Forever 21 customer service support is a joke!Customer service is supposed to help a customer resolve their issue not frustrate & make their experience worse. Especially when a customer chooses to shop their company & couldve had a better experience with let say Amazon.This experience has left me thinking not to do business with them again sadly
Their customer service sucks and clothes are actually getting cheaper and cheaper the quality but prices going up. I was in the store and wanted a shirt that came up cheaper online they wanted me to purchase the shirt online and have it shipped to the store for free. Therefore, instead of honoring the price have to return back to the store to pick up what they already have in stores. They lost me as a customer thats an inconvenience to the customer and backwards
Worst customer service ever! Unable to communicate or fix any of your order issues!!! I entered the wrong email address by one digit & called to get it corrected due to security concerns with my address & personal info being shared to someone other than me & they refused to fix it & told me no one here could do that. Never placing another order with them again
I called about a package (in transit…not delivered) having the wrong address and just wanting to correct that. From the moment I stated the address was wrong the first rep, ACCUSED me of putting in the wrong address and told me it was nothing they could do about it. Told me to call the carrier, so I did, long story short, it was back and forth and no one could help, the rep from FED EX was very pleasant and trying to be as helpful as possible, I will say that. Unlike FOREVER 21; very poor customer service!!!! Giving me the run around and accusing me of not putting my address in correctly, when in fact I did and my address is correct on file, from THEIR system shows me.I TOOK SCREEN SHOTS! I WILL BE MAILING AND EMAILING THIS INFORMATION TO YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE(S) I EVEN HAVE A SCREEN SHOT UNDER MY ORDER TAB IN THAT APP THAT SHOWS THE ITEMS THAT ARE SUPPOSEDLY BEING DELIVERED NEED TO BE REMOVED BECAUSE THEY AREN’T AVAILABLE. SO IT SOUNDS LIKE THE SYSTEM JUST HAS A LITTLE GLITCH, BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM TRYING TO MAKE THIS MY FAULT AND GIVING VERY RUDE SERVICE AND ACCUSING ME AS BEING LIAR.
To date, thee worst retail customer service I have ever experienced. I felt completely devalued as a customer and my needs remain unresolved. The amount of money I have spent over the years for the treatment I got was a slap in the face. Completely disappointed in how I was handled to the point where I will no longer shop Forever 21.
My wife and kids really like Forever 21. Way better quality than Shein and Romwe. At least Forever 21s clothing doesnt smell like vinegar, and isnt see through. Stylish clothes for the whole family. I just wish Forever 21 had better looking clothing for men. Other than that, I get my shipping quick. Good quality, good prices.
I was at Forever 21 in Miami Dollphin Mall the customer service is so poor, even by the manager who don’t know how to take care of simply answer to a customer. They make me do the line twice just because it was nobody there and I didn’t realize it was a different one for returns. And when it was my turn the guy told me sorry you have to go to that line obviously it was people in front already. There is no customer service at all.
I ordered something from forever 21. I have the address complete on my app. Used the same address for the order and they’re telling me that I’m wrong. Then when they returned the merchandise I bought, they refused to credit my account because they lost it. But not before they told me it had arrived and was signed for. This company is corrupt and I believe they are trying to steal money or merchandise. At the least they are incompetent.
Be very careful when you buy items that you need for a specific date. The app does not provide accurate delivery dates when you are checking out, even if you pay for expedited shipping. This has happened to be various times and again this week! They have to do a better job of being honest and setting the right shipping expectations for customers!
Never got my daughters clothes it’s been three weeks now I called customer service they didn’t help at all and they gave me a refund that I didn’t want I just wanted my daughters clothes call them again to cancel the refund and they said there’s nothing they can do and I told him them I don’t want to repay them because I got it for a cheaper price with a coupon and I couldn’t use that coupon again because it was expired and already used it so I didn’t wanna Pay more for the clothes and he said there’s nothing he can do about it

I have a package that has not been updated where it is and it has been days now. I pay for something i want to know where is my package. It was not even tendered to On trac cause i called them myself. It is unacceptable how customer service cannot effectively contact warehouse directly to ask where is a package. Is it lost did someone steal my items what ?!! So i will not recommend ordering anything online.
LOUSLEY customer service have been trying to get a refund since January now its April and when call I get no where DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THIS FOREVER 21 they are a big rip off to get your money back
Horrible company to work for. You work there and it can take up to months for you to even get compensated. I know because I’m one of those people. I STILL haven’t gotten compensated for my work from this company, and it’s going on two months!!!!
Tbh there is nothing wrong with forever 21 but the just have to improve them self by taking good care of customer, I ordered my order 9 days since today I have got it and I trying to call them but they aren’t helping tbh! I’m not giving up until I get my order.
I placed an order, saw they had my old address before clicking submit, I updated the address, they still delivered it to my old address, I used the chat and they basically told me its my fault and they are not responsible or going to help me retrieve it. They kept typing, have a great day, the chat is over. Every time I tried to get them to help, they shut me down. I am so stressed out. I spent $125 and have no idea if I will even get the package back. What makes it worse is I am on hold with the shipping company they use and they are telling me that Forever 21 puts specific notes in the instructions to not change the address, so they wont fix the issue with me directly and Forever 21 is the one who told me I have to contact them directly. I have been on the phone, wasting my time dealing with this. Back and forth on hold 10 minutes at a time. This is a terrible experience. Literally never ordering from them again. Terrible.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Swear all of us should file a class action lawsuit and get some of our money back at least! I have yet to receive my package and it cost me $300. OnTrac has already confirmed it’s been lost and they refuse to replace or refund me!! Worst company EVER! Spoke with 4 different reps including Marco employee#1583492 and his foreign supervisor names Isis, who declined my call and told Marco to hang up on me! This happened at about 4pm today 9/03/2020. I’m starting to regret ordering from them now that I’m looking through the reviews. I placed an order on 6/09/2020 for the amount of $75 it is now 6/14/2020 and i still didn’t get any shipping info. I’m trying to have patience Since the virus and the protesting but i hope it’s not them trying to screw me over smhEDIT: I did get my items they were over 2 months late and i also never got the shipping info every time i would call i got a different answer they say it was in a different country and another person would say it’s in Nevada so in conclusion i just wouldn’t order with this place unless you got free money to waste just in case lol
As a warehouse employee, online order picker (hired directly) I honestly liked working here. Always kept busy, I liked that there were times when we would be pulled from our regular job to help elsewhere in the warehouse. The pay was alright, back in 2016. I know I always made the top numbers for the quotas (which was updated every 2 hours or so). It was fun to challenge myself to get higher numbers.
The worse call-center ever. I have made the order with a coupon, got my confirmation email and in several hours my order was canceled as they couldnt proceed with the payment. I was trying to make another same order but coupon was not working as it was one-time coupon which I was not able to use due to the fact that company canceled my order. I dont understand why they didnt contact me if they had issues..I tried to resolve the issue by reaching the call center. The only thing the girl on the phone was telling me is that its my fault that my bank cancelled the order. No help. I thought usually companies (which are client-oriented) try to reach the customer and notify about the issue or try to resolve it if something happened. But its not about Forever 21. I understand now why they are closing their stores. Their online and store return process is different. Purchased a jacket online and was told by the store they could only provide me a store credit since it was an online order after trying to return it after a week. Then you later find out you have to pay a bunch to return the item yourself. I dont know another clothing store that is so far out of the return spectrum then these smucks.

Hello, to everyone writing a one star to Forever 21: there is something else you should consider. Forever 21 not only disrespects their customers, but the people who make their clothing overseas as well. These workers get paid little to nothing majority of the time. Consider that while you write that one star review, and support another fashion company that is more progressive.
I live in a rural area and have been ordering from F21 online since 2012 FAITHFULLY. I’ve never had any issues with my orders (around 30-50 over the years). When I’ve spoken with Customer Service, the reps have always been courteous and helpful. I can’t speak for anyone else but my longtime patronage with F21 has always been great!
I’ve been waiting three weeks for my order and still haven’t received it. I’ve called and waited on hold 40 mins to talk to an agent then the person put me on hold to find out where my package is. He left for a minute then I got hung up on which was definitely on purpose so I’ve wasted an hour trying to figure out where my package is. I also called a week ago and waited another half hr trying to speak to an agent. I won’t be shopping with them anymore.
Went to Concord Mills today Sunday, August 25th at 6:50 pm to be exact. I was looking through their rack of tops going through one by one and the worker comes over to my rack and puts one hanger back in place. I thought it was rude then but didn’t say anything. I continue to look through again and she comes back a second time to put it back in place except this time with pure rudeness. I then spoke up and told her she was very rude. Out of all the people in the store she chose me to think she could pick on cause I’m Asian. This is pure discrimination. I’ve been such a loyal shopper with them for years of my life and I’ve never experienced anything like this ever!! It was unbelievable how ignorant people can be and I’m so bothered by this act.
Forever 21 use to be my favorite store I would spend all my extra spending money on clothes but I dont know whats been going on with them lately there clothes are nothing like it use to be they must have new buyers because there clothes absolutely nothing like it was and they use to also have beautiful jewelry & purses that I bought lots of every 2 weeks when I got paid but now there jewelry looks like it came out the quarter machine they are going 2 miss out on a lot of business I hear everyone saying the same thing forever 21 make a change quick and get new buyers please this was once my favorite store Im ready 2 close out my credit card
BEWARE ONLINE SHOPPERS:customer service will leave you on hold for hours, tell you that they WILL NOT connect you to a manager, and give you a generic answer to solve issues theyve caused. Ive never been treated with so much disrespect from an online Company its unheard of. Customer service acts as if they cant be bothered with solving the issue and their first response is we can cancel your order why would I purchase the items if I didnt want them?? Smh if you want your online business to NOT fail. Fix your customer service and the way they handle loyal customers who have been shopping at your store for years!
I’m so frustrated with forever 21! It’s been 2 months that I have been calling constantly and constantly asking for my refund. I never received my package from FedEx although they scanned it as it was delivered and left at my front door I saw the FedEx guy leave quickly without leaving my package couldn’t stop him. I quickly called FedEx and forever 21 telling them what just happened and to see where my package was and for my refund. Of coarse forever 21 gave me my claim that I have to wait 8 to 10 days for them to get a claim back from Fedex. I waited but constantly called forever 21, 10 days later I call themand they tell me they haven’t gotten a claim back fromFedex I got my claim number and call FedEx they said they gave there statement to forever21. Fedex then tells me that forever21 had closed my case and claim regarding I got my package according to my email which I never received my package that’s why I’ve been constantly calling forever 21 customer service for my refund. I don’t understand why I never received an email or call regarding that my case was closed unprofessional. Also, I wouldn’t be calling for no reason this is the first time I shop at forever 21 online and the last time. STOP STEALING PEOPLE‘SMONEY, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! Need to work on customer service and put your customers first!
We have placed our order which was Christmas gift for our daughter. You guys kept saying it gets here before Xmas, and today it says 26th. As soon as it gets here we are returning with everything on your cost!
No issue at all with delivery/pick up, so I would have nothing negative to say about this location. So far everything seems running smoothly, keep it up Forever21

I gave them a 1 star because that is the lowest it can go. I rate is a -5 star for the worst customer service. They take their job as a joke. I dont know how they keep this kind of people around. I did not receive an item. They take 2 months to refund me. And I am still interested in the item I decided to place the order but I feel like since they messed up on the order I should have to pay for the shipping first they say they can waive the item. After I place the order they refused to waive the fee. That they CAN NOT help me out with that. The next rep I got was worst then the last rep and refuse to help me. Its a good thing there are plenty of other store out there with better customer service. I much rather go where I appreciated!
Please do NOT shop or work here. I am a former employee at the Walt Whitman location and I was treated terribly by this company. I have a disability and as a result I was given shorter shifts than usual. They eventually scheduled me for one day a week for four hours getting 80 dollars per paycheck. That is NOT enough to survive when I am trying to support myself through college. Also, the return policy is the worst I have seen. No money back? Ridiculous. I gave my two weeks notice and my last week, they scheduled me for five days. I asked why are you scheduling me all these days now? They said because we really need you. I had just started work at my new job and told them that most of the hours they gave me conflict with my other schedule. They said can you tell your other job that you have to come in? I let them have it on the spot, cancelled my two weeks notice and quit outright. Throughout my experience with this company, I have learned that they are a bunch of money hungry corporate sharks. They dont care about the people they hire or the customers they get. They just want their money. Screw these people. Im telling everyone I know not to shop here. Hope this company goes bankrupt.
I used to work at Forever 21 in Santa Monica, and they definitely live up to their 1-star rating! 😍 There was a class-action lawsuit that won settlements to many employees, and even then, they postponed the check owed to me. When I finally managed to get in contact with them (which took many phone calls & emails to this HQ), they mailed my check to the wrong address after I told them which address to send to via a request document: they didnt read it. So now my money is somewhere Im not, and either it will be stolen or void. Thank you Forever 21, for screwing me out of my time & money even when I dont work there anymore ❤
Returned 2 shirts with a receipt. They would not credit my card back, nor give me cash back...i could only get a store credit. Really? With a receipt.. called corporate, they took my info and promised repeatedly I would get a call from a supervisor to resolve the issue. a month later nada... never again. Do not shop here
My package wasn’t able to be delivered. The guy I just spoke to told me I couldn’t cancel or get a refund until the package was back at the warehouse. Between them and the post office, neither party is able to tell me where the package is,, oh yeah I also had to be on hold with the post office for a little over an hour and a half. I ordered it April 22 and it is now may 2. I have to wait to get my money back and not even sure where the package is and the person I spoke to from forever 21 also told me it could take 2 to 3 weeks. I almost cursed him out as his tone was rude and he just repeated himself. Told me there was no one else I could speak to and clearly there isn’t except these people who do not even have decent customer service skills. Will be sending an email to the better business bureau about this and anything else I can do! Denying me a refund until they get their lost package and then making me wait 2-3 weeks, making that a month or longer with my money. Forever 21 must need it more than I do. Seriously.
I went to pick up an online delivery at the store on 17th and Chestnut in Philadelphia, PA. The store clerk there was hostile, rude, and completely unprofessional. So much so, that after getting back to my office, I returned to the store to return the merchandise I had purchased. I went to the store manger when I returned to the store and explained why I was returning the products, and he was actually very helpful and said he would address the matter. That is the only reason for 1 star; otherwise, I would give 0 stars! I will not shop at this store, or online in the future. I would prefer to pay more and have decent customer service, than to get a deal and be treated rudely without provocation.
I tried to exchange a coat I received for Christmas. The register girl that looked like she was clueless and on drugs told me I couldnt return it but she said she would talk to her manager about it. The manager comes out and states There are three things wrong here. You dont have the receipt, the tag isnt attached, (the tag was there in the coat pocket) and its on clearance. So we cant do anything about it. Being a manager myself and working with customers every day I would NEVER act like I couldnt do anything for them in return regardless of their situation. Glad I can use this awful coat as a throw rug or a dog mat. Terrible experience.

Tracking to the store made it seem like it was a way better deal and more convenient than getting shipped to home. 1000% wrong. No confirmation email received after purchase, cant track it. The customer service reps keep telling me its almost there, 5-7 business days. Its been 10 and no sign if my packages have arrived to store or not. DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE.

I waited and waited, no package has arrived and it has been over a month. I keep emailing and getting emails telling they will let me know BUT THEY DONT!!!!!!At this point I just want my money back, forget the blouses, you probably dont even have them. One of the ladies mention that they probably got thrown away!!!!! If you can find the shirts please return my money. Next I am going to the credit card company.
As a Forever 21 Customer, it is not acceptable to purchase items online and wait over a week and still havent received any tracking or shipping information. Its almost been about a week since I purchased my items since December 3rd and it is now December 9th.
My package was lost never received on July 2, 2018, received an email it had been delivered. I called and opened a claim was told it would take up to 10 business days to call back or also try calling FedEx. I called FedEx they confirmed the guy who was in route that day lost my package. Called forever 21 back and they would just keep opening claims saying I had to wait longer. 45 business days passes several long calls with rude representatives. And have not received my money back lost about $350 worth of money. Dont buy from them save yourself the headache and your hard earned money.
I agree with all the negative comments about Forever 21. They definitely don’t put their customers first. I have shopped at this store for many years but the customer service is just horrible especially with the online order department. I recently did an order online and they sent me a defect product. I sent them multiple emails with pictures regarding the defect product and never receive a response. I had to call the customer service department to get an update. The item is now sold out and I no longer can get it as they took forever to look into the issue over a $35 of jeans. Seriously Forever 21??? Have to start spending my money elsewhere that offer better customer service.
I payed for a dress. Forever 21 sent me a shirt. Not to mention the order was late.Then I had to send pictures of the wrong item and I did.....Three days later I called corporate, I was informed they will add the credit to my card. So I asked Are you speaking to me? You will not send me a dress I just payed for!... Because of your mistake and they said yes...poor est costumer service I have ever encountered.. Also takes 3 to 5 business days to credit my card. Just sad. I just wanted my dress.:(
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI recently placed a pretty large (over $400) order with Forever 21. At check out, it took me almost 3 hours to verify my address/information. Apparently because of my rural location, Forever 21 refused to ship this order via UPS or FedEx, insisting that I pay $20 fee for delivery to a post office box. (SIDE NOTE: the town I live in is Atlanta, N.Y. After calling about the location trouble, the person on the phone goes “We can’t ship items to Atlanta, Georgia”...um, okay 1 you clearly didn’t read where the order was going, and 2 lied, or maybe just didn’t have a clue, because Atlanta, Georgia is a HUGE city. Why wouldn’t you be able to ship stuff there???) UPS and FedEx have shipped to my address before with no problems at all. After asking if the fee could be waived for trouble THEY caused, Forever 21 refused, insisting “it was their policy”. I find it hard to believe a company so popular would rather decline a $400 order than waive a $20 fee, especially after the inconvenience they put on me. On top of that, they took away my 10% discount! Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from F21 again. And if you’re a small town girl trying to look af, you can kiss that dream goodbye with this company. Go to H&M instead!!!!
I agree with all the completely negative comments on this page. Forever 21 has the worst customer service ever!! They never give you much information in regards to your package. My package was lost and they keep telling me to wait 8-10 business days that they need to hear from FedEx and FedEx tells me that is forever 21 who hasnt submitted all the proper documentation. Ive been waiting a month and they never call you or email you back. I spent $130 on a purchase and they havent credited me back, I am so sick of them! I will not shop here again and I will tell everyone I know to pass on the voice because they really dont care at all about their customers!!!! So fed up!!!! Forever 21 is the worst!!!! So upsetting!
Ive had the worst customer service experience with these people. We never received our shipment and because they said it left their warehouse with no problem, they could not do ANYTHING..that it was a problem between me and the people THEY USE to deliver...it makes NO SENSE!!! The customer rep. refused to transfer me to a supervisor and they told me I can keep calling every hour to see if someone is available with no guarantee that I will ever get to speak with one. WHAT TYE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!!! Dont buy ONLINE...Ive had the best shopping experience at the Nashville store, but God forbid we EVER buy online again...DONT MAKE the same mistake.
Forever 21 is a ripped off, they care about getting customers money and not customers satisfaction.I bought some items online and the Final Sale Message never came on.I returned 3 out of the 4 items i bought due to the material and how the dresses fitted. I had to pay for the return shipping. When i called to find out about my return i was told my items were final sale.No where in the order or check out cart said the items were final sale. An honest, reliable and customer caring clothing store would do something to have their customer happy. The options i was given about the returned items were to ship the items back to me (considering Forever 21 had the items on their hands) and charge me for shipping or just have them discard the items. How can a company that cares about customers satisfaction tell a customer that since the company can not do a return, they can discard the items for the customer? Keeping in mind that Forever 21 has the returned items on their possession and obviously Forever 21 was not going to discard the items, but keep them to sell it to another future victim.
Forever 21 is a total sweatshop cheap....cheap....cheap... I ordered a top for my boss because he dresses similar to what they offer. I didnt know they ship through On-Trac- infamous for being late or lost or damaged packages- anyhow they were late delivering to the post office so the post office cancelled my forwarding order for them to deliver to me and they returned it to Forever21. When I called them I held for 20 mins to get a supervisor which ironically became available when I advised I was calling corporate on my other phone. I explained what happened and asked to have a gift card or store credit so I can physically go get the shirt and still gift my boss on time Liza said there was nothing she could do but offer me 15% off the next order....as if there would ever be another order. This place is a joke Ill pay a little more and work with respectable companies that stand against child labor and going through every length to cut cost to them even if it means sacrificing quality
For the SECOND time, I have purchased merchandise online at Forever21 and MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST IN TRANSIT! It disturbs me that I have to wait 24-48 business hours to be contacted by a manager! Between Forever 21 and FedEx no one contacted me to inform me that my package was lost. FIVE (5) DAYS AFTER my package was supposed to be delivered, I had to contact them only to find that no one knew where my package was. The customer service is horrible, I am doing the footwork to have the issue resolved and my money refunded to me. Forever21 nor FedEx seems to think that my money is a priority! I was even hung up on after waiting on hold forever! I am officially filing a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! The customer service and policies at Forever21 are terrible!! I placed an order for an item and called to ask them to honor the price THEY sent me in an email. The first agent I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. The second agent I spoke with never called me back or followed up. The third agent I spoke with tried to give the same spill the other two gave me about a price adjustment when in fact, there was no price adjustment. You falsely advertised the bodysuit as one price and the email you sent me had a completely different price. Your bad, not mine! I wrote in an email to explain the ridiculousness and hoops I had to jump through to get the price in the email again, that they sent me honored and how Id spoken with several reps, one of which was extremely rude and condescending and they never even addressed it in the email. Proceeding to tell me that they dont offer price adjustments and how its the same as honoring the price which is two different things. Then they sent me anothe email saying how I could return the item via mail at my own expense. How about, you screwed up, therefore you need to fix it! Period! The customer service is piss poor and the policies are absolutely ridiculous. I understand a business mindset and how things are dont to profit the business but a business without customers is bankrupt! Forever21 will never see another dime of my money. I refuse to pay you and do the work that you should be doing AND deal with the attitudes of your employees! No thanks!And the only reason they got the one star is because you cant post without having one!

I placed a order on June 11 and the warehouse shipped my order out with the wrong zip code so package was sent back to the warehouse. Now here is it July 13th and still dont have my package I leave out of country Sunday with no dress or swimsuit. Every time I call corporate no answer no call back this is the worst service I received in years to be a loyal customer but never again will I EVER place an order online..POOR SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

Wow! Didnt realize how really bad these company, I worked one of the store in Florida, seasonal, hoping theyll keep me since I was flexible anytime when they called me even I wasnt schedule to work I came in, because theyre short handed. There are times they asked me to worked almost 9Hrs be lucky if I have 30. Minutes break. Yet not even a common courtesy to tell me that they dont want to keep me after the Holiday. After all those times when even I felt sick and having temp they asked me to stay longer, I did. When they hired me, I called numerous times asking when they are going to put me in for schedule to work, they said theyre going to call me. Visit the store and talked to associate, Manager, supervisor, Lod etc. all of them very unprofessional. Finally they put me in the scheduled, none of them called to let me know ahead of time, I missed 2 days of my working days scheduled. Make the story short, they put me to work with out training, expect me to know everything?
I would have chosen zero stars but wasnt given that option. I placed an order a month ago and have yet to receive my package. I was told by several customer service reps that that it had been returned back to the warehouse and for me to wait for a email to give them a new shipping address. I did so and submitted a new address and was informed that I would received my order within 5-7 business days. Well untrue again bc I received an email stating that I will receive a refund back to my card for my order. The problem is I didnt request a refund, I just want my order. When speaking with management it was a joke. She basically told me sorry, but not sorry, you can write a review about your customer service experience. As a loyal customer online and in store, I feel they truly dont care about satisfying their customers.

I will NEVER order from Forever 21 again! I ordered 3 items (free shipping). They sent me an incorrect item which I returned to the store. When they tried to reorder it for me, they were going to charge me shipping! I finally talked to someone on the phone who said they would charge me for it but then credit it back w/in a week. Its been almost 2 weeks, still no credit! I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told to call the same number back! Rediculous!!!
Completely 1000% agree with all the bad reviews for Forever 21 I was sent a defective item with no tags in the wrong size!!! Sent multiple emails went on live chats contacted the Customer Service Number nobody tried helping me they all sound like a bunch of Robots!!! never again will I purchase from this company!!!! Also the phone number to call for forever 21 is in the Philippines and they never have a supervisor to speak to I cant beleive such a big company can provide such horrible Service!
Forever 21 has lost my business. This the the first time I have ever been so disappointed to the point of writing about an experience. The gift card order placed was cancelled. No plausible explanation and no refund so far. Advised to call back to speak to a supervisor. Dech O. Was rude. Apparently actually fulfilling an order is a huge expectation with this company? I ordered one item an received something entirely different and they wont honor the order by sending me what I actually paid for. I will not stop until I my order accurately filled. Unacceptable!
This is my first and last time shopping with forever 21. I ordered a dress online and had it sent to the store, the dress to longer then expected when it came to delivery. I asked the store manager at Green Acres mall location can I return it since I still didnt recieve it. they said no. when it finally came I went back to the store. and the told me now that its final sell and cant return the item.. called customer service asked to speak with a manager and the guy told me NO!. Im upset, couldnt use the dress and no refund.
Worst customer service EVER! I will not be ordering online or visit their store because of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE by the associates & supervisors. The employees are inadequately trained & giving incorrect information to their customers. I was misinformed & had to go back & forth to the store because of a defective merchandise that I ordered online. I WONT shop @ Forever 21 again! I will not let my daughter shop here either and I will definitely spread the word about their BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I’m constantly ordering things on the daily and get my packages on time with no problems, and I get them before the ETA!! I’m addicted and can’t stop shopping here, they have great prices and sales.
First I would like to say that I would never ever spend my money at Forever 21 again my daughter absolutely love this place for what reason I dont know! last week my daughter place an order and in between our last order and this order we have moved, and the account was place under the last order which is the old address in turn the package went to the old address. After the conformation was sent out we called to let them know that it was wrong address, their response was they are not responsible for the address once the order was place. the package was delivered to the wrong address so now we are out of the package and my money...Not on my watch. Its sad that you have to rate them with a star to post because they dont deserve THAT!!!!!
I attempted to order an e-gift card and have had the WORST experience. After three days of trying to track the card, I received a message informing me my order was cancelled. However, the money was taken out of my bank account. The card was never delivered. When I tried to explain to customer service, I was told they dont return gift cards. (Note: I cant return something I never received!) I am repeatedly told a supervisor will call me back.... six days and counting. Calling corporate results in an endless game of pushing numbers before being disconnected. I will NEVER support this business again.
Very dissapointed in the customer service Representatives. Very very disrespectful and rude. Savanna is one of their representatives and she was mocking me, interrupting me while I was speaking.They help NO ONE!!!! They don’t care how much you spend nor do they care about their customers. Please be very careful ordering online because for any problems you have (even if it was Forever 21 fault) they will NOT help you what so ever! I will be taking further actions.
If you guys want to go to the actual store that’s fine but I do not suggest ordering online the service is their name for ordering online your package takes forever to get there
I have just had the absolute worst customer service ever at Forever 21 located in the outlets of Mississippi. I purchased an item marked down to clearance price. Once the purchase was completed I glanced at my receipt and noticed that the clearance product that was listed had been charged to my debit card was more then the price advertised. I immediately notified the sales representative that assisted me with the sale, she further noticed the management. The manager said there is nothing I can do nonchalantly. I then stated the customer shouldnt be punished for the mistake of the store. I am very upset about the service I received. I will no longer shop at Forever 21 And as the manager proceeds to explain the return and exchange policy which is COMPLETELY irrelevant to me simply because Im not asking to return, refund, nor exchange my purchased item Im simply asking for the price marked on the tag that you clearly over charged me for!!!!!
Warning don’t order online box will come empty then no refund will be issued.. I will never step foot in this store again or order online.. I have made over 30 call to the customer service and fedex and still no refund.. this is theft. Class action law suit will be done due to the reviews.. This office is located in a remote place within the city of Los Angeles. The interior is all white: white walls/ceilings and reminds me of a mental assylum or a hospital. The meeting rooms place in a single corridor are sparsely furnished with a bible in every single room which I found odd although Im a Christian myself.
Horrible Customer Service, just AWFUL! You cannot clearly understand the customer service reps as they do not speak English properly and theyre short and rude which in my summation is ineffective business ethics preferably when people are spending their hard earned money with them. Love their prices and products but............AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I recently placed an order and a top was missing from a skirt set. Instead of sending me the missing item, I was told I had to fill out an affidavit to get a refund that would take up to 5 business days. I was highly upset because I really wanted the top and planned on wearing it for a special event and if I really wanted it I would have to reorder and pay more for what I had paid previously because it was on sale at the time. This was a total waste of time and inconvenience.
Was actually shopping with two friends in the plus size area. They were actually stripping the wall as we shopped. I asked what was going on and they said this doesnt sell so were getting rid of it. What???How ridiculous. If you did the correct marketing it would sell . Also your styles are ridiculous for women with curves. I tried on three dresses, all clinging and sized completely wrong. Your plus size people have no idea what they are doing. Get it together. There are millions of women who would shop there in the plus size section if the styles were complimentary and sized correctly.
Absolutely the worst service from their contact person. I ordered a gift card online and the recipient never received it via email. I have tried several times to get them to send a new card for which they promise they would send. Still recipient never received. Forever 21, if you reading this please contact me.

Ive never had any real issues shopping at F21 until this weekend. We got there, spent about theee hours shopping in an uncomfortably hot, and very messy store. I can understand the mess, but I cant understand the temperature! Anyway- when we got to the fitting room there were a few people sitting on the floor against the wall, out of the way, waiting for their friends to finishing trying on. So my friend, and my PREGNANT sister sat there as well. I was trying on two huge bags filled with clothes, so we were going to be there a while. Eventually the people who were sitting there left, and it was just my sister and friend. A MAN walks into a womens dressing room where girls, young and old, are half naked, in and out of their dressing rooms to look in mirrors. Why is there a man walking in and out as he pleases? And why was he taking his sweet time looking at all the girls? And then rudely, and aggressively, demanded that my friend and sister get off the floor. And only continued to be aggressive after she informed him that shes pregnant. Honestly, it was late so I can understand employees being a little less than friendly, but the way he spoke to them was so inappropriate. Im not sure if Im more angry with the way they were spoken to, or the fact that he was in there to begin with. Such a ridiculous shopping experience, only to walk out with NOTHING because I was so upset. Not to mention their plus size sections are minuscule in comparison to the rest of the store. Four floors worth of clothing, and plus size gets shoved on the very bottom floor in a tiny little corner. Do better, forever 21.
Used to love ordering from Forever 21 despite the slow shipping (low prices made it worth it). But they have the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!! I ordered a package on Sunday June 16th and selected 3-4 day shipping at checkout, as I needed it before I left for a trip on Saturday June 22. I received my tracking info only to see it would not arrive until Tuesday June 25 and that the 3-4 day shipping was not applied at checkout. After contacting Forever 21 I was told they couldnt do anything and that I need to contact Fedex to expedite the package. After contacting Fedex, the package was still in Forever 21s possession and they could not do anything. Even with my package in their possession, and my card info, they REFUSED to change my shipping info. I guess now Im waiting for it to actually arrive at the Fedex facility to see if there is something I can do about it.Needless to say I will NEVER be ordering from Forever 21 again and do not recommend it to anyone, especially if you need your order in a timely manner.
Im writing a negative review for Forever 21 due to their return policy. I recently bought a Mens gold necklace about a month and a half ago. When I continued to wear the jewelry, I started noticing my neck was breaking out severely in painful little hives. I didnt realize it was the necklace at first, but as I continued to wear it the same problem kept occurring. The hives hurt so bad I had to get a medication to make the stinging sensation calm down and make the actual reaction go away.I contacted Forever 21 to communicate my story, however they responded with a generic answer and no option to even return the merchandise. Im tired of their lack of customer service and return policy not being fair, so I decided to finally share my experience and give the company a negative review. Hope you guys listen to your buyers and take situations like this into consideration to better yourself as a business.
This company is horrible.My package never arrived to my home, i contacted the carrier and they informed me that the package was delivered, so i contacted f21 and they told me to wait until that Friday to see if the package would arrive because sometimes USPS say the package has been delivered but they package is really in their possession(never heard of this mess before). I have to fill out an Affidavit in order to get my money back. this is redicilous and i will never order from here again.the Customer service reps are RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.
I purchased items online on 25 the June 21 items and was billed $384 I am based in Trinidad and my packaged comes to me via a company that I hired in Miami when my packaged arrived in Miami it was badly damaged so my company taped it up and sent to me when I opened it 12 items were missing reports were made via Web page forever 21 ups and my shipping company response was made by ups as well as my shipping company calls have been made back and forth between ups and forever 21 and nobody has answers other than to call the other party. Ups has submitted no claim as the package was improperly packaged and every time I call f21 I am being told to call Ups and nothing else to this date forever 21 had not responded to my initial complaint and has not given any assistance other than for me to call ups after multiple promises to email me. I have lost OVER $200 IN ITEMS and no recourse this is the worst service ever. I will never shop there again.
How can you call it customer service? Its apparent that you dont know what that means! We returned a pair of sandals, you refused to refund our money stating that the tag had been removed. Your definition of a tag was the nylon string binding the 2 shoes together and it had been cut. (of course it was cut, duh! had to cut it to try the shoe on!!! What a clever policy.) When we requested you then send our product back, you wanted to charge us shipping! Ian, who is in the Phillipines, refused to transfer me to someone with more authority who might be able to provide me with your so-called customer service. You have stolen our money and held our purchase ransom. It is glaringly obvious you put no value on your customers. I will make sure that everyone I can reach knows about your unethical and criminal practices!!!
I wonder why they dont give there workers somewhere to park. I watch so many of them get tickets trying to be on work on time. So 3 stars that they are uncool on there workers parking.
My order never came and when I emailed customer service they said it shipped. When it didnt arrive I called and they said they never even received it so they lied to me telling me it shipped when it never did. Customer service didnt try to find my order they just offered me a refund which I would rather just receive my items but they said they cant. After I get off the phone I then get an email asking me to call customer service because my order was sent back to them and to call to have my order reshipped (after being told this could not happen.) I then call customer service again, because once again I am given different information. I have been pretty reasonable and kept my composer regardless of my frustrations. When I got in touch with customer service again the womanon the phone was unbelievably rude and condescending. She was dismissive with me and couldnt wait to get me off the phone. I reported her to her supervisor and I hope some type of action will be taken.
Forever 21 clothing is the best But the customer service is very unprofessional. I asked for help I got USPS and then on top when I finally got a hold of a live person she charge me to get my order back I have never been treated like this before. BEWARE
You should work here if you like to get discriminated against and be spoken with lack of respect by your peers. make sure youre a male figure since those koreans love to uphold their men. Lastly, work here if you like drama and like getting harassed by bipolar women.
I placed an order online during a sale and when I placed my order the first time it said there was an error processing it. So i then placed the order again and it went through with no problems. After checking my bank account a few days later I was charged twice for the order. I then received the same order twice. I then found out that you have to ship back your orders to get a full refund. I contacted customer service about getting reimbursed for my shipping costs and they claim there is absolutely nothing they can do. They say that there is no known error on their part and that they cannot help me. This is extremely frustrating considering there was an error on their end and now I have to pay $20 to ship back an order that I didnt place! I will never shop here again. Horrible, horrible customer service.
ZERO Stars. WORST customer service EVER. Ive been given the runaround by them since the beginning of January when my daughter used a gift card online, received product that was INACURATELY described online, and tried to return it. The phone call was apparently forgotten about, so I used online chat where they accused me of lying and said theyd have to pull the phone conversation I had to prove I was not lying to them. A week later and apparently THEY lied to ME because that was never done, no record of that conversation either. They agent named JC, was rude, flippant and downright jerk. I will never shop here again, nor will I allow my daughter to shop here again.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:Id like to file a complaint and heres whats happened.I wanted to get in contact with you to let you know that the service provided by your assistant manager at the Town Center Kennesaw Georgia store is one of the rudest customer service employees Ive ever met. I went in trying to exchange shoes that were too big and all she did was talk down to me and tell me that I should have known my shoe size which I then took off the shoes Im wearing to show her that my size is 8 which is also what I ordered. Precedes to help me by telling me shes not the one who makes the shoes this whole time she doesnt touch her computer she doesnt bother asking another co-worker they were at least 8 other people there. So I left with the shoes that were too big after wasting about the same amount of gas as the shoes would have cost at full price.I then get home and proceeded to try and call your toll free customer service line. I do this leave my number expecting a call back and no one calls back. So I call again wait 30 minutes a person answers and then hangs up on me. This happened twice. As well as that the toll free number informed me of live chat on your website which is not there I followed the instructions given by the automated voice to find it and I could not find your live chat I Googled Forever 21 live chat and it wasnt there.Needless to say I still have the shoes that are too large and yet somehow size 8. I still havent gotten any customer service from any employee Ive attempted to contact weather in store on the phone or online and I am a relatively regular customer at the store.I find this absolutely ridiculous and suggest you rethink the system of the how things are done. And also consider finding a new assistant manager for the store in Town Center mall in Kennesaw Georgia. I am far from satisfied as a customer and feel belittled as a person because of your employee.I expect a follow up email AT LEAST. A follow-up call would honestly be more professional. Im appalled at how business is done here
