These people were so helpful! I called them and told them the dimensions and color I needed for a customized rug and they - not only answered the phone (other places didnt) - but even took pictures for me of the rug colors so I was able to complete the order over the phone (a different seller said I had to come in, which would have taken an entire afternoon). Everything was efficient and prices were competitive. So refreshing to find a business still around that actually practices customer service instead of just the many that just talk about it. I recommend! :)

This review is for Razmin, Director of Sales. He is the absolute best. We just purchased a home and needed to install flooring throughout the whole house. Razmin made himself constantly available by phone and email and was extremely flexible and helpful when it came to helping us make our flooring selection (he even dropped off samples at our home due to Covid, talk about going above and beyond!) We just came home and are in love with our new floors. PS: for anyone looking for something beachy, modern and neutral we love our Shell Beach floors from the Newport collection.

Great experience. I spoke to Frank on the phone then worked with Junior. They worked with our very short time frame by having samples available for what we could install next day and also what was available in three days- most things would take a week to deliver so we didn’t look at all the many options. Junior came to our new home immediately with us to measure the carpet area, and even helped by measuring rooms for carpet we weren’t planning a wall to wall carpet for. So kind. He gave us plenty of time to decide the carpet option on the spot. When we realized we had forgotten to show him a walk in closet that’s through the bedroom, he told us not to add more carpet to the order because we would probably have enough scraps to cover it and if we didn’t he would send some extra similar carpet they Had in stock to save us from spending on extra unneeded yardage- SO honest and kind and helpful. The installation guy was prompt, timely, courteous, clean, professional. AND he was able to cover the closet floor with our original ordered carpet with just one seam. Amazing. I rarely write reviews but these guys were excellent for our needs and the world deserves to know. And ps- the carpet looks great and is super soft. We are really happy!

BEST service! BEST deals! LA Carpet Warehouse is simply the BEST. We were selling our condo and wanted to give it that fresh turn-key feel, so we decided to install brand new carpets. Razim came out promptly with samples in three different price categories. We picked one and received a quote on the spot. A couple of days later his guys showed up to install our new carpets. They were incredibly EFFICIENT, CLEAN, and COURTEOUS. And the carpets look amazing!! Great team, great work!

Beautiful rugs, wonderful people. Max, the proprietor, is a wonderful salesman, polite and kind in an industry that is often characterized by snobby sales associates. He let me test drive a rug before buying to make sure it fit in the space and felt right in our apartment. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality and he threw in a complimentary pad.

I have cats and dogs they pee on my carpet everyday it made my carpet stinky and very dirty. I called los angeles carpeting and had my carpet cleaned. I was very satisfied with the result.
