I tried to go yesterday when their hours say open at 10am, nope 10:10 doors closed. So naturally today I call at 10:15am to see if they’re open… no answer, phone goes to VM?!!! Yeah maybe if you were open I would be able to review.

So I bought a torch there which was broken. So logically I went to go get a refund.not only was I essentially robbed, The cashier was beyond rude telling me he doesnt f#$king fix lighters then proceeded to become belligerent and aggressive to the point I felt unsafe. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR $! Or they should at least fire the dude

Caught the owner just before leaving, Chris. I am generating new business in the area. I was half expecting to be shooed away. However, I got tot get a few words in, and shoot my pitch. Quick, easy, and Im out of there. There is all your latest disposables, and glass here. They are currently curbside still, but i recommend going and checking them out.

So nice I had to review them twice.I came in with the intention of getting a new piece but was on a bit of a budget. I ended up walking out with one of those nice Phoenix water pipes that comes with the freezable attachment. Best smoking investment Ive ever made. This thing is hands down the smoothest, most refreshing pipe Ive ever ripped. The guy behind the counter worked with me to find the perfect one and we managed to stay within budget. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Not open within posted hours. Drove from Santa Monica and they were closed when their hours posted they were open. Way past pandemic here in mid November. No excuse for this deplorable type of business conduct. Dont inconvenience the public by posting hours of operation that are bogus.

Rudest customer service ever, I bought 2 “ Novo X Kit “ and spent $300 total, one of them works fine however the second one didn’t so i went to the store again to see why its not working, and guess what? He started screaming and telling me its your problem i’m distributer so deal with yourself. He’s rubbish so don’t ever buy from him.

Excellent price on their Vape products. Cigarette prices are the lowest I have found. This is a must try place. You will not be sorry.
