-First samples they sent the wrong hoodie and wrong shirt (even tho i ended up liking the shirt)-Never redid them (offered me discount on next order)-First guy I was dealing with Christian is an absolute joke. He would take days to reply. I would have to reach out 3-4 times for him to hit me back. I had an issue with an order and he said “there’s nothing i can do” he sent me the company email, said “Goodluck” and blocked my number. Lol!-Second sample hoodie came out terrible, there was spots, one was a different color than the color advertised, stitching wasn’t fully done/done well. Also, was missing a shirt sample with that order-Never sent me the second shirt sample and never redid the hoodies, jus gave up on them-They sent me invoice with messed up price-Sent me 110 shirts that look nothing like the sample shirt i got. That’s why we do samples so the bulk order turns out exactly how the sample did-Charge me another $500 to get the right ones-Tell me 1-2 weeks but received order 5 weeks later-Told me they’re shipping out on the 9th then say shipping out on the 15th then call me on the 15th and tell me the shirts just came in? And they’re shipping out by tomorrow the 16th.-Had to ask me again which shirts i needed(why don’t u have it written down anywhere?)-Creating labels and not shipping it out that same day-Constantly having to reach out and ask about orders-Samples took over 6 months to figure out because of how slow they reply, no care about deadlines, and constantly having issues with the orders-When orders do finally come in they’re poorly done and have a lot of damage/issues with the clothing.-Overall, just very unprofessional and not the right way to run a business. I’m not sure where they’re positive reviews are coming from, maybe it was jus my experience that was terrible with this company.

New to ordering blanks and had a few questions. The support was very willing to help me out and great to work with. Only place I could find other than Rue Porter to grab their blanks and they have it discounted compared to ordering direct. Will definitely order from again if I need anything.

Ordered some samples, impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. Could tell they took their time to make the product just how I asked for it.

Have perfect quality size prints but suggestion if you make a small order ( 2-4 custom tshirts) be prepared to wait about month for your order, 2-3 weeks. Seems like they take care of bulk orders first and throw the small orders at the bottom of the list.

Takes a bit to ship products due to how they order stock directly from manufacturers. Was confused on why it took a while for item to ship but the team was kind enough to explain it for me on instagram!

I loveeeee Tekton LA!!!! I was actually there first customer ever, and Ive been there ever since!!!! One thing i love about Tekton LA is they have No Minimums in DTG, and thats what separates them from other companies

Would go elsewhere if youre just going to buy blanks. Very unclear with shipping times and often push it back. Customer service isnt helpful because they say things on the fly without really checking the order. They delete the comments on their instagram otherwise thered be a bunch of posts mentioning their long ship times. Its been 4 weeks on my order with no ship date in sight.Edit: They print out shipping labels and consider that shipping an order out. USPS shows it as pre-shipment for almost two weeks now. Ive been in contact with them for a while now and they just stopped answering.

This is the best location to inquire for manufacturing and fulfillment. They are based in the heart of Los Angeles. I would definitely refer this company to my friends. Looking forward to them growing. Keep up the great work guys.
