This probably one of the most popular Footlockers on the planet. They carry the latest style of shoes and apparel from the biggest names in sportswear. Staff welcomes you right on in. Immediately I was taken by set-up of my the store. It was very open with room to look around comfortably. And the my shoe selection, well, cant be beaten. Great styles. Great employees. Great store. Great Hollywood experience.

Nice huge location in the heart of Hollywood.3 Stars due to lack of customer service upstairs where female dept is.I was greeted well downstairs in mens dept several times.Sadly I was upstairs browsing almost 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I was the only customer there and there were 3 female employees complaining about their work shifts.Nevertheless, downstairs was great. My 3 guys racked up in store and ordered items to be shipped which were delivered within 3 days.Great selection and sales on shoes/ clothes/ accessories you will not see anywhere else.Unsure if Id return.

One of the largest foot locker stores! 2 stories! Great service! The at the door took me ti upstairs for the right shoes. He was knowledgeable and explained why those shes were better.

Hands-down favorite shoe store to shop for from my husband, they are located in Hollywood with a great selection. The staff is super nice and they always have new shoes they bring on display.

As of Now its the Only Flag Ship Store in California. Its a very big location with a wide selection of sneakers and apparel from all of the popular brands. This Location get Just about every major release from Nike, Jordan & Adidas. The staff is very helpful Nd knowledgeable. I visit this location very often.

Without a doubt, I was super happy with the customer service my friends and I received from the lovely group of workers from the top floor. While my friend struggled to find a size that best fit her, the workers were super attentive, humorous, and answered all of our questions. Although I forgot their names :(, they absolutely deserve a raise. This is definitely a superb shoe dealer establishment!

They have nice shoes to shop for here. Unfortunately the employees are not helpful they always seemed to be mad and if you ask for help they seem to be bother that you do so. I shop here quite often cause they have a good selection. Other than that employees there not attentive or helpful

I purchased a pair of FILA shoes (Disruptor) and had to catch myself from falling backwards twice on the pavement. They are super slippery in wet weather. Dangerous! The store can’t take them back once worn. I’d give them 5 stars if they were willing to understand the safety aspect of the slipperiness of these shoes. I haven’t had this issue with other shoes, not even heels. If I didn’t have good balance I would have landed on my a$$ at least once. I wish someone had warned me so I could have saved my money for safer shoes. You’re welcome.Everything else about this store is Great 👍🏼

Worst customer service. Will NOT recommend anyone going here. They dont want to want to help anyone over the phone. I got hung up on three times when I asked them to check for an item. I dont understand how the store is still running when the employees dont want to work. If the customer service over the phone sucks, I could imagine how they are in store. Would never go here for anything.

Vanessa - the worst assistant store manager. At least thats how she introduced herself. I got there 2 min before closing. I literally needed under 1min to check if they have specific pair of Nike shoes I was looking for. She hissed at one of the store assistants Hugo! Really??? for letting me in. After that she said to me with her condescending tone This is the last customer we will help today. (Pointing at some guy) You have to leave. Now. Vanessa, really??? You should be fired on the spot. Somebody made an obvious mistake to promote you to position youre not able to handle.

6 shoes were out of stock in the sizes we needed. Honestly… that’s a lot of shoes.

Great service, fast and has lots of great prices. All name brand stuff no fakes in here. I bought about 3 pair of jordans all under $200 lots of great sales with decent prices.

Best Footlocker with such an incredible range. Would travel from as far as possible to get here as the range is amazing. Came from Australia and they had everything I could want and more.

Got the last pair of Kobe 1s they had but originally wasn’t looking for them. We had Mo helping us and he was very helpful and had great character. I told him that I liked wider shoes to accommodate for my wide foot and he brought out 4 pairs that fit my description, some of which weren’t even on display. Overall Mo was very helpful and getting my new shoes was pretty easy.

Nice local spot with great customer service. I went in browsing for shoes and also looking for something to make my old chukkas look less old. I soon met Harold, who was super nice and actually ended up polishing my shoes for free with beeswax. No pressure to buy, just helpful advice. While waiting for the shoes I observed other sales people and they also seemed to be giving thoughtful legitimate care to the other customers. Good work guys. Thanks again.

The selection was quite impressive, from shoes to apparel. What was even better was the customer service I received. Thank you, Mo, for being so attentive and kind. I thought he had been on the job for awhile, but I heard in passing that it had only been his third day. Also, special shout-out to the gentleman who observed I was a LeBron fan and then showed me the Genealogy of Air kiosk, if you will, that broke down the history of LeBrons shoe collection. All love.

This Footlocker is large with a lot of different styles. The inventory is lacking though. Not a good selection of sizes. The employees are helpful and friendly.

I live in calbasa every store is close or don’t have what I was looking for so I called the store in Hollywood and highland I spoke to the manager Shawn he did gave them item I told him to put it on hold I be there 3.30 I came here he told me it’s closed etc etc very vey upset with foot locker and the staff very very unprofessional I drove 45 min and left frustrated and very upset

This place had a really good selection of clothing at average, along with some really cheap prices. The location is amazing sporting a ton of attractions nearby, and the store itself looks amazing. The service from the people there was also really good.

No order. No employee instructed to form a line and a couple just cut and bought the shoes 20 others were waiting for FCFS. Manager says well I cannot accuse anyone if I didnt see it, and you shouldve of let us know. Which everyone did but he didnt listen. There are cameras Im sure as well that looks directly at front the entrance so why cant you see for yourself? This is a staple store and should be running like one. Most one-off launches happen here but other stores have a much better process. If you can avoid this place for launches.

I’m not sure who I spoke to over the phone, but he was very helpful! I called looking for a certain shoe size and style and he gave me great suggestions, I’m going to be heading to the store to try some out even though I don’t like the parking at this location.

This is the Footlocker in Los Angelea that has most of the limited releases that most others dont. Its big, has 2 floors and I very large selection. If Im looking for a pair of shoes that I cant find this spot would be the most likely to have it. I was tempted to take 2 stars off for the absolutely atrocious parking but I settled for just one. Ha. Parking really is terrible though.

No customer service what so ever, had to flag employees down for help, ended up at another awesome shoe place intead.

3 starts just because the staff working downstairs were amazing, very helpful, very ATTENTIVE and friendly. Now upstairs my goodness, the young staff girls and 2 guys were soo unfriendly, no smiles, just rushing me through with an attitude specially a dark skin girl there. Pls do some costumer training with them coz they werent nice at all. I spent over 300 dollers for some ghetto attitude. But anyways im happy with my trainers.

I was on vacation and was hoping they would have different shoes that I could get from home. I was disappointed in their selection but the staff was wonderful.

I traveled from Orange County to This store to get a shoe that was going to be released on a specific day. I arrived early and the manager came out to inform us the shoe would arrive till Monday afternoon. I called Monday morning and they were already sold out. Horrible store, does not know their product, rude customer service and will never shop with them.

The kind and friendly staff, plentiful assortment, good sense display, BGM volume, and so on, in all aspects it was very good. It talks to a moderate feeling and teaches variously as necessary. I do not have excessive customer service, so I think that it is good to see it slowly. It is also the best from the station and the location. Womens items are on the second floor. Even if you do not know the size in inches it is okay to tell how many centimeters it is. As soon as we examine the size expansion, if there is inventory, we bring the goods from the stock room, but I was impressed that this is quite quick and the system and cooperation are going well. I could shop very pleasantly from beginning to end.

Very neat and nice shop. I was looking for black tennis socks but couldnt find it in the store. The staff were very helpful and were quickly in the store to find what I wanted. Great service, only regret that I did not buy shoes when I was there, because only afterwards realized how difficult it is to get hold of here at home.
