This is the weirdest and worst bridal boutique I have ever been to. My first experience here was back in 2019. The saleswoman, Nara, was helpful selecting dresses but kind of rude about my budget and I felt rushed to get out of there, but she was nice enough so I let it go. Red flag #1 was when they told us we were not allowed to take pictures or videos of the dresses when I had them on. This is so strange! After going to 8 other bridal shops before this one where they encouraged pictures, I was thoroughly confused. Second red flag was not having the names of the dress designers on the dress. When I was trying on these dresses I had no idea what brand I was wear or if it was even authentic. Hopefully they have changed this in the past 2 years but I cannot confirm.I put down a $500 deposit on the dress, and after doing so received info that the dress was Allure Couture. I basically felt like I had to pay a deposit to find out the designer that I was buying. I was annoyed, so I went on a used wedding gown shop online and found the exact dress for under a thousand. Of course I buy it. I then go to Le Marriage corporate to ask for a refund. They decline and say I have to use the $500 credit at their store. To be fair, I was aware that it was non refundable. Annoying? Yes. But no wrong doing here.Anyways, fast forward almost 2 years after a covid postponed wedding and I reluctantly come back to this place to use the credit on a veil. The sales associate, (Megan?) was not helpful in the slightest. I showed her my dress asked her for help picking a veil that would match. She basically told me to go pick some out. Then, I told her I might want a hair piece and asked her opinion on what might look good. She just kept saying “well it’s up to you. What do you want”. I kept trying to explain that I wasn’t sure and wanted to see some ideas. Eventually, one of my friends said “where are the accessories, I’ll go pull some pieces for you”. On top of that, I had told her I had a $500 credit and wanted to stay under that. Every veil she showed me, besides one, was over $500. Some even above $1,000. I finally picked the most simple veil there was and it was still $575. I politely tried to see if I could get a discount and the sale associate smirked and the main guy basically said no it’s already marked down if you can’t afford this one then buy a different one. I was frustrated and didn’t want to be out $500 so I bought it.It’s hard to convey the attitude of the sales people via a review. But they are the opposite of warm. Very standoffish, rude, “I’m better than everyone else” sort of attitude. The way I felt in this store was so different than how I felt in every other bridal boutique.I have waited so long to write this review in fear that they would retaliate and not honor my $500 credit. Then, I was scared they would not send me my veil or something crazy. These people are shady. I do not trust them and I’m so happy to be done with this store. I have received my veil so now I’m finally posting this long awaited review. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They have the same exact designer gowns at other bridal stores.*update. Added proof of their sketchy policy about not disclosing the designer until customer purchases item. This was on the “contract of sale” they made me sign.

I had a wonderful experience from start (all the way in March 2020) the the day I took my dress home with me (July 2021) The two that I worked with were Danny and Maria(the seamstress) First off I saw a dress online and this shop was able to get a sample dress shipped to them for me to try on the dress I couldn’t get out of my head. They also listened to what I wanted and picked other dresses, in their shop, for me to try on that were amazing and a good mix of different looks and fabrics to really help me decide and see myself in different ways. I ended up choosing the dress I fell in love with and first saw online. From there the process was easy. They went through all the details of the dress and what can be modified. Then I paid a deposit and it was ordered. They informed me when it got in and I chose to do my alterations with them because they guaranteed the dress was 100% safe with them and it was! Also, Maria is a seamstress god!!! The first try on, Maria knew the exact alterations that I’d need to have done to have this dress fit like it was made for my body. Trust Maria. The second time I tried it on (after alterations) all I can say is perfect. I didn’t even know I could love this dress more than I already did. I was wrong, I could. I kept it there (paying for the alterations) until July 2021 and am now taking it back to where I’m having the wedding. It came with a nice and sturdy garment bag (but I put my own OVER the one it came in because I’m flying with it and I wanted to keep it extra safe!) This was the experience I was hoping for from a bridal salon. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable people who honestly made this part of the wedding planning one of the least stressful.

While this store has lovely dresses from designers that can be hard to find elsewhere, I did not have the best experience trying on wedding dresses here. The staff member that helped me was fairly abrasive (especially to my friend that came to my appointment with me) and I felt pretty uncomfortable throughout the process. The store also has some odd policies: you can only try on 5 dresses and they will not allow you to take any photos on your personal phone. They will take one photo of each dress for you, but I was never sent any photos from the appointment 🤷‍♀️ While it is really cool that you can alter the gowns to your liking, the store associate pushed for me to buy a gown that would require a highly altered top for my tastes and refused to provide even a rough estimate of what it would cost to have the top altered in the way that we discussed. She would only say “our seamstresses are very reasonable”. Considering that one of their seamstresses was there and helped pin the dress to illustrate the modification, it seemed really odd to me that they couldn’t provide a rough estimate. It felt a bit dishonest, and overall left a bad impression.

Planning a wedding during a global pandemic is less than ideal, but Le Marriage Couture still gave me the bridal experience while making me feel safe. Their space is clean, the staff all wore masks and there were a small amount of people in the showroom at one time. The consultant took her time with me and helped guide me to a unique option that incorporated the details I wanted in a dress. Maria, the miracle woman behind the alterations, was careful to listen to my requests and gave me a dress that fit like a dream. Very happy with my experience and can’t wait to walk down the aisle in the dress of my dreams!

If you are looking for your dream dress, this is exactly where you should go to find it! I started my bridal gown journey with zero idea of the type of dress I wanted, so like any bride I shopped around at a different boutiques. After each visit, something kept me coming back to Le Marriage- where I found my dream dress. They have a large and stunning selection of dresses to choose from! A HUGE thanks goes to the amazing help of my stylist Danny (who now feels like family!). After each visit he helped me narrow down my choices and really understood my sense of style, and did wonders with staying well within my budget. After my second visit I fell in love with a dress I saw online similar to one he suggested I try in-store. Danny had worked hard to get a sample of this dress shipped in for me to try, and I absolutely fell in love with it! He is so supportive and responsive to any questions I had regarding the dress and every detail from headpieces and veils, to alterations. Hes your go-to guy! Thank you Le Marriage and Danny for such a wonderful, meaningful, and memorable experience. Looking forward to my alterations, and will be back to get my bridal partys dresses there too.

My experience at Le Marriage was okay. While I did find a dress I really liked, I did not feel comfortable while shopping here. Everything I said my stylist would later comment on and it turns out when discussing with my family and friends who attended after the appointment, my stylist had also inferred things they had been saying while on the couch. Funny enough, it was almost as if they had amplifiers or microphones! Throughout the appointment my stylist continued to say that I would be going home with the dress today and at the end of the appointment the “Say yes to the dress” sign was handed to me when I had made it very clear that I was not comfortable purchasing from the first location. They were very pushy and insisted that I would buy my dress from this specific location, which really turned me off. While their dresses are beautiful, I cannot recommend them as I had an unpleasant experience and the dresses were overpriced compared to the other bridal stores I went to with the same designers.

Love this place! I found my perfect dress and the staff were all so welcoming. The layout and store is so pretty and elegant. Maria did an amazing job altering my dress and she was so great with communication and working around my schedule, LOVED working with her! I cant wait to wear my dress next week for my wedding. Hands down would recommend this place to all LA westsiders and beyond!

My dress is beautiful. The customer service was excellent. I love how clean and elegant the store is. I originally planned on having my wedding in December but due to covid restrictions caused us to have our wedding sooner. They were able to rush my dress from Barcelona Spain and have it in the salon within two months! Thank you Le Marriage! Maria the seamstress is absolutely great. She did a beautiful job. This was such a weird, bad experience. We set an appointment days in advance and confirmed the day of, but they acted like they had never heard from us. Then when I requested a specific dress, I was just shown a rack. Things started weird and only got weirder as the appointment went on.The only bright spot was having Maria sent over eventually to work with us (who is awesome), but the unfriendly, awkward atmosphere as a whole made me feel like even though I found a beautiful dress, I didnt want to spend my money there. I dont know what I did by walking in to turn them off, but I recommend avoiding this place entirely.

My Best friend got her bride gown here and it’s just stunning. Such a beautiful dress. The service it’s great, best customer service. The people here are really nice and professional. Maria in alterations did a great job with my friends dress, she really knows what shes doing. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

I love my wedding gown from here! Everyone was super professional and nice upon entrance. They always offer you water or champagne. The store over all is beautiful and they have a large variety! Found this place online and was able to Yes to my dress that same day. Staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable with COVID. Everyone’s wearing masks, the place is very clean and just so beautiful! Most definitely recommend for any Bride to be! You’ll be in great hands!

This was my third bridal store that I ventured to. When you enter this bridal boutique it’s gorgeous ! Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to what you want. When I saw my dress I instantly knew this would be the one. After I purchased my dress I met Maria the seamstress, not only is she a sweetheart that felt like a second mother to me, she is also a talented awesome seamstress that knows what she’s doing. My dress turned out completely beautiful, well fitted to my figure, length was perfect and she accentuated my curves like she said she would. I am thankful I stayed here to get my alterations done with her! Thank you Le Marriage Couture for such a wonderful experience.

These people sold me a damaged gown as new!I bought my wedding dress here in early June 2018 after hearing good things about the wedding dress selection. I looked at the Yelp reviews beforehand and was alarmed by the high number of 1 star reviews, but decided to look anyway. I found a gown I loved and purchased the gown at full price as new from Le Marriage Couture. Nelson was my salesperson and the store manager (with a distinct accent) introduced himself as Bruce. I wrote both names down that day. I especially remembered the managers name because my fathers name is also Bruce.The dress was set to arrive in September and arrived on time. Nelson called to inform me the dress was ready. I came into the shop and tried the dress on. I was then given the hard sell by Maria to get alterations completed at Le Marriage Couture. After hearing the exorbitant quote for her proposed alterations I took my gown and left. They made my write out I am fully satisfied with my gown before I left, which I thought was very strange and struck me as quite defensive. Looking back on it now, it makes more sense because the dress was clearly not new and had obvious signs of poor quality repair which any knowledgeable seamstress would have noticed.When I took the dress to another seamstress she kindly asked if I had purchased a trunk sale dress because a number of the button loops had been fixed. Sure enough, 8 back button loops had been repaired with white thread that did not match the ivory color of the gown. Additionally, one side of the hook and eye clasp below the button panel had been ripped off.I brought the dress back to Le Marriage Couture who admitted that they should have caught the repaired button loops and claimed it was still a new dress despite the evidence to the contrary. The took the dress back, despite the fact the other seamstress had started on the alterations, and promised to have it sent back to the designer to be fixed.Oddly, the man who originally introduced himself as Bruce was now claiming his name was Danny. Even stranger, when I called back later in the day to confirm when dress would be back, the same man claimed (on the phone) his name was Bob. But Bob had the same accent as Danny/Bruce. The more I talked with him, the more obvious his accent was and I was further convinced same man was claiming to be 3 different people. Bottom line, these people are NOT HONEST.They did fix the back panel of the dress (with the 8 repaired button loops) but still did not fix the hook and eye clasp that was missing. Despite the obvious signs this was not a new dress, this Bruce/Danny/Bob still insisted what I received was brand new. I am so disappointed in the lack of honesty at Le Marriage Couture.Please be wary of this shop. After a little digging it looks like Le Marriage Couture was founded in 2016 and before that, the same people operated a business called IBEX Bridal.IBEX looks to have closed around 2015 and by 2016 they had opened Le Marriage Couture. If you read the terrible reviews for IBEX they mention Nelson as well as an unpleasant, defensive older gentleman.

If you’re looking for an amazing alternation services then you’d have to meet Maria! She’s the most caring person and she goes above and beyond with anything and everything to get your wedding dress to where it should be. She knows how to mold the dress to fit your body well. I am about to get married and about to walk out of Le Marriage with my wedding dress in hand and happy because of Maria’s amazing talent. I highly recommend her for your special day!The store has a great selection and I am happy with my choice, the store really offers variety of designers and this place happened to have my fairytale wedding dress.

My overall experience was 3 stars, I had a good experience picking out my dress however when it came to alterations I did not. I paid so much for alterations that I’m so disappointed the day of my wedding I had many wardrobe malfunctions. This is horrible I can see it on my wedding photos and video. Maria often bragged about her work but let me say it’s not all that. My sleeves were custom made and she finished them the day before pressing the dress so I could not try them on, the sleeve were too big it was not flattering at all. The “clip” to hold my dress to my bra served no purpose instead it often sticked out my photographer kept asking me to fix it. The fabric underneath of my dress was removable on top she cut it so short it would go up leaving a part of my stomach showing. The dress was short my toes were often showing, also not flattering.

This bridal shop is beautiful and has so many dresses. Nelson helped me find my dress super fast! He knew what I would love and would look great on me even when I had no idea what I wanted. Now I am getting my dress fitted with Maria and she AMAZING, she is so helpful and is helping me create a unique dress for my wedding day. She is so warm, kind, and lovely. She even helped my mom find a dress and is doing her fitting as well. Love this place, highly recommend!!

Where do I begin? The experience of finding THE DRESS is part of the experience of getting married. From the moment I walked in the front door every person made this experience amazing. Nelson.... Nelson was able to really get what I was looking for and pulled some of the most beautiful dresses. Maria made the alterations experience easy and was always honest and helpful. She makes you feel comfortable in your skin and comfortable during the process. The staff was beyond accommodating working with my schedule and allowing payments. Ive already referred a friend of mine to this Bridal experience. Every woman should be able to feel this amazing during such a wonderful time in their lives. Giving 2 stars because the store itself is beautiful and they provided champagne. However, this has been my worst experience. Before starting the appointment they measured me and then only brought dresses for me to try on that were my size or bigger. The young lady that helped me (Alice) was nice but she seemed so uninterested and was not much help. Her attitude seemed as if she was miserable and the manager of the store did all the shopping for me. At they beginning of the appointment I showed the manager what I was looking for, and they did not let my mom or I look around the store. NONE of the gowns were near what I was looking for. Also this is the only store that I have been to where you are only allowed to take ONE photo per dress. By the 4th dress I was ready to walk out.

The store is gorgeous and they treat you amazing the second you walk in.I couldn’t have felt more like a bride!!! Diana treated me incredible! She took her time and really got to know me and what I was looking for. I am visually impaired and she went above and beyond to help make the experience even better for me. She described the small details of the dresses I couldn’t see and helped me get around the store. It was a huge help!Diana picked out a few dresses for me to try on and the first one was definitely the dress! She stayed after the store closed to make sure everything was perfect. The experience really couldn’t have been any better! I look forward to going back and getting the tuxedo for my fiancé.I would highly recommend Diana, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience!

I found my dream dress here! Amazing quality ! Every one here was easy and enjoyable, my stylist Nelson was very professional and friendly . Two of my close friends have gotten their wedding dresses here and they highly recommended this place! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars, this place is beautiful and they have a great selection of dresses, they listened to my wants needs and budget, even so I ended up bringing more people that I had said to my appointment and we were late, they were very friendly about it, I felt so pampered and the whole experience was like a fairytale! Maria did my alterations and shes the best. My experience with her was nothing less than excellence as any bride can imagine. My first appointment with Maria made me feel completely at ease, she has the kind of experience and knowledge that allows you to look your best . She knows how to do professional couture sewing at a reasonable price and she will be honest with you of what actually needs to be done to the dress rather than leaving you feeling like you have to fend for yourself or spend money on things you dont need. Every bride should visit this place, all the dresses are beautiful and you can find all styles and colors. I’m sure you’ll find THE ONE here! I was helped by Nelson, he totally read my mind. As brides we need attention and care because we are looking for something that we will use in a very special moment, and he did that. He was patient and honest about every dress. The store is a paradise for brides and bridesmaids. I’m completely satisfied with the experience of buying my dress.

Le Marriage Couture is a BEAUTIFUL store. I came here for two of my friends who recently got engaged.One friend has already purchased a gorgeous dress and has already had a few fittings. The customer service is amazing and they made my friends feel like princesses.Maria, the seamstress has done a great job in listening to all of my friend’s visions for her dream dress. And the complimentary champagne is also a plus!We will definitely be returning for all of our future wedding needs!!

After already having one wedding dress disaster before coming here and having to find a new dress 6 months before my wedding, this place was a godsend. I was pressed for time for finding a completely new dress, and Annie was so great in helping me find my dream dress. She even went out of her way to order me a sample dress that wasnt in store, but one that I had been eyeing online. The dress came quickly and she called me immediately to have me come in to try it on. It was the one.The dress did not come earlier than the expected date, but it did arrive exactly on time, no later. Then I met Maria for my fitting and I cant recommend her highly enough for alterations. Maria has listened to my concerns/requests and is very very good at what she does. She makes me feel comfortable and takes pride in her work. She is very patient with me and has allowed me to come in for as many fittings as I need until we get the dress perfect. I still have a fitting or two left, but I already love my dress so much.Ive never had trouble making appointments, and both Annie and Maria listened to my budget concerns and were able to work with me on it. Champagne or water is always offered, and parking is easy.Thank you Le Marriage Couture for your fabulous and professional service. Highly recommend.

I came here once, and luckily it was after I had already been to a few bridal dress shops, and I knew what I wanted. I tried on a couple of dresses, but I ultimately knew which dress I wanted. I asked if it was possible to order a sample of the dress so I could try it on when my mom was in town. The consultant said yes, it was possible for a small fee. Instead, she went and ran the numbers for the dress, and when I asked her how much it would be to get a sample, she quoted me the down payment as though I was buying the dress! Not what I asked for at all! When I said I was going to hold off and think about it, she tried to offer me champagne so I could wait there and think it over. NO THANKS.Come to find out, the price this shop quoted me for the dress I wanted was about $350 more than the shop I ended up going with. I was so disgusted by this treatment and the pressure I felt to buy a dress they didnt even have in stock (mind you, I was alone, not with family or anything), that I immediately left and called the bridal shop where I ended up buying my dress.If youre a bride looking for her dress, skip this shop. Visit other ones that dont pressure you to make a purchase on your first visit. There are a lot of good places with caring staff who tend to your experience instead of their sales goals and agendas.

Maria has been a pleasure to work with for alterations. While I purchased my dress elsewhere, they were happy to alter it at Le marriage couture. I compared prices across a few different shops and found that Le marriage coutures prices fall below other shops. I just had my first round of alterations and everything looks just how I expected. Maria clearly has years of experience and knows just what to suggest without going over the top. I never felt I was being pressured or upspld. Overall, this place has fair prices and great results. Oh, and they offer champagne while you wait!

I had been recommended by a friend to come and check this place out because lately my quest to find my perfect wedding dress was not going well. I drove all the way out here from the Central Valley and it was the best decision I made! My bridal consultant was a wonderful gal named Sara, who went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find the dress of my dreams!

After trying on dresses at 3 salons earlier in the day, I was super disheartened and exhausted. I got to Le Marriage Couture, trusted my consultant (Annie), and the third dress she picked out for me to try on ended up being the one. The price was also very reasonable. The manager told me my consultant was the best, and she absolutely was.6 months later, my dress came in. I got to my alterations appointment (with Carla) and she knew how to alter my gown like the back of her hand. She has been working in dress making for over 20 years, and the little details she tweaked on my dress make it fit me like a glove. I honestly could not be more satisfied with how everything turned out.Dress shopping was super stressful for me until I got to Le Marriage Couture. I was also worried about alterations, until I met Carla. Overall, my experience at Le Marriage Couture was fun, accommodating, and never stressful!Ill have to post a photo of my dress after the wedding.

This was the first and only place I went to get my dream wedding dress. They have so many amazing dresses to choose from and the staff here are patient and very helpful. I found a dress that was made for me! Maria, in alterations made the dress even more gorgeous by fitting it perfectly to my body.

I had a great experience with this bridal salon when buying my wedding gown. Annie was my consultant and she not only listened to me, but also gave the best piece of advice on the style of dress for my figure. The bridal salon is the best with its variety of dresses. When I entered there, I felt how well things are organized there and how the staff is proffessional and caring to the customers.I recommend this place, I wish I had someone close to me getting married soon, so that I could recommend this place and make them feel the same excitement and happiness. Months later, I just realized they responded like this. I originally gave them 3 stars because the owner offered me $50 dollars to write a review for them before I left the store, but it ended up being $50 dollar credit to their bridal salon... which I dont know why I would need as I already paid in full for my gown and veil? Shady, and cheesy...Good luck ladies! Beautiful selection but check your order form colors!! I tried on an IVORY gown on the floor (its still there, in ivory) and was ordered a SOFT PEARL gown despite never having seen the color because I didnt double check!***Annie was a good specialist. She was so helpful and sweet to my aunt and mom who were with me. Maria, the alterations specialist, was so nice and easy to work with. She was patient and made all the changes I asked for and let me do fittings whenever I wanted. The selection was great. I love my dress.My advice to brides is:-on top of the dress price, expect a large shipping fee (I believe mine was 400 dollars)-my veil was an additional 200 dollars-alterations for my dress (no lace) were 550-to press my dress was going to be 150, so I went elsewhere.-double check your orders! I accidentally ordered a soft pearl color instead of the ivory one I had tried on because I didnt know soft pearl wasnt the color I had tried on. Because why would I order a completely random color that i hadnt tried on? I dont know why they would have me sign that order form, when its not the color I tried on, nor did we discuss ordering me a different color. Luckily I am pretty easy going, and still loved the dress, but it is significantly darker than the Ivory dress I had tried on and thought I had ordered.Overall, a beautiful salon with helpful specialist and nice alterations lady. Definitely not the most bang for your buck.

When I first walked in I felt like I was a princess. The atmosphere is so elegant. Down to the changing rooms. I thought theres no way I could afford anything in the bridal shop. Nelson who assisted me pulled out every dress they had in my price range and worked hard to help me find the perfect dress. We popped champagne and gave a toast to saying, yes to the dress. Thank you so much. Very helpful, informative, patient, professional and understanding. Schedule with Nelson he will not disappoint you. When it is time to schedule with the seamstress do yourself a favor and request Maria. Between Nelson and Maria your wedding dress experience will be amazing.

The person I worked with was great on helping me find the dress. She was very knowlegable about their inventory and very patient with me and my indecisiveness. The real star of the show however is Maria, the seamstress, who did the alterations. She is incredibly sweet and attentive. She was very easy to work with and listened to all my concerns. The alterations are a bit pricey but worth every penny.

I came here with a girlfriend for her final fitting. Her seamstress Maria did a perfect job altering the perfect dress. It was an eye opening experience and it definitely seems you can trust to make your dream dress fit you like a glove.

My daughter was totally impressed by the selection & service that the staff provided her. The boutique consultant spent over two hours and helped her try numerous gowns. I enjoyed watching her trying to decide among her top three choices. We strongly suggest that you check out this boutique, since their prices are much better than similar ones in W. Hollywood or Beverly Hills.

Trying on dresses:The good: the largest redeeming factor of the salon is they probably have the best selection of dresses and accessories in Los Angeles . They don’t just get dresses to fill the floor but find ones that brides will like. I tried on five dresses before I found my dress and the dresses just kept getting better. Also my consultant was very nice.The bad: the managers rushed me. they did everything they could to prevent me from looking at dresses after I got the first one on because they didn’t want the appointment to run long. They were afraid I would pull too many dresses. What made it worse was when I had found my dress I was so excited until the manager stepped in and told the consultant to hurry up so they could free up the dressing room. The last thing a bride wants to hear after saying yes to her wedding dress kinda ruined my happy moment!The fittings:The good: seamstress was very sweet and friendly.The bad: she wasnt really that great at her job. My corset was really poorly fitted. She couldnt get it to lay flat and smooth and it screwed up most of my pictures. I asked her to take out one of the linings because the course it was unusually thick, and she wasnt interested in doing what the bride wanted. My dress was two pieces and one of my biggest regrets at my wedding was not ditching the poorly fitted corset. They forgot about one of our appointments. She also neglected to hem the two inner linings of the skirt. I couldn’t see the linings during the fittings under the outer layers of my ball gown. It wasn’t until I got home and tried to walk that I realized that both hems were about 5 in too long making it virtually impossible to walk. Luckily we caught it before the wedding and we’re able to hem it ourselves. I can’t believe that a seasoned seamstress would miss such a large mistake. Especially since we paid so much to have it altered! I dont recommend you use the seamstress at this shop.Advice to the salon: don’t overload the seamstress with alterations because it led to a rushed job and don’t rush a bride. Also I noticed they seem to go through employees rather quickly and the untrained employees made the experience messy. Try harder to keep seasoned employees employed.

My experience at Le Marriage Couture has been one of the best places I have ever been to. Its not just the place but the staff here is amazing. I felt like a princess front he moment I walked in. What I love about this place is that they dont judge your financial status or how much your willing to spend. They dont treat you different from others, everyone is treated the same. When I walked in I knew I was going to find the dress of my dreams here. And surely I did! The manager Danny is so amazing, humble, and sweet. He is the face of the store in my opinion. All the sales people are also great. My seamstress Maria is awesome! She fixed every detail even details I didnt see to make sure the dress was as perfect as possible for my day. When you come in keep in open mind to prices of the dresses because its well worth it here.

After visiting a long list of bridal stores, I came to rhis beautiful shop, besides an amazing bridal collection, their treatment toward us was very welcoming, my stylist Nelson found my dream dress and was very attentive to all my needs, later on when I came to alter my gown I had already requested Maria, she alter my girlfriend dress and let me tell you “nothing but excellent skills” she’s not only sweet, good listener and make me feel especial, she turn my dress into the most beautiful fairytale gown and my whole experience into a dream!! Let me start off with how pleased and excited I became the moment I set foot at the door of this salon. My 2 sisters and I went around LA and OC to find the perfect dress that will surely bring not only myself, but everyone else goosies. We came across to some really good ones but their prices were out of my ballpark wherein theres no room for compromising a good deal. So as soon as I met Nelson my stylist, he was exceptionally professional, not only was he asking me the right questions, but also giving me helpful tips to make my dress shopping much easier while enjoying a glass of champagne that they offered to us. As we went on to look around, Nelson lead me right to the specific racks that carries what I described with him for faster selection. I was allowed to try on 6 dresses but I felt like it wasnt enough considering how insanely large and beautiful their collection really is. Every corner and rack I look at, theres always dresses I like. As I was trying on dresses in my dressing room, Nelson was really helpful in assisting fit into the sample dresses and made sure to singe me perfectly with his clips to really show how the dress will look on me with the right fit. He was so warm, knowledgeable and friendly that made me absolutely comfortable. Little did I know that I was already about to get in to The Dress. And YES! I said YES to my dress!!!! Thanks to everyone that helped me in this salon and made me feel like a real bride. My sisters went teary-eyed as soon as I walked out of the dressing room. I had goosies all over my body as soon as I saw myself in that big wall mirror wearing THE DRESS. And guess what?! Its couture and on budget! We had bit of like a pre-bachelorette then. Lol!A couple of months in, they called to let me know that my dress has arrived from Israel. They had me meet with one of their master seamstresses, Maria who was the sweetest. She listens well and knew exactly what needs to be done to make my dress more personal. And she delivered! Alterations went fast and really smooth. This salon truly exceeded my shopping experience from the rest that Ive been to. They truly take care of their brides to their fullest potential to ensure quality service. Highly recommend to all brides-to-be.

Let me tell you....VALENTINA is my girl!!! The entire staff made me feel welcoming, loved, and they remembered me every time! (I felt like I was part of their family)From the moment I stepped in you could tell they have QUALITY dresses. No Davids Bridal granny looking dress (which I tried) i found my perfect dress and vail on sale and they worked with my budget!!! Hey now!Valentina did not pressure me, she worked with me and knew exactly what I was looking for (she actually picked out my dress for me) I was iffy but when I tried it on OHHH MMMAAAHH GAAAAAHHHDDD!!!! I was in tears (didnt think itd happen but it did!) after that I even told her Ill name my daughter after her hahaNow, MARIA...woooooo shes my guardian angel! She took care of my dress. I was never stressed about my dress because I knew she had everything under control. Shes very detailed and guide me every step of the way as to what will she be doing to my dress and how will it look.
