Had a great experience with Rapid Silk Screen printing. Despite I had little experience with printing T-Shirts, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. My T-Shirt Design was pretty technical with 3 different locations and I was worried about scaling for all different sizes but the staff was quick to offer suggested sizing and in the end it was perfect.Email correspondence was fast and accurate, and the pricing was excellent. I recommend anyone who need fast turnaround Screen Printing service.As a graphic designer, I will be returning here for all my print needs.

I began editing a project on their website tonight (at 8:30ish) and got immediate help from Customer Support (name: John). He was professional, kind and answered my many questions quickly and politely (including the knowledge my tshirts would arrive in one week, that they would not be sending me emails/they dont do email marketing, and they dont store or sell my data). Since he knew I was worried about my information being saved, he shared that he could remove me from the system after I ordered my t-shirts. I ended up not ordering t-shirts (nothing against Customer Support), and asked if I could be removed from the system anyhow. He said of course! Fantastic, honest Customer Support! Thank you John!!

BEST PLACE! I was in a HUGE emergency and really needed some tote bags customized on the same day. Not only did they respond super quickly to my email, but I was greeted in an extremely friendly manner. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed designed and worked really hard to make sure I could get my items that same day. Rapid Silk Screen Printing has the best hours for shipping needs. I send a lot of packages to friends but have long work hours during the week and on Saturday. Im often not able to get to a shipping center before they close and I dont know any other Los Angeles place besides Rapid Silk Screen Printing open on Sundays. The service is always very fast, efficient and friendly.

Everything was super easy to do and Niko was easy to work with. He helped us get everything finalized, printed same day and we got the shirts shipped directly to the hotel. My friend was surprised and I was happy the shirts turned out so great. Everyone loved them when we went out and I told them all to go to Rapid Silk Screen Printing for custom shirts!

Rapid Silk was extremely prompt and understanding about changes that I needed for the delivery date; they even stayed open after closing time when I got stuck in traffic and couldnt get there in time. Same day call, response, order and Immediate design! They have everything you need to see, feel, touch the do work. They are busy all day. 15 minutes in the warehouse 5 orders come in and they accept them all. Just talk, breathe and your orders gets done. Be realistic.

Rapid Silk Screen Printing (Fred) was a life saver! I had an emergency screenprinting job that I had to have done within 24 hours due to a problem that arose with the screenprinter that was originally set to do the job. I contacted Rapid Silk Screening as they were closing but Fred stayed back to hear me out and determine if he could help me. Fortunately for me, he said he could help me. Rapid Silk Screen Printing ended up not only doing a phenomenal screenprinting job in a very short time, but Fred personally went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and the deadline I had was met. Fred is a man of his word and provides first class customer service.

Do not come here, very unprofessional work.I called them on the phone he quoted me at $28 for a design on my shirt. I show up and he said they take 5 to 7 days for printing which is a lie. I have shopped other places and they got it done in 1hour. So when I showed him the photo he then said he needs time to redesign the photo. In which he lied on his response and said I was unprepared. Then asked me by when I needed it and I said by today. On their website it clearly states SAME DAY PRINTING AVAILABLE. If it wouldve said 5 hours needed I would not have agreed. He then said since he needed to redesign the photo he charged me $30. How did we go from $28 to $30 because he needed to redesign? I paid and agreed that 7pm was when I would pick up the shirt. I shopped around and found another place that did the job for a cheaper price not to mention they even printed the shirt in less than 45min. The best part was they didnt even say We have to charge you for redesign. I admit it was a bold move to cancel my order. This man didnt even want to refund me my money so dont sit there and act like you did it with kindness I even offered to pay you for the time that you took for REDESIGN. When I showed up the man didnt even have change to give me my refund so he was forced to give me back $20 from the $30 I initially gave him. Dont be upset because I paid someone else to get the job done faster then you couldve.

This company has failed to meet expectations from both a product quality and customer service point of view I placed a screen printing order on a premium shirt line to send to customers of my business. Within one wash cycle, a significant portion of the printing had washed off. By the 3rd wash cycle, the original print was barely even visible due to being washed off. I was horrified to learn that this had happened on all of the shirts that I had sent to my customers nationwide. When I contacted Rapid Silk, I was informed that since I had not contacted them regarding this issue within 3 days of picking up my order, I had waived my right to any future claim. I responded saying that 3 days seemed like an unrealistic deadline, as I dont think most people would even wash their products within that time, and they didnt even bother to respond to that email. I am very disappointed by this company and would never risk doing business with them again.
