I came here to find a wedding dress. I was able to find one for a decent price. The issue with this place is the customer service. The lady is the rudest dress person I have ever met. She took my measurements and told me that she had a dress that would fit and it would be back in the shop the next day. We got sleeves added to it and paid an extra $85 for it. I told her I’d be back Friday and we had it written down. I returned twice and both times she didn’t have the dress in the shop after telling me it was. I told her I didn’t live close and every time I returned it was an excuse. When I finally came I tried on the dress and I let her know that it was right around my hips and she told me that it would be fine. I didn’t bother to try and sit because I trusted her. Flash forward a couple days before my wedding I decide to try on my dress and I attempt to sit and I can’t sit. I took my dress today back to let her know I need it fixed and she tells me that she won’t fix anything that it’s been a month. When I had last been there she informed me that I could bring it back anytime if there was an issue. So to be told that she wouldn’t do anything when she was in the wrong was bull. She said she wouldn’t help and that it was my fault that it didn’t fit. What type of customer service is that? My wedding is on Saturday and now I’m scrambling to find someone who can fix this dress. I don’t recommend anyone to come to this shop. It’s the worst customer service and they don’t care at all about their customers. I understand why there is only two stars. This place deserves 0 stars.

I went yesterday and the lady was soo rude ! this place deserves 0 stars ! Don’t come here it’s not worth your time. There is a place about 2 blocks down that i went to today and wow, great customer service and i found my sweet 16 really fast ! She took her time in showing me all of my options and i found the perfect one without feeling sad and down, so happy !

Beautiful selection. Fast service...I was in & out. Price was reasonable for Sweet 16. Dress is pretty and can be used again.

Plain and simple, no pride in their work and they dont care about their customers. They rather hang up on you than help you.Pants were too short and coat was too big..

We ordered a black suit and we got the blue ones. The lady worker has no typa patience. Theyre very strict with the suits for whatever reason. Do not go there. Whoever hired the lady SMH. The undershirt was so tight and the vest was very loose. When i tried to tighten it up it would look funky. I have only one good thing to say. The quality of the suits are nice.

I paid a price and when I went to the store they were already closed and they kept my money but they told me that they have a store in Downtown Los Angeles and another in Huntington Park and the boys will go and find them if I find them. publish in the face book

I paid in full the dress for my daughter’s 15 and they don’t answer my phone calls the store is closed down. I paid for the dress for my daughters 15 and the store is now completely closed and they are not answering calls and the website is not activated.

The pretty simple quinceanera dress and good price, only it will be that the size of that style in L comes quite large and the medium fairly fair, the accessories like the mailbox cups and those things I did not like, I will not go into details because It is quite long, and that happens because you dont pay attention to what you sign and the lady as an employee who writes in the details, because once signed, everything changes and, obviously, she will not accept mistakes once paid and signed, and according to I am one of those who read before signing, plus so many people who go who remembers what they said if they write it for that. And I opted to stay that way, to laziness.The lady who attends does not seem to enjoy her job, but luckily I see that there are people who were happy with the service.

Super bad service, the old woman who attended to me only had 1 person and I wonder if I was looking for and I told her what I was occupying and she told me because right now I am too busy and I cannot attend you. I mean, he didnt even take the kindness to tell me if he could wait for me. That person they have attending has no idea about customer service.

My niece bought a dress that was too big for a measurement error they made and they wanted to charge us for their error ... and very bad attention from the owners and very rude I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!!
