I just bought the Red Helium 8K at the Red Store but after much research decided to bite the bullet and exchange it for the Red Weapon 8K. Matt and Britt have been very helpful with the order. I look forward to getting the new Brain and seeing what it can do.

Great store with most RED models on display with the option to try them out. Customer service is good not great.

To small for anything other than a commercial. Grip shop is not up to speed with the rest of the lots and is staffed with folks who are unskilled. Most of there gear is sub rented through an outside company so you pay twice. Getting a truck on the lot is a feat in its self. They seem to nickel and dime you at the turn of a hat. What was ok yesterday is not ok today.
