They will also work with you to order equipment they dont normally stock so you can still support local while having your needs met which is a big plus for me!

I was searching for a camera type bag for other equipment I use to download data from vehicles, planes, etc. Ive been using my old Alienware bag for the last few years; not that good of storage compartments for what Im needing. A camera bag was too small. I came across the Panavision Camera Assistants bag online and was impressed.I almost purchased the bag online, then realized Alan Gordon Enterprises was in LA; not too far from my place in the hills. I called the store and spoke with a lady. She was very professional and nice. She double-checked and confirmed they had the larger bag in stock. They only took appointments; I believe due to the shutdown restrictions. I was able to pick it up within the hour.I arrived at the store and the two ladies were very nice and professional. They allowed me to open the bag to make sure it was the right size, etc. When purchasing the Panavision Camera Assistants bag, I noticed a nice, small bag on the shelf. I decided to purchase that one too.This place has a lot of high quality equipment and accessories. Im going to start purchasing my camera equipment here.

Worst costumer service I have seen in years... I bought a used camera from them and returned it the next day. It cost 10,000 and they still havent returned the money... its been over a month and still havent payed me back even though they have the camera...Awful will never buy them again, please spend your money else where.

I bought a camera suction mount for use with a dslr camera made by this company from B&H Photo. The unit I received looked very used and B&H gave me their number to check if it was used. I spoke to a kind dude who was very polite and gave me an email address to write to and send pictures. They didn’t write back within a week, but upon calling I had another very good convo with I believe the owner. He explained that it should be good to use but confirmed that it sounded used and that it’s no longer being made, so I should reach back to B&H. They certainly could have been better on responding to my emails but each time I called I had very courteous and intelligent conversations woth folks at this company. I would definitely buy from them.

Horrible experience. Company could not process a simple video rental agreement 2½ hours before closing time. Their bureaucracy was only compounded by the rudeness of Office Manager Stacey Sahlein.

Very bad company. I purchased an old lens they were selling. I payed and was waiting them to send it to me. Weeks later after paying they tell me that they will not send the lens and they dont return me all the money.
