DO NOT GO HERE!!! I paid an astronomical amount to clean a rug. They told me itd be ready by Wednesday and would call but never did, so I called them at the end of day and was told it would be ready in 2 days... When they finally did tell me it was ready, it came back smelling musty. When I shook it up at home, dirt and dust just poured out underneath. They definitely took advantage of me and didnt clean it. Do not trust this business!

Compliments to Dr. Kay!I have 2 Persian rugs that have been passed down through my family that had been used heavily and then were in storage for about 5 years. When I brought them into Rug Ideas Dr. Kay helped me learn all about their history and while they both needed a thorough cleaning he even told us he could repair the fringes on one of the rugs that our dog took a liking to and subsequently chewed off. The repair came out great! After the cleaning/repair the rugs are now being used again in our home. Awesome job, I highly recommend them...

Omar the salesman picked up my all-wool runner, along with $220 for cleaning.I called 3 times to have it delivered. (They had to wash it again.)2 months later it was delivered at the end of the day by a young man.It looked dirtier than when it was picked up, except that it looked like it had been in water.All the pet stains are still there.I used an entire Scotch brand lint roller on my rug, picking up a huge amount of short black hair. It looked like my rug was left in dirty rinse water, or was walked on by dirty shoes.Rug Ideas should be ashamed of the way they treated this rug.

DO NOT GO TO RUG IDEAS! They will deface your property! Dont give them your money. They ruined my FENDI rug! I paid $290 for Rug Ideas to clean and dye my FENDI cowhide runner, not even a whole rug, just the thin runner. If I was satisfied with the work I was going to be charged a larger sum of money to clean and dye the larger rug, however, it came out horrible! I paid $290 and they ruined my FENDI rug! They took over 2 months just to finish. Dr. Kay refused to take accountability for what they had done. I asked for my money back and He so arrogantly told me take me to court, Ive been 100 times! He was so ignorant and didnt at all care that I was dissatisfied because he already had my money. There were multiple rugs at the establishment that were left by customers because Rug Ideas ruined them. He was so nice and convincing at first. He will make you trust him just to get your money, thats why he charges before the service is performed. The worse experience ever. Im stuck with a ruined rug and out of pocket almost $300!
