident to say that they don’t care about how their customers’ feelings, and apparently the operation management at this branch is terrible.Overall, we arrived there at 9:20pm in person in the line and left from the drive-thru around 11pm didn’t get any piece of donut, and our kids were disappointed at that night because they couldn’t enjoy their favorite Krispy Kreme.

Horrible! Asked for a frozen mocha caramel I was given iced coffee I asked for a large drink and it looked very small. Asked for my money back the 3 stars are because their doughnuts are excellent. Or else no stars

Obviously youll always be satisfied with the quality of the sweet treats no matter what Krispy Kreme you go to. But the service of this Krispy Kreme is what really made them stand out. The workers were very attentive and helpful, even offered free samples of their hot chocolate just out of courtesy. Overall great experience and one of the best Krispy Kremes Ive ever been to.

Long lines so come prepared to wait in line or do the sane thing and order ahead. Face covering required. Skip the line by ordering online. There are no signs outside notifying you to just walk in and pick up your online order. There is a sign inside that reads Mobile Order Pickup.

I swung by the San Dimas location (next to Costco) on National Donut Day. I wasnt impressed by their selection--to be fair, it was in the evening.

They never have glazed chocolate cake. I have tried 4 separate times to order it. Even did a preorder for 6am and nothing. Dont know why it is even listed on their store in the app.

Always great doughnuts. But since its Valentines week the have a special Valentine heart doughnut but when I went at 8pm they only had 6 of the Raspberry filed ones left. I did not understand why of it was special for that week. So I asked for a manager just to see if they would make some since there always making doughnuts right in the store. When the manager walked up to talk to me then 4 other workers walked up and stood there next to her it was a little embarrassing I wanted to just ask a question. Anyways it was really awkward but i got my doughnuts and left. Thanks guys

Over twenty minutes in line and then they refuse to honor the coupon emailed by corporate. Ive contacted LA county weights and measures and reported them for this infraction

Donuts are good as always, customer service is not the best. The girl who gave us our donuts tonight showed zero kindness when we ordered, and when we got our food.When we asked for a bag for our donuts, she grabbed the donut box aggressively and handed it back to use aggressively (when passing it back and forward, she banged the box against the drive through window, I was kind of scared the donuts would fall). We gave no trouble to her, but disappointed with the encounter we had. Also, her mask wasn’t fully covering her face. It was below her nose. As someone who works in customer service (I have 0 affiliation to Krispy Kreme or it’s competitors), this is not how you’re supposed to handle customers. Typically the customer service here is really kind, but I guess this girl had a bad day. Still doesn’t give you the right to treat people like that though.

They should update thru donuts online with current inventory rather than come in and have to reorder all the donuts again. Very disappointed this was my 1st experience.

We arrived right at opening. We ordered a cake batter donut (my favorite) and glazed donuts. We were helped by Edith, she was really friendly and asked us if we’d like to wait to get freshly glazed donuts. We’re so glad that we did because the donuts literally melted in our mouths.

Their prices have gone up and quality down. I use to like them but I feel their donuts are pretty small for the price and recently have been getting I think older donuts which are pretty hard. Im going to pass on them in the future. Especially if Im paying $16 a dozen.

Stopped by with a couple friends to participate in the free donut with your vaccinations. I have not been there for well over a year, was not impressed with the donuts seemed smaller than normal and not enough glaze for us. When I inquired about what the price would normally be was $1.69 seems way too high for me but free was good. Dont think Id return even for a free donut, well stick with my neighborhood shop

Worst krispy Kreme donuts i have ever had. They seemed old and lacked all the fluffy characteristics of a normal kk donut.Nov 2017Has shown signs if improvement, there non filled donuts are fantastic. However the filled ones are not light and fluffy like they should be. They are nore cakey

I dont typically crave sweets, but I did on this day. This location has a spacious drive-thru line and yes... satisfied my sweet tooth. Ordered a mix dozen and the recess peanutbutter filled donut. It was tasty, but you definitely need coffee to enjoy the full experience.

This is a much smaller store compares to the one in Azusa Ave. No drive thru, most staffs doesnt seem so friendly but very efficient.

This place is awesome! An order i thought was outrageous is normal for them. They were able to fulfill it and be ready in time. The managers were beyond awesome! Will definitely be coming to this location all the time.

Their donuts are always made with excellence and is an absolute treat! The holiday ones can be wonky but they’re fun to look at 😂 As simple as it sounds the main delight is their original glazed! Better hot than from some other shop!

Theres not much to say about Krispy Kreme donuts as the name speaks for itself. If you havent tried it yet, try it once. Location is great as it has a drive thru and next to Costco and many other stores. Youve been advised.

I just want to thank Krispy Kreme for my free drink and doughnut. If you want free stuff too just visit their website and sign up. Even though Krispy Kreme has been in So Cal for sometime now, I still remember the hype, the hoopla, and even the hysteria that came with the opening  of our local Krispy Kreme. I still remember the long line of cars waiting for the  drivethru and even longer lines of people out the door.  It was a truly well deserve spectacle because they just dont sell doughnuts, they sell fried dough that people go nuts over (you saw what i did there right). And mark my words, you will never forget the first time you bite into a Krispy Kreme original glaze. Go check out your local Krispy Kreme.

Hmmmm... sprinkles. The drive thru makes a quicker grab when you dont want to exit your car, although always nice to go inside to see them making new doughnuts.Depending when you go, the drive through could have a long line.

Best to eat warm and buzzed. Dont have your wife and kids take you. The stress you will have when your wifey drives.

This place just pulled a McDonalds. No blended drinks and no coffee?!?! It closes at 10:30 I was here at 9 and doesnt have coffee. I get if they have to close soon theyre cleaning but an hour before closing time and they shut off the coffee machine just serving donuts only is inconsiderate. Warn customers before ordering.

Standard Krispy Kreme. Location is easy enough to get to, plenty of parking. Staff are okay, store is in good condition. Parking, entrance, seating, and counter are all accessible.

The legendary Krispy Kreme. That oh so kreamy taste is a flavor that will live on forever. I hadnt been here in a while and was surprised at all the new donut choices they had. The cake batter ones are crazy and so are the strawberry flavored ones. Buy in bulk to save some dough.

Good donuts just a little bit sweet

Disappointed, ordered a Ny cheesecake donut and it was filled with lemon filling not cream cheese. Also that day we did a trade test with the local donuts show and 6 out of 6 people liked the local donuts more. The birthday cake donut is good though not great but good.

I love this place so much I really do but, there is a slight issue when putting in the promo codes online for ordering, every time I keep typing in there brand new promotional codes for great offers and deals, it kept telling me that it is unavailable and i just typed there new codes that has never been used or expired. I really hope it will fix this issue.

The worst krispykreme i have ever been, their clerks are rude, unprofessional, they dont even TRY, how is it possible that they cant sell a water bottle at room temperature? Is freaking flu season, their donuts are incomplete, HARD dont even fresh, I bought an ice coffee for my daughter and the cup was all dirty on the outside, the lemonade that we asked the same. NEVER EVER going back to this store, prefer to drive all the way to puente hills mall, THE DIFDERENCE IS HIGE FROM HERE TO THE MOON

This location is very disorganized and very rude to customers. I was extremely excited about getting donuts for graduating and was happy that I was finally going to do something to celebrate graduating. I called ahead to make sure that this was an all day event and that they wouldn’t be turning people away, etc. they reassured me they wouldn’t and that it was all day and that they were well prepared. I showed up around 9 am and when I tried to go in the drive thru they were incredibly rude and yelling and shaking their heads at me before I was even 40ft of them. I was very disappointed and sad. I know there was probably a high demand for the donuts for graduating and that’s out of your control, but there was zero reason to be rude.

Worst place ever. Not only has my senior year been taken from me but now that something nice is advertised everywhere and I wait in line for 30-45 min I am finally about to turn into the drive through and the extremely rude young girl runs in front of my car and tells me they are closed when their drive thru is full and there are many cars behind me as well waiting for the senior free donuts promotion. I asked why and what was going on and she proceeded to be very rude and tell me if I had a problem to talk to the officer in his car across the way. I just wanted to get some donuts as my senior year has, again been terrible from quarantine and now that something nice comes, or so I thought, it becomes a very bad experience making me never want to go to Kristen Kreme ever again. Thank you for making my senior year worse.

Drove from Fontana to san dimas because the website said there donuts were hott well they weren’t to my surprise and they ran out of the donut we drove all the way down there for definitely be out last trip ever to any Krispy Kreme back to winchells best donuts hands down

Always went to the location cause of good service. However today went and got to the drive thru about 10 minutes before they close at 10pm NOT 10:30pm and a employee has the nerve to tell us that they are closed when theyre is obviously a car that has not ordered and it is not yet closing time curfew. Never coming back since they dont even consider the long drive we took to be disappointed.Hope you at least add cones to drive thru to show you are closed and have nice employees to tell you are closed.

Very unprofessional staff. It took them about 20 min to make coffee! I ordered 2 boxes of coffee, the girl came out and brought one of the boxes in one bag and the creamer, sugar, etc. in another bag, gave them to me and said ok thank you turned round and left I said pretty loud excuse me! But she didnt turn around so I got out of the car and knock on their window because they didnt hear me, so I went in but they still would not hear me because they had the misic so loud so I waved my hand and when I finally got their attention the same girl with glasses came out from the working area and with an attitude told me to get out. I told her I had to go in because she wouldnt hear me but with her attitude she pretty much told me she didnt care what I had to say. Krispy Kreme its alwats heen known for good doughnuts and friendly staff but this brunette hair girl with glasses just ruined that. 👎

Service was good, just that its expensive to buy donuts...they were okay.

It was alright. They were quick, clean and helpful. There was a drive through. They had a large variety of donuts. I dont plan on returning though, nothing against this location I just think Krispy Kremes donuts are too sweet.

I ordered 1 dz classic donuts and the girl grabbed a box off the stack and gave it to me. When I got home (which is about 20 miles away), I tried a few and they all tasted like they had been sitting out since the morning. They normally dont taste like that. It was too far to go back so I just gave them away.

The drive through girl totally messed up my order. Of course I didnt realize it until I got home with a house full of company. I mean the order was completely off... I ordered an original dozen glazed and an assortment dozen. When I called and let the manager know what had happened she was very apologetic and replaced the dozen with the correct choices. For this I gave 3 stars. I will be sure to check my order before I leave the next time I visit.

Awesome doughnuts. I had the free dozen glazed doughnuts as I work in a hospital. It was my first time, but they have me as a regular customer now.Adequate parking, friendly staff, amazing taste.

I was wating in a drive thru line about 40 minutes and when I got to the window, they told me they are out of both sugar and cinnamon sugar!!!! the exact 2 kind that I wanted to order. they should have put the sign before drive thru line that they are out of these, to avoid wasting peoples time. Well, I would give it 5 stars except for the service I received at the end. A gentleman had front of me claim that he didnt get his promotional box of glazed donuts for $1 so he took mine and the cashier let him without paying for it since he had already paid for his other order and then she had to scramble to get my box of glazed doughnuts made even though I had already been waiting a while just to pay for my order. Not good customer service. She did apologize, but that delayed my departure by another 5 to 10 minutes because of the mix up.

Came here to get my favorite glazed donut and the friendly cashier (Desiree) gave my son a mini donut to match his dad. She also gave him a cute hat that we put on him 😍Thank you for the amazing customer service, hospitality, but also for the memories!

Close and convenient. Large selection. Wasnt to thrilled when the young lady asked me if I was to eating my donuts here, especially when I just bouggtt3 dozen. LoL I told her as much as I be love Krispy Kreme, I cant eat 3 dz by myself.. LoL

Janet and Judy, the JJ twins, as everyone calls them... have striked again. During these hard times they irresponsibly fired four of my favorite people to see when I walk in. This place is dirty... like hurricane Janet (1955) and hurricane Judy (1982) bad. Worst customer service from them. I’d rather see my other favorites there than those 2 sly mongooses. Anyway. Bad review, donuts were alway bagels anyway, you can’t have me fooled.

Pretty standard Krispy Kreme. People were friendly. Probably proceed a little high for the value. Not my favorite donut place in the area, or even in the top three, but they have a drive thru, which is nice. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain though. Extremely busy.

Still the best darn donut out there. Especially when they are making them hot. But will last days and syllabus retains their light as air taste. This location does not carry out all types of donut so check with them first before driving out there.

Not only their doughnuts is very tasty, the kids are so very friendly, and supporting the first responders with a free dozen donuts I have to say we really appreciate you keep up the good work guys have a great day.
