The nicest aspect of that very restaurant is the price they pay their clients. Customer loyalty is of the greatest importance. The meal and service both are excellent, and I still wouldnt have asked for any more. My partner well I am living a blissful life there. I heartily suggest this eatery to everyone.
For anyone that knows sushi they will be disappointed by the fish quality - service is okay, messed up a few things. I’d probably come back regrettably if a girl wanted to go here but I’d stick to the salad
I had an amazing experience here recently. If you find yourself in the area, and quite frankly, even if you dont, you owe it to yourself to stop in and discover what your taste buds have been missing all their life! The flavors, the textures, and the visual appeal have clearly all been created to provide the patron with a unique and superior take on fine dining. I will also add that the manager and staff were warm and inviting and made me feel welcome for the entirety of my visit.I cannot wait to return.
A truly amazing experience. Impeccable service, delicious food and a nice ambiance. The staffs attention to details was beyond expectations. The specialty rolls made the choice close to impossible; everything looked amazing. Being a beer nerd the selection if Japanese specialty brews was definitely satisfactory. The salmon carpaccio is a must. Come here, and be amazed. Do it. Now.
Amazing place, nice atmosphere, perfect service and best part quality of food is outstanding !
Nice place, Beverly Hills type location. Did the dine LA experience. The food was great. The atmosphere was fun, chic, and upscale. Lots of beautiful people everywhere. A place you can see TV and movie stars just enjoying a night. David Spade was there with some friends enjoying the night. He seemed chill. Personally not a big movie star groupie or any groupie. All in all fun place to dine and chill with friends.
Great Ambiance and the food is good. I had the black cod.
I talk you for pickup parking for 2 min they’re don’t treat us nice maybe restaurant food nice
2019: Food quality is 10/10. I highly recommend kicking off with the oysters, the chefs choice sushi is excellent! Topping off with the salmon nigiri was the cherry on top.2020: Quality still 10/10, atmosphere still amazing even with COVID (very safe). The owner even provided a mask when we forgot one, thank you.
Worst dining experience of my lifeRude manager
Solid food. Worth a visit
The food is great, the drinks are great, everything is very expensive, but you should expect that from any restaurant along this stretch of La Cienega. I had many many different rolls and a really cool brownie sundae, and everything was top-notch. The service was also amazing, and the layout and ambience of the restaurant just adds to the cool LA nightlife vibe.
Theres a reason Koi has been around for years and years...the quality of food never wavers...always consistent. And the service is excellent. Tony D. always takes the best care of us.
One of my favorite sushi spots in Weho! The food is amazing and service is great.
The food at your Restaurant was always delicious! My family and I had a wonderful time at your Restaurant. The food was delicious, and my son and my mom enjoyed their desserts as well. I know my niece will remember her 10th birthday for years to come! Keep up the good service, guys! Highly recommended to all!
The greatest 🍣 place I ever had in SoCal.I invited my friends for theirs authentic Japanese food and we got this recommendation, which ended up being outstanding!.Service was really great, with great advice also on the wine. My favorites were the mini lobster tacos. It was so food that either the ginger was amazing! XD
My Wife and I loved this place!
The food here has gotten so much better over the years. I got the fish burrito, carne torta, and carne sidewinder fries; all of the food was great! The food is very filling, and they do not skimp on the meat. The torta, and fries had so much steak in it that it almost didnt fit in the dish. The fish for the burrito had no fishy taste, and when you put some of the green sauce they give you it tastes AMAZING. Definitely recommend this place, and the best part is they are open late! So if your in the area and had a little too much to drink, go in and grab some grub.
What a great find in Hollywood. Great cuisine with attentive and friendly service. Definitely try the Koi Crispy Rice, which is easily one of my favorite dishes. The Sunfire roll is also another must try, with a great combination of lobster and snow crab and a balancing of mango, avocado and Ichimi. Only real knock is that my old fashioned wasn’t served with a single, large cube. Otherwise, a fantastic meal.
Great experience, loved the atmosphere and food
The food is great, they have a variety of things and everything is tasty!
Excellent resturant, amazing food
The food was very good. Very impressive customer service. The setting of the place is very romantic. A bit pricey, but expected for their very fancy food.
One of the best restaurants in the area. A bit expensive but it is all worth it. If youre on a strict budget, this place is the best for you. The best ever! Highly recommended!
Everything Ive been trying is overflowing with flavor. The furniture was distinctive and unbelievable. I just wanted more and more because the sweets had to be coated with crack. I might see myself being here as a regular.
What an amazing restaurant! The family and I went for my wifes birthday. This is back in the old days (a month ago) back before the quarantine was enacted. Im so glad we got to go! The pasta wad fresh and home-madey delicious and the sauces (we all tried different ones and shared...remember when you could do that?) were amazing! I wish them the best during this trying time and I look forward to the day my family and I can return!
It was overrated. Each dish took around an hour to come out. It was ok but not good enough to come back. They dont really have an identity of what they are.
Great food great service!Great ambiance!!
Food and drinks were good however a bit expensive. Venue was nice and service was good.
Love this palce so muchbest miso soup in town
The best chicken in town! I Probably go here twice a week haha! Fast and delicious! I usually get one sandwich and one tender with mild sauce and kale salad instead of the fries! Yum!!!
Service was phenomenal. I am vegan and their Vegan menu is offers a lot of options.
This place was a super spreader event on NYE. The staff told everybody waiting juat a couple more minutes untill 50 plus people were cramed at the door. Eventually the staff invited several people inside and the masses followed. Absolutely no care for customers or their time.... We could have all been waiting in our cars safely. After 30 minutes. (I was told on arrival its almost ready, just a couple minutes) I left.... Wont be back
Some of the best sushi Ive had on the west coast. Fantastic spot. Especially during this Pandemic as the patio seating is great
Kinda really expensive but a full tummy
Sticky rice courses were wonderful
Super food!, Great place. One of my favorite food in town.
Went there on a week day night and it was packed. The restaurant is very small. But the food were so delicious! Absolutely loved it. One thing I did not like was their salad... it was disappointing. Looked like the stuff you put underneath tonkatsu lol
Koi LA is the one restaurant I will never go to again. It was a Friday Night celebration and I had gotten paid after many weeks of really hard work. I had an envelope with 2,500$ in my purse. As you know it gets very loud and busy. I got up to dance with a friend and in less than 5 min my money was gone! I was ignored and rushed to give the table up! The next day I spoke with the manager about the security video and it was removed! He settled it with 500$ Saying that the camera was broken. I felt so helpless and violated! I should of called the POLICE on KOI! For now I will leave this review and Zero stars! There are thieves In there! I wish they pay for what they did.I will never forget How this affected my life.Damn you Koi I had to leave LA because I couldn’t pay my rent!
Food is good, place has a good ambiance but has a poor bar selection.
Delicious sushi and sashimi, which was what we primarily ordered and none of it was too expensive. However, our appetizer was brought to us long after our dinner was completed. We asked about the status of our appetizer before they brought us our food and was told it would be right out. The appetizer was taken off the bill but the waiter made no mention or apology for the service issues. With better service would definitely have gotten 5 stars.
Very delicious food. I love their noodles and also other dishes. Very clean place and friendly service. Highly recommended.
DELICIOUS FOOD!🍣This is one of my favorite suchi places ever and believe me, Ive had lots of sushi. The service is great and the food is even better. Highly recommend if you like sushi. Definitely coming back.
Today i have great dinner experience l, we ordered the garlic edamame and the crab cake was tasty it comes with truffle salad and Sauce and the California roll and Miso Black Cod was amazing and yummy one of the best i ever have in LosAngeles
I love coming to this place to get the salmon avocado hand roll. Always fills me up when i get hungry. Great for a light and fresh meal.
Great place to go with friends, couples or by yourself. They have a nice taste decoration, perfect to chat, really friendly service, and taste food. Pai Thai and ginger fish are so delicious! Try this place.
Excellent place to have food when in a hurry. Their service is quick, pricing is reasonable, great atmosphere. Will visit here again

From my own experience, it is the best sushi place I have had ever had.
Best sushi and service in Los Angeles! From the manager Ricky to our server Tony and the entire staff they are beyond exceptional.
I loved everything I ordered from the menu. The atmosphere was chill and the drinks were to die for. I highly recommend it.

So, let’s keep it real. LA is full of great sushi. Koi is really about the ambiance. Their food is not really worth the price, but what is worth the price is the instagram ready shots you can take in front of the restaurant. People usually come here to be seen rather than eat. Having said that, the food isn’t bad... it’s just not great enough for the price tag.
Great spot! The food was delicious. We ordered a very wide variety of dishes. The waitress and supporting staff were very courteous ensuring to pace the food coming out making the experience all the more pleasurable. We will be back.
Great food and service. The salmon carpaccio was absolutely to die for! That and the braised beef shank that just fell off the bone were our favorites. The service and atmosphere didnt disappoint either. Our server even wrote down some favorite places to visit on the rest of our trip!
Awesome place! Good food, good service, nice servers. I’m here not lost time 100%!!!
Order the cod. This isnt an over exaggeration...it literally was my favorite entree I have had in the past 10 years. Unbelievable and delicious are words that wouldnt be good enough to describe how amazing this dish was. I am still recovering from how happy I was enjoying this meal.
Amazing food, I have my birthday here every year
I think when you reserve a time you deserve to be seated at the booked time. If 5 or 10 minutes is up and down thats fine but waiting 45 minutes after your scheduled booked to be seated is kind of ridiculous. I think this is just an old trick for restaurants so you wait at the bar and order drinks, other than that there would be no other reason over 15 tables are waiting to be seated at their bar. Not cool!
We had a great time. I love the crispy rice.
Exceptionally refined, low-lighted restaurant that exudes class with friendly chefs and staff. The sushi was top-notch up there with the best displays of fine dining. I was bewildered and enthused when the chef suggested I visit the Las Vegas location after I blurted out that I frequent Nevada pretty regularly several times every seasonal quarter.
Wow what a delicious experience. We ordered different types of sushi which was good. I love going to Koi for any special dinners or a night to treat myself.
The highlight of my experience was the selection of imported Japanese craft beer. I had never seen or heard of several of the beers on the menu, so this was pretty exciting for me.The decor is modern and the vibe was nice. It wasnt too loud and it was easy to carry on conversation with the others at the table. The potstickers and sushi were about average, but a bit overpriced.
Sushi here is GREAT. There is valet parking. this place is very modern looking and a great service.
Absolutely delicious food. Best sushi I ever had and it wasnt outrageously expensive.
If you wanna be seen and if you wanna see. Dont mind the sleazy Persian mafia that likes to hang out there smoking all night in front to fel good about themselves but the place is chique with great service, hor doeuvres, and fancy drinks.
A outdoor lounge atmosphere and dining.
Joom is similar to all the 500 other Thai Restaurant in the 10 mile radius, but what makes this place different is that they have Thai Omelette with ground pork or chicken on the menu. If youre born and raised in Thailand, youll appreciate this simple dish eaten over rice and sri racha. hhmm
Best sushi/japanese in the LA area in my opinion, beats Nobu every time. They have a spciy aioli shrimp roll jawn that is to die for. 11$ a piece I order 2-3 every time. Drinks, service and food are always on point
VERY GOOD SUSHI AND FOOD. There is valet parking...its a nice place to go for a date. A bit pricey but its worth every penny! Make sure u call to make a reservation before you go because it gets busy for dinner. Also be prepared because alot of celebrities go there to eat.
Birthday celebration with my friend at this gorgeous place. Delicious food and great service. We had a wonderful evening. Will definitely go back in the future.
First time visiting Koi while staying in West Hollywood on vacation. Overall an incredibly memorable experience from start to finish. Excellent staff, vibe and food. Highly recommended!
Rude manager
Being a sushi person this is by far my fav spot in LA. Great quality and ambiance.
Always my favorite sushi restaurant!
Nice place...Dragon rolls are a little too spice for my taste. Ambiance is pleasant and lovely. Service was excellent...😀
