We went in today and had a wonderful experience. Went in for a thermometer, and instead of trying to upsell us the owner insisted her cheap one up at the front counter was a best seller. I love honesty in a business!The owner, as well as the employees were friendly, and helpful, which is imperative, and the place is so well-stocked for a local shop. I dragged my preteen son along with me, and even he was impressed with the whole experience!

My go to place for all of my entertaining needs... glassware, cutlery, serveware... and not just basics! They have black dishes and gold cutlery that are very on trend. Great prices and super helpful staff!

I just literally wanted to pick up a few plates to complete my dinnerware set. I had no idea they would so many different sets of white plates to choose from. The staff was extremely attentive, especially Karina. She told me I could take picture of the items, I had at home and email them to her for confirmation. This was helpful to know. Very rude customer service, if that wasn’t enough they charged me four times the price of the items and refused to refund the overcharge. This is fraud - they’re just begging for lawsuits.
