Do not go to this shop. I came here to purchase one pack of backwoods and I am at the register and the worker with dreads asks for an id so I give it to him. He looks at my id for over a minute and scans it several times then finally lets me pay. I tried to pay with card and he said the id needs to match card (which is a complete lie because I’ve purchased here this same way a couple of times), then I try to pay with a VISA gift card and he says they can’t take it. I didn’t have cash on me so I had to go out my way to go to an atm and if you know dtla then that isn’t the easiest task so I ended up purchasing from another smoke shop no problems. I highly recommend you to go to the next smoke shop.

24 hours so what? Located in the heart of Tent city, downtown L.A. I Was surprised to see so many huge Rats in the middle of the night but on with my review. Walked 4 miles from The Greyhound at 2 AM ( brave soul I am) to be told they didnt carry the product I was after. What? Message to the owner I never stated in my short brief visit to your tobacco store that I was after an oil burner.

Is this the best smoke shop in LA? Short answer: yes.They have the best selection of wraps in every flavor. They have everything in every flavor. Prices are average and what you would expect. The staff is super courteous and you dont feel rushed when youre trying to decide what to buy.

Perfect not-so-little smoke shop open after 2am in downtown. The staff was really welcoming and helped me find everything I was looking for (and even sold me on some things I didnt know I wanted.) Huge selection of merchandise of all sorts and flavors. Will most definitely come back.

Was with a friend and we bought two water pipes got second one half off. Also got good price on some Backwoods. Excellent peoples and best prices. If you in downtown this is the shop.

The staff running this store is great ! From friendly service at the counter to the owner taking care of issues that arise with her products. I had a little hiccup with this store at first but Natlali went above and beyond to get my issue addressed despite me being on the other side of the country!I’ll definitely be back here the next time I’m in Los Angeles

This place has a great location, a few blocks from my office. Ive been there a few times now for vape stuff. There seems to be a good selection of products and things seem reasonable priced. That said, there is one negative to this good store and its the cashier with dread locks. He does not have a good attitude, is rude and Im sure this business is losing money because of him. If he was having a bad day and negative towards customers once I can maybe understand but hes consistently like this every time I go there. I need vape pods today and will be going somewhere else downtown because of the guy with dread locks.

This is the biggest store in the area. They have anything you would need. Its hard to find a good selection of cigars that are actually in a humidor at such late hours. They are open till 4am on weekends. I even come for snacks since everything closes at 2am in my area. Very good addition to the area.

So happy I found this new spot by my house. I’ve been looking for a decent smoke shop to get all my necessaties from, and discovered this place a few days ago. Great customer service. They have a variety of different products and opened me up to new products that I should try out. They were super helpful and I really found everything I needed and more.

This is my first time to the smoke shop. I have to say there pretty friendly, very knowledgeable and on point with their product. I was talking to one of the workers name Jerry super cool guy seen them working at other places cool attitude the best thing about it I think theyre open pretty late dont quote me on it but I think it till 3 a.m.

Omg this is an amazing shop! So worth it to drive from all the way from Woodland Hills. They have the best prices in LA for the best brands. I bought so many gifts for my family. They hooked me up with all the hookah supplies I needed... so many flavors and big packs as we go through so much so quickly!

This place has really gone down in the past couple of months. Long lines, out of product, stupid restrictions. I hope they can pick it back up.

I’m sorry to say, I was very disappointed at the customer service at this location, i had come here late night to replace a broken nail for a dab rig for a cannabis business. The representative was not knowledgeable about the product, and I was told I couldn’t return it, doesn’t matter if it has not been used, because of your policy, I end up buy two different size nails, i was never offer a receipt like the other customer that came after me, I had to demand for mys and I paid $30 and only have a receipt for $15........ the nail didn’t fit the name brand bio rig like I told him, so I lost $30 and have 2 nails that I can’t used. I been going here since 2014, you can keep the money, I’ll wait until the morning to go to a shop that’s passionate about there work not capitalistic. Passion get things done and capital is just all cap 🧢 thank you for years of service but it’s time for me to move on

I purchased $70 in merchandise and was provided no receipt even after asking 3xs!!! What a sad experience and customer service!! To add insult I noticed one of the 3 items I purchased wasn’t in the bag!!!! Please please hire better staff that can at least Add, read and write with comprehension skills.

Was visiting my cousin in LA who lives next door to this smoke shop. The owner is super friendly and hooked me up every time I came in. The prices were great and they have a huge selection of vapes, accessories and tobacco. Most importantly they are open late and when you can’t find your rolling papers in the middle of the night (like me) this comes in handy ;)

Worse customer service ever. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I asked for CBD products and they opened the shelf supposed where all their CBD products are at and I ended buying Koko Nuggz. Out of everything there, they sold me a product that didn’t contain CBD so I wanted my money back or an exchange and they said they couldn’t since the jars were open. I got so upset. I literally wasted 60$ on pier chocolate. Can’t believe it I swear. Worse place I’ve gone to. I didn’t even want my money, just an exchange. No one go there, it’s the worse. They’re not knowledgeable of anything. They don’t know what they’re selling you. They even sell broken stuff to people without telling them. They don’t even give you a receipt. I’m really done talking about this. Just please don’t bother coming here!

Horrible customer service abruptly asked for my I.D with a a sour tone then after i showed him my I.D he says so what do you want, I reply by saying im just looking he then just keeps following me around the store looking over my shoulder as if hes concerned im taking pictures of the headies? I enjoy going to this place because they have absolutely everything you need. Tons of different rolling papers, backwoods, bongs and more. I just bought a beautiful Illadelph bong here for a very good price. This is my new spot.

The absolute worst place I have ever went to. I spent 100 dollars on a broken vape they will not replace when i called them as soon as i got home found out it was broken they basically told me i was burnt. The service and people that work there are rude and i would not recommend going to this place ever for anything unless you want to be disrespected and robbed it was a complete waist of time and money there are much better vape shops elsewhere.

This is the best smoke shop in DTLA! Downtown LA lacks as many stores as other major cities. DTLA Smoke Shop has it all, literally anything you want and more is at the shop. Normally I go with my very picky friends and each one of them has the section of the store that’s their favorite. My dad has me pick up chewing tobacco and hookah tobacco (Al Fakher & Fumari) for him. I get all the exotic and super rare cereals, snacks, and drinks imported from Japan. I got a super cool Roor Tech beaker from there. They have a great selection of high end glass, like Sheldon Black, Mav, Grav, Pure, and more. My friend likes to get their vape mods and e-juice. They get the REDS, Naked, and Milkman juice and salts. I know they have the best prices when it comes to juice. Their RAW papers and accessories selection is the most I’ve seen at any shop. We plan on grabbing the Challanger cone for 420 and boxes of Backwoods since they’re always fresh and on deck there! Best thing is they’re open late! Till 4am perfect for whip it time lol

What I love is not only do they carry all the top high end brands but they also carry cheaper options. They have something for everyone. I go there for all my hookah supplies. They have all the Starbuzz, Fumari and Al Fakher flavors that I love!

This place seems to have problems accepting payments. They never have change for cash and wont use a card without a chip... A waste of my time to go in here.
