DONT DO BUSINESS WITH POSH UNION. It was well over 3 MONTHS and I still didnt get any approved mock-ups or product, and after another month of waiting with no updates, I had to call my bank and they issued a charge back (thankfully). Their customer service is horrible, and there was never any straight answer as to the status of my order. They kept saying they were going to call me back with an update / talk to their manager to get my order prioritized / etc., but nothing ever happened.One of the responses to why it was taking so long was (besides the obvious blame of covid - which is understandable to a certain degree), was that their managers were busy doing meetings with other people. WHAT.Just STAY AWAY from this company. I dont want you going through the same mess I went through. Read the other reviews and check out their Yelp reviews. Plenty of other choices. Hit me up if you want another option. I went through another vendor and was completely satisfied.

Great sweatsuits! Orders sweatsuits for my local softball team with our logo on them and the came out awesome! Orders then to keep the spirits up during our COVID No season and everyone LOVED them. The order process was simple and submitting my logo was easy as well. The sweatsuits came quick! Very quick turnaround! These guys are awesome!! Will definitely order more next season and for my basketball team as well!!!

I placed my order in the beginning of November, approved my art two days after placing the order, then heard nothing. I emailed several times, called several times, and no one can give me a solid answer. When I did talk to someone they were short, didn’t provide any details or solutions to the delay and they were very distracted. You can’t blame Covid, I run a skateboard manufacturing business and I get my product out on time and this is with a major wood shortage. I’ve placed numerous orders through other suppliers and have already received my product, 2-3 weeks after placing them.It’s been over 2 months now, they finally emailed saying my order was ready by sending me a shipping label, but all they did was create a label and that was done on 1/12/2021 and it’s been two weeks since they created it and it still hasn’t been shipped, or dropped off or picked up by UPS.These guys are extremely unprofessional, difficult to work with, and have no clue what they are doing. I have a lot of money invested in an order that I could’ve put else where in my business but it’s tied up with these clowns. And I truly believe anyone posting positive reviews are either paid for or are friends or family to the business. No way anyone dealing with them outside of that would say anything otherwise.Shame on Posh Union for taking advantage of small businesses especially during a pandemic. And if your so busy and can’t keep up with orders stop advertising and sending me deals to buy more when you can’t even supply the original order.

SCAM ALERT! I placed my $1000 order on September 17, 2020 and we are now in March 2021. Over the past few months I have tried various times for phone appointments to talk to customer service and sent numerous emails to only have a few generic responses through email. One of the last responses I got gave me a tracking number that has said the order is waiting to be shipped since January. (this means that they created a label and never actually sent anything) At this point I am over it and considering legal action against them. I just hope that other people see this review and dont get scammed like I did. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

This place is horrible they post on Instagram like they do good business. I placed my order in November and still haven’t received it. I asked for my money back and they told me no refunds but also won’t deliver the product I paid for. This is order number 4200 so the business owner can see exactly who’s complaining. I’m going to post how you pretty much stole my money and did not deliver what I paid for. You guys are thieves. I made several emails called numerous times and still nothing. You guys deserve to go out of business I paid over $1000 bucks for my items and haven’t received my product or money back. I wish I didn’t even have to give you one star. Horrible!

If I could, I would’ve gave this establishment 0 stars!! They’re so horrible! My order number is P-3652 and I ordered my things in October and it’s the end of January and I’ve received nothing!! Nothing!! Every time I call they say the stuff is going to be shipped out at the end of the week and it never happens!! Such a scam!! I’ve requested a refund about 4 times and they keep saying they have to send the request to management and to call back the next day!! I call back the next day and they say the same thing!! Their website says no refunds but they also said I would receive my order in no more than a month after I made my order so what’s said on the website obviously doesn’t matter anymore. Literally the worst establishment I’ve ever ordered anything from. I highly do not recommend!!

P-3100 😭😢😤😠😡🤬🤯😳Update: My entire order is incorrect the mock up doesn’t even match what’s in the box. I just can’t believe after almost 3 months this is what I got. My hang tags are not printed which I paid extra per garment for. I am happy nonetheless to get the product. But my whole issue In The first place was that y’all didn’t send me my mock up. Then when I got the mock up via DM I told the rep it was completely wrong then communication went dead, I’m am disappointed but glad to know it’s not a scam company. But I sent artwork and specific instructions and now the people who preordered won’t get there variation because the entire order is wrong. Colors, thread colors. So far everything has been horrible. I placed my order in September and I received my order in November. I understand there was a delay because of Covid, but that was a bit much I feel. When I finally got my order the logo wasn’t what I sent over and the pants had stains all over them. I reached out back in November regarding this issue. All I’ve been getting is the run around about a refund or a reprint. I was told I would get a re print in November. Here it is a month later from when I received the wrong and stained order And nothing has happen to resolve this issue. I’m livid because I wanted to place many more orders with them, but that’s definitely not going to happen after all this.

Placed an order for hats and it didnt arrive within the estimated business days. I did not like the initial communication but I was able to speak with the manager and he gave me an update on my order. I appreciated the fact that he spoke to me directly and cleared things up. The hats came out great but were not the correct style that I ordered. I decided to keep them because they were actually great quality. Please make sure to communicate clearly when ordering through Posh Union.

Someone spent over $2,500 on my debit card with this company. I emailed them at 11pm EST and they resolved it within 30 minutes. Their responses were quick and even though they had to take a big lost, they made sure in the end that I was satisfied. This company is the most poorly ran company I’ve ever came in contact with. Not only did they take 700+ of my money, but now their telling me that after two months they don’t have an update for my order. They have one customer service rep who’s name is Marvin (supposedly) that tells everyone that “the claim will be escalated” and nothing ever gets done. You don’t receive a call back, a email, or anything. I have over 16 customers that Pre-ordered merchandise contingent upon their word and 21 day processing policy. I will personally reimburse everyone because my business is governed by strict guidelines and Love for my consumer base. IF YOU SUPPORT ME DO NOT SUPPORT THEM AT ALL! Asked these guy to create a logo for my company and they were very responsive. After paying them I was told about a week for the logo but nothing, so I reached out and they replied. I wanted some small changes made to the logo but so far so good. Now I’m asking for an update on the changes and nothing but 1 reply after 2weeks of no response say they’ll check on it in the morning, but even that was a couple of days ago and still nothing. So I guess they just took my money and I’ll have pay someone else to take care of this

Terrible. I placed an order October 24 2020. Here it is December 16 2020 almost two full months and my order hasn’t been shipped and who knows if they’re even working on it. Send proof. Big scam and waste of money. They will keep in contact but just to keep leading you on. Regret ordering from them. I’m all for giving second chances when it comes to business and I regret that with this company. The customer service is very terrible and they don’t give updates on manufacturing time until you complain about it. I don’t recommend this company to anyone, use the money you gain when you finally get your product (if you get it), to purchase a small embroidery machine and look for sweatsuit to purchase in bulk elsewhere.

I ordered T-shirts and dad hats on 7/17 with7-10 business day express shipping.I contacted them after 2weeks and asked them for an update and that I wanted a refund for the shipping cost. I was refunded my shipping cost on 8/11 because they weren’t able to fulfill my order in time I received my shirts on 8/17 and upon a quality check I realized some of my inventory had ink stains on them I emailed them about this matter the same day and was told they would make it right and I also inquired about my hats because they said they were shipped on 8/11 but nothing after that here we are today 8/24 at least 10 emails and ig messages later no update on my hats and no solution on my shirts that I have to get dry cleaned in order to sell them to my customers I am completely irritated about the way that my order is being handled granted it’s a pandemic but stop advertising for people to place orders when fulfilling the ones you already have is a struggle to complete I am very dissatisfied and I will now be ordering not recommending them to any of my peers .zero stars

I didn’t even wanna write a review, but the lack of communication is unsettling. I don’t even know what’s going on with my order because I haven’t heard from anyone in 2 weeks...no update, no mockup. I ordered 2 bundles of hoodies, T-shirts, hats, etc...that was the first week of August. The release of my collection is September 21st and I’m not going to be able to do that. I don’t like the fact that there is NO phone number for this place and I can’t speak to a person. I feel cheated and robbed to be honest......and this is my first experience with Posh Union. I had planned on doing business with them a lot in the future but unfortunately after this I don’t think I’ll be back.

Ordered from these guys twice in the past 3 months. Quality was top notch the first go around, not so much on the second order. Customer service and communication is sub par. My first order was delayed which is understandable during a pandemic, but additionally my sizes were all wrong and my shirts didnt come packaged as requested and paid for. They did remedy the issue and refund the cost of the packaging expense. It was still very frustrating and a great inconvenience. It was pulling teeth trying to get in contact either via email or a schdueled phone call that sometimes never happened due to no fault of my own. Because we were indeed happy with the quality of our apparel, we decided to try once more with a 2nd order. We spoke with a gentlemen and expressed our prior concerns which they noted and proceeded with the order. They invoiced us incorrectly and when I immediately reached out for my order to be corrected I was nevercontacted. I have now received another incorrect order that isnt the same material (bella canavas) we ordred last time, its a thin cheap material and our logo isnt even aligned correctly. Im am livid as we tried to give them the benefit of doubt due to the pandemic. We suggest doing a bit of research before placing an order as this has caused our business major delays and wasted inventory

This has to be the most unprofessional company ever they alternated my design made it look different asked to see the final product denied me plus didn’t send the correct sizes just a all around bad experience! Then after I told them my design was wrong they suggested I use a DTG company. Basically they couldn’t do my design and lied to me and says they could. also I paid a rush fee told I needed tees by a certain date and guess what ? My tees were late. Terrible service. EVERYTHING PEOPLE ARE SAYING IN THE REVIEWS IS TRUE. They got so many bad reviews and they’re not even offering people refunds or a discount for taking long on their orders or messing up. This is not the place to order from if you’re trying to make fast money, or if you’re simply a young entrepreneur on the rise. They will hold you up and slow down your process. I advise you find another site. Posh Union takes forever to deliver. I made an order on the 22nd of October and I still haven’t received it. It’s November 17th. I actually called them about 2 days ago, they said “we’re still in production.” So almost a month later, they still haven’t made 12 sweatsuits. I know it’s a pandemic, but that’s honestly a terrible excuse now! It’s November, not March when everything was shut down. I have made orders with 3 different sites since I made an order with Posh Union. One order with 27 hoodies (came in a 9 days) Another order with 16 hoodies (came in a week) and I just made another order with 2 days ago and I have received information that it will be here on the 19th. These other sites made me notice how terrible Posh Union is and how they’re trying to take advantage of this pandemic.

This is my only hope of receiving a response from this company, as this has been one of the worst e-commerce experience of recent memory.For a company that advertises a 7 to 21 (business) day turn around time - my order has fallen short. But that hasnt been the issue - its been the primitive communication along the way that has been the most frustrating .My order was placed Oct 4th - I approved the proofs for my order Oct 8th. After responding to proceed, I have had zero contact from this company outside of me following up with their customer service support line. If you wanna call it support .During my call with support I was guaranteed my order would be delivered in hand Nov. 2 - that day came and went. Next call to support my order issues where to be escalated to management. that never appeared to have happened. With a another couple calls a customer service, a rep CCd on an email to management which they then advised my order would be shipped that same day- I received an email with tracking details - fast forward 7 days - I tracked my package to notice no updates - UPS was yet to receive a package from POSH - basically they created a shipping label without actually shipping anything - I suppose to mitigate my requests for updates and give the illusion of progress.Ive worked in e-commerce and ive found the honesty was always the best policy - giving people the run-around only makes small issues into bigger one. If i just got honest communication or any communication at all this review may have been avoided.Im still without an update, Im still without my orderHappy to remove this review before it saturates the interwebbys just for a response, an ETA, Anything!!!!!And I cant even speak to quality yet _ it better be worth the ridiculous experienceUpdate 11/16/20I recieved half my order with no clue as to where the rest is. So I ordered my sweatsuits 9/22 and I received them Nov 10th . I’ve seen good and bad comments so I was skeptical and I reached out to them via email. They were very communicative and answered my questions. I was worried about the turnaround time but everybody has to keep it mind. The mail and Covid has changed the world and everybody is still adapting. Don’t hate on POSH UNION. They deliver great quality and have great prices. Very helpful for your brand. This company has been COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL with the way they do business. I NEVER go out of my way to write something like this but I am just out of words with how bad they have been with my order. The reviews are very deceiving and misleading. I was super excited to give them my business seeing the great bundles and “fast turn around time” they once pitched. I thought I would be doing business with them for years to come. However on the very first order I am going on 2 months with little to NO communication every time I reach out about the status of my order. I have gone several emails in a row without getting any responses and at this point I am legit concerned about my money being completely taken without anything in return. They were extremely fast and quick to respond when I reached out about ordering and were fast to take my money but since then I have little to no communication from them. I understand times are weird right now but the amount of misinformation being told when they actually do respond is out of hand. They have no phone number, they do not open my Instagram messages anymore (which is how I contacted them the first time) they shut off instagram comments (red flag) and email has been the biggest issue. I’m only writing this in hopes they could actually respond because I am completely out of forms of contact at this point.-GeoUPDATE: December 3rd, 2020I URGE YOU NOT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. This is my 3rd month since my order and I still have NO SOLUTION! They ended up messing up my order on SEVERAL levels. ALL the dimensions of my logos are wrong, some placements are even on the wrong side, some of my hat embroideries are crooked, and to TOP IT OFF they completely messed up my size runs. It’s unbelievable how bad they messed up my order. I made it as clear as possible how I wanted everything done. I left them a clean email with all dimensions, colorways, size runs, and placements broken down. I waited over 2 months for it to be completely wrong and they have been ignoring me since. EVERY week I have been contacting/scheduling phone calls twice a week. Every time I get the same answer. “We will escalate this to management, and I will contact you today or tomorrow to make sure they have reached you.” EVERY TIME I hear this same story and they never do. It’s this guy Redner apparently whose on the phone. It’s hard enough to even contact them let alone hear back. I got one email from management since I got my order from Marvie and before we even got to come to a solution he has blew me off since. Hasn’t responded to any of my emails. I can’t believe I am 3 months out and have no promising sign of a solution. This level of unprofessionalism is exhausting. I basically lost several hundred Dollars, stuck with product that I can’t even sell.-Geo

I have emailed them no response I called them and left voicemails(now the phone number is removed from their website and google) still no response.Finally I decided to write a comment under one of their post, bingo they write back, telling me to use the email. OK so i emailed again no responseI write a review BINGO here they go again, NOBODY Still has called me I still dont know my order status... WHAT TIME WILL I BE A HAPPY CUSTOMER?

Trustworthy business, will take care of you and any complications that happen. Strongly recommend. Since this is a smaller business that gets huge amounts of emails and messages be patient with response time. Highly recommend asking for a phone call to set up your order and to clear anything up.

I order from this company almost 3 MONTHS ago. They continue to ignore my emails and ig messages. Doesnt hurt to reply to your customers to inform them of their order. Considering the pandemic we all trying to find source of income, and make it thru this tough times. And for us the customers to put trust in a company that continues to treat customers this way is unacceptable.

Possibly one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order at the end of November/ beginning of December and I haven’t gotten any updates on my merchandise. As of lately they’re unresponsive with customer service. If you’re reading this, go with another wholesaler. This place isn’t worth the stress.

I been trying to get a hold of the company for 2 weeks last time I talked to anyone from the company he was supposed to email me I never got that now I can’t get in contact with anyone this is horrible business and customer service I’ll never do business with them again and wouldn’t recommend it2 weeks later I still been getting the run around I believe the shipping number they email me was fake it hasn’t changed been saying “hasn’t arrived to shipment center” then when I call they say order is still in production this is crazy my next steps is to look into legal advice
